Short but will definitely return

Would book here again

Really friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. Yummy room service, laundry facilities and great bar. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly. Very convenient complimentary service from the airport. The hotel is well kept and maintained. Our room was spacious and clean/comfortable. We would book here again.

Nothing. Price was a little high for one night but comparable for the area.

Terrific.

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was incredible. Shuttle was a nice touch. Room was outstanding for our family.

Our stay was comfortable for the most part!

Tha breakfast is amazing. You get a lot of choices! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! We.love the layout of the rooms!

The cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. The back of the door was full of yellow spots and someone's hair. The road beside the hotel was very busy on a Friday night with cars racing and reving their engines at 11 to 12 pm. It made a lot of noise when your were trying to sleep. This was our second time staying there. We had a room on the opposite side of the hotel, the first time, therefore we didn't hear the traffic as much. The breakfast is free with your stay but you have to pay a gratuity for a buffet style service. That should be included in the price of the hotel. Free is free! The rooms are not cheap! The ventilation system is a little loud at night, again when you are trying to sleep.

Hôtel moderne et spacieux

La chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée. Le petit Déjeuner buffet. Le service repas à emporter proche de l’accueil où sandwich, snack et boisson sont en vente et permettent un dîner sur le pouce quand on est fatigué.

L’odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs, le bruit car les gens parlent fort sans se soucier des personnes qui dorment.

Un bon emplacement à prix correct pour visiter Toronto via UPE

Personnel charmant. Super petit déjeuner, avec chef pour omelette à la demande. Propre. Chambre correctement équipée. La navette aéroport vraiment pratique (avec UPE pour rejoindre le centre de Toronto)

Extérieur parfois bruyant (ventilation des climatisations à l’extérieure je pense). Navettes vers aéroport à horaire aléatoire et souvent surchargées, notamment un chauffeur pas très sympathique (a fait voyager debout plusieurs passager)

Incompetent reception staff

The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food and drink. The reception evening was ok.

While the hotel was nice and the room was comfy, and housekeeping were very helpful, the staff at reception did not believe i paid through booking.com even though i showed them the proof of payment. The lady told me she does this for a living and that i had not paid. I had to pay again and spent the night (and a lot of money on my phone) sorting out the proof they needed. Eventually i was told that i will be refunded. 6 days later i am still waiting for my $1000 refund. We also sent clothes to reception for the laundry service (which had a 12 hr turnaround) labeled by the reception staff with our information on it. 24hrs later a different lady at reception said we did not hand it in as there was no sign of it. The manager eventually found it bundled up in the corner, not collected by the laundry service and said it was an outside group that deals with it. As we were leaving that day we had to take our dirty washing home which we were relying on for our flight that day.

Perfect hotel for families.

An airport transfer is pending every 30 min between the hotel and the airport. The two rooms are perfect for families with children. For the breakfast you get a fresh prepared omelett.

Fresh vegetables for the breakfast (cucumber, tomatoes, sweet pepper, fresh salad) would be perfect.

The buffet breakfast was delicious. The suite was beautiful. Couch and chairs had great back support.
