Nestled in Florence, this charming condo for $228 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The apartment is bright located in a quiet street leading to Bellosguardo - an area of Florence located on a small hill from which you can admire the splendid view of the oldest part of the city. It is located on the ground floor with a private garden of 60 sq m. It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. Upon request the double room can become a double room. You can find all the comforts: such as independent heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two hair dryers (one for each bathroom), bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels. The private garden is equipped with every comfort: a table with chairs, a small sofa, three deck chairs .... it is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, to dine in peace or to sip a glass of wine . The quiet, safe and risk-free garden is the ideal place for families with children. For children up to 3 years I provide a camping cot complete with sheets and blankets. IMPORTANT: from 1/4/2023 the tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence is EUR 5.50 per person per night (maximum 7 consecutive nights). Children under 12 years old are exempt. Payment in cash upon check-in. A regular receipt will be issued. Upon arrival, EUR 50.00 in cash is required for final cleaning. Regular receipt will be issued

This apartment was amazing and we loved staying here. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the only sad part for us was that is was too cold to enjoy the beautiful patio. During the day there is lots of traffic, but at night the building and street is very quiet. It is located close to many restaurants and right across the street from the hop on hop off bus stop.
But the absolute best part of the apartment is the host. Sonia was incredibly helpful when we reached out prior to our arrival asking for recommendations for some tours we wanted to take. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and spent about 15 minutes with us showing us everything for the apartment and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. She also told us some places that she recommended we visit in Florence. She then checked on us the next day via text to ensure everything was going well. She also assisted us in arranging transportation to the train station upon our departure.
Lastly, we want to mention the sheets and how soft they were, and the towels were so fluffy, we wrote down the name to see if we could order some for home.
This is a must stay at apartment! We cannot wait to come back!

Sonia was absolutely wonderful. A very warm and friendly host, easy communication and she went out of her way to help with anything you could need.
Apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. There is also a great grocery store just across the street and through a lovely little park. It was nice to enjoy a home cooked meal after several nights in hotels/restaurants.
If you are arriving by car there was a perfect parking garage right around the corner, less than 1 min walk. Which Sonia also entirely arranged for us to use.

This was a wonderful apartment with a lovely quiet terrace. Sonia was very welcoming and helpful. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us! She even provided coffee and some breakfast items.I would definitely stay here again!

Sonia is an AMAZING host. She arranged transportation for us. Gave us maps and showed recommendations. The house was perfect. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. We could easily walk to everything. Sonia checked on us and responded to any requests we made immediately. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to all of my friends

This charming apartment is close to all the local restaurants on the other side of the water. The nicest part was how we were literally greeted by Sonia at the corner where we were dropped off by the cab driver. She then proceeded to give us a completely thorough explanation of the whole place including where the circuit breaker was and how to turn on the stove. She was in communication the whole time with recommendations of where to eat in the neighborhood. We had wine and appetizers with friends outside on the patio. We really had a local experience here. If I return, I would definitely stay here again and recommend Sonia’s place. When I thought I left something, everyone mentioned “Sonia’s place” - not the “place in Florence” too. She’s fluent in English too.

The apartment was comfortable and quiet, located within steps of the bus stop in a neighborhood with good restaurants in close walking distance. The best thing about it was our host, Sonia, who met us and gave us an orientation to the apartment (with AC & laundry!), as well as good local restaurants, grocery stores, an how to use the buses. Her genuine friendliness made us feel right at home! She even arranged a taxi to enable us to make an early-morning museum tour on our first day! Highly recommend!

This is the perfect get-away from central Firenze. It's close enough to walk to 90% of the sites and it gives you the feel of staying where the locals live and play. The apartment was very roomy - could easily accommodate 3 couples if needed. Love the courtyard and the puppy next door was an amazing companion for those of us who left our fur babies at home! Sonia was a great hostess and very helpful. Will definitely be back!

We spent a very pleasant week in Florence staying in this property. Communication with Sonia was excellent over WhatsApp. She greeted us at the flat even though it was 20:00 by the time we arrived and gave us lots of useful advice on local shops, restaurants and transport. She also helped us book a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay.
The flat is about 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Florence. It’s in a quieter area, but still near supermarkets and with a good choice of nearby local restaurants, which seemed to offer better value than the ones in the centre.
The outside space was larger than we expected and was a pleasant place to sit outside or have a meal. As you’d expect from a ground floor courtyard garden, it’s overlooked by the balconies of other flats above.
The flat was well equipped. The air conditioning worked well even though it was over 40C for part of our stay. The internet speed was excellent, there was plenty of hot water for the showers and the solid walls meant there was no issue with noise from other flats.

This property is the perfect base for Florence. It’s close to the centre, but away from the crowds so you can relax together. It’s very spacious and has a lovely, comfortable outdoor space The facilities are excellent, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is cool. Sonia is so friendly and welcoming- honestly can’t recommend enough!

