Did not have ac on before we arrived, 90+ degree day. Room was hot and stale smelling. Three large holes in carpet. No hair dryer, dresser, clothes hangers, kleenex, coffee maker. Lamp on wall between beds was broken and bulb would flop sideways and no lamp shade. Outside the rain gutters were broken and falling down and there was no ice machine. It was used to store paper cups. We were upset that we booked this motel because of it's high rating and we were totally surprised at the poor quality when we paid $170 for the night.

we arrived late in the evening only to find that our reservation was not honored. The manager (Peggy) wasn’t sympathetic to our situation and said “take this up with who you booked with”, when questioned about other properties in Arco she did recommend we try the Lost River Inn. they were wonderful.

Peggy was a helpful manager. Great personality! Very quiet! soft clean beds and bedding. Everything worked including WIFI!
Curtains needed hooks but closed ok. Not the newest furnishings but functional.

The bed was not comfortable, the fridge was very loud and the airco also.

Traveling back in time to this motel. Very basic for a rest before heading out to explore Craters of the Moon. Could use an update.

One of the very few motels in the area that is near to restaurants.
Location is ok, but we arrived very late at night and the place is dark and very easy to miss. The room is OK, the tub especially the toilet was not clean at all. It doesn't have a be a 5-star hotel to have a clean toilet. There are lots of cleaning agents that don't even require you touching or scrubbing the toilet bowl.

The price was right. Don't expect any more. The room was clean and big. The staff were extremely friendly.

A strong disinfectant had been sprayed in all rooms we were offered and it caused allergic reactions in three of the four of us who were booked into the Arco Inn that night. we ran the Aircon during the time we went to dinner and the toxic smell did not dissipate. Management refused a refund and we ended up booking another hotel that night.

no stopper in sink, not enough wasclothes for guest, and they need to fix the curtains that were falling off the rod.

Motel was out of the ‘70’s. Furnishings were very old. Spots on carpet. Things such as kleenexes were not in the room.

It was like time traveling in an instant back in time to 1980. Complete with a old style small TV, bedding, and furniture.
The room smell was an overwhelming combination of bad air freshener and animal pee.

Pillows flat bed was hard. Shower not clean and ac not working for the price I was not pleased. Stayed in cheaper ones snd they were cleaner snd more comfortable. Hair in shower

This is a 50's small town motel. It had been recently painted with new TVs. Not fancy, but fine for what it was -- clean, decent bed, reasonable price.
The ice machine and coffee machine were not working.

The location was great for Craters of the Moon. No breakfast included but a great little restaurant around the corner. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. The on-site manager was very helpful when we could not figure out the TV.
Needs an update badly. The curtains were falling apart. No flat screen TV as advertised.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful!!
Frig door would not stay shut. Had to place a suitcase infront of it to keep it closed. There was nothing really wrong. It was exactly what we needed... A place to sleep.
