I would recommend this unit 100% for everything BUT the hot tub issue.

The unit was lovely. Great location, big rooms, clean, all of the amenities we expected except hot tub.

A hot tub was advertised. The hot tub was filthy, very little water and cold. Reached out about this and I was asked if I paid for hot water in the hot tub. I did not know about this, never asked for this. I was told the hot tub would be cleaned and it never was. We brought bathing suits and were disappointed. Again, everything else was great, but don't advertise a hot tub that is non functional and dirty.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage in Key West Downtown.

Unterkunft Details alles zusammengefasst in der Vascasa App. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Gut klimatisiert. Saubere Unterkunft. WLAN vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft hat am meisten überzeugt inklusive einem Stellplatz für das Auto.

Die Klimaanlagen waren etwas laut. Keine richtigen Fenster.

Nice apartment but.

The position is great, basically in the Main Street which is Duval street. The apartment is really nice and very clean.

The apartment is not for 6 people. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for a group of 6, also because there is only a bathroom. The check out is extremely early (10 in the morning) but meanwhile they allowed you to check in only at 4pm. Pretty noisy.

No electicity in the bedroom!

See my emails and texts. Already explained why were disappointed.

We tried to reach a human while there but only got a bot on the line.

Good location, but very noisy

The location was the best part. Very comfortable beds, bedrooms were spacious.

It is a very noisy place. It's like there was zero insulation. The traffic all night, the neighbors, who spent a lot of time outside late night, sounded like they were actually in our house and of course the roosters. Very little in the kitchen if we did want to cook a meal, I wouldn't advertise a fully equipped kitchen. There wasn't even a bowl to put some popcorn in. The bathroom has no exhaust fan or AC. Vacasa was not accommodating with special requests. I requested a 1 hr early check-in, no. I asked if there was a hair dryer "The hair dryer will not be available during your stay and is not listed as an amenity." (There was one after all though) On the day we checked out we asked for an extra hour. No. And the cleaning people were at the door knocking at 9am.

Not a place I would rent or tell anyone to rent.

Location

Bugs in the kitchen and bathroom also very very very loud late into the morning hours and even though we had private parking the people that rented the other house next-door kept blocking the driveway with golf cart, and I thought the rules were no parties and I believe she was the cleaning lady that cleans those properties because she opened a utility room that was locked and took supplies next-door. Will not rent again.

This property was cozy and comfortable. Most of the Key West attractions were within walking distance. We loved the hot

The property is conveniently located near Duval street.

We had trouble entering the house due to an automatic lock that wasn’t working because the internet was down.

Nice place bad service.

Location location location. The house itself was pleasant and clean. Nothing I would stay for weeks but good enough for a short trip.

Obtaining the door code was a disaster. I started sending emails and texts to "the host" a day before my trip. No answer. I called and was informed by the machine that the waiting time to talk to an agent (VACASA) is over 45 minutes. I did not call. I drove to Key West hoping that someone read my emails and a representative will be waiting or I will find a note what to do. Nothing. I asked neighbors. They did not know what to do. I had no choice but call VACASA. This time the machine informed me that the waiting time to talk to the agent is over 15 minutes. Well....for me it was 45 minutes. Finally I talked to the agent, he gave me the code and we went in. All together we were waiting in front to the house over one hour. It was NOT a nice beginning of my vacation.

Pleasant

Location and unit lay out

Hot tub deck is dangerous boards falling in, small tiles hard to walk on bigger better especially for older individuals also son slept on couch and has extreme bed bug or chigger bites. We got a few bite, he will have to go to the doctor upon arrival home these bites are so bad. Also unit next to us used most of our parking with multiple guests.