Had a lovely stay in this property. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location is very convenient to walk into the main part of Florence but a quiet neighborhood at night. Sonia the host is wonderful, super responsive and helpful. Left us wonderful treats to make our stay special. Highly recommend this property for a great visit.

We stayed for a couple of nights in the apartment with our 16 year old son - absolutely no complaints- everything you need for your stay and to make you feel at home - clean and toiletries available - Sonia met us and explained how everything worked and left us basic things like water etc and a lovely bottle of wine - she explained how to get to all the sights and it really wasn’t far to walk - lots of lovely restaurants close to the apartment and Carfour mini mart very close - nice bar just round the corner where they had live music - apartment had aircon that worked well and a lovely outdoor space - highly recommend and if we visit Florence again I would definitely stay again 5 stars from us

Sonia is really what makes her rental special. You can tell she cares about her guests. She met us at the apartment with a bottle of wine, bottled water, snacks, and fresh apricots from her tree. She spent at least an hour marking her favorite restaurants, local sites, bus routes, and grocery stores on a map with us, and going over how to work things in the apartment. I’ve never had a host do that for us before and I’ve stayed in many VRBOs.
A couple things to be aware of - this place is a good walk into the main part of Florence to see the sites. It’s pleasant enough, but if anyone wants to return to the apartment for a rest during the day, it does take some planning. There is public transportation as well, but it can also take some time. However, there are some very nice restaurants, bakeries, trattorias, etc. right around this apartment.
There are mounted a/c units in the bedrooms which helped a lot on the warm summer nights. Don’t expect 5-start hotel sheets and towels as those were more reminiscent of staying at my favorite grandmother’s house, but everything is clean and comfortable, and Sonia is the best!

The apartment was not in the busy touristy area. It was in a cool neighborhood with a little grocery and restaurants and was so quiet. But our host, Sonia, made the experience perfect! She was so quick to respond to all my questions before we came and when we would get lost in the city. She took such good care of us. She felt like family. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this fantastic apartment. Sonia’s communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. She met us on arrival and spent time telling us about the area, places to visit, shop and eat. Whenever we had a question or needed a taxi she would help immediately. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The rooms were quiet and the outdoor area is really lovely.

This was the perfect little home away from home for us. The bedrooms are large, there are two bathrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a kitchen with everything you need. The garden is perfect for eating alfresco. This is located in the Oltarno, so it is a 15 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio or the Pitti Palace. There is a great park for kids and a grocery store across the street that was very convenient. There are many local restaurants and even a lovely gelateria right next to the park. The owner Sonia is super helpful and left us wine and a lovely cake on our first day. I highly recommend staying here!

The hostess was extremely attentive. The best we've had after staying in dozens of VRBO. Our only problem was the distance from various sites. We are elderly and the extra 15minutes walking made a big difference. The apartment is quirky but quiet. I would recommend new bath towels. Any negatives were out weighed bt the quality of the hostess.

Wonderful location, beautiful apartment. Sonia is such a wonderful host. Lots of information and incredibly helpful. She even went out of her way to get us bus tickets and explained how to use them. What a great property and amazing host. Sonia was great! She met us on the road to make sure we didn’t get lost and walked us into the home. From there she treated us like family. All of her knowledge from local eats, bus numbers, local markets, to sites to see were spot on perfect. The home was great and provided everything we needed. Sonia even left us some great food and a bottle of wine to get our Florence trip started. The home was clean and the back patio provided a great place to sit back and relax after a long day. The location is not far from all the tourist sites but a local bus ride is worth the 1.5 euro to some of the longer walking points. The bus stop is right around the corner and very convenient. The local restaurants and small bars are a MUST and Sonia will tell you all the good ones. My family loved Florence and Sonia made it all possible. You will not be disappointed with this property. We will be back for sure.

Sonia was an awesome host. She was very responsive when we’d text her questions. Meet us on arrival with a bottle of wine, snacks, and many suggestions of restaurants and attractions. The apartment is located by a cute park and in a fun, hopping area with many restaurants and the best gelato we found. It was an easy 15 minute walk to train station and also to Point Vecchio, Uffizi, and the city centre. We would stay here again!

We were here nearly 3 wks studying hand engraving at NAA Studio. The apartment is 8 min away from the artisan district where the studio is located. Sonia was so sweet to us and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. With 3 bedrooms, we each had our own room. We often cooked our supper in the apartment and it had all we needed to do that. It is a quiet neighborhood with no tourists around. We felt very “local” and enjoyed it immensely! Thank you Sonia for taking such good care of us!!!

What a wonderful host in a beautiful city! Sonia met me at the apartment and greeted me with open arms, treats and a bottle of wine. She gave me pointers and noted places to go and how to get there, on a map. The apartment is lovely and peaceful. My son and I were so happy with the location. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Clean with a lovely patio! But the hosts were what made our trip. Sonia was the best! Our flights and train were late but we were able to be in communication with her and she was integral in us getting our missing luggage to the apartment! She was so helpful and friendly with great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would stay here again without hesitation. Perfectly situated to walk anywhere in Florence. Perfect 10!!!
