Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio y organizado. La cocina equipada con cafetera. Agua caliente que va bien. Espacioso y cómodo.

Precio de fianza sorpresa, estaba en las condiciones de la reserva pero en la información adicional. Dado que no lo vimos nos tomó por sorpresa. El aire de calefacción no calienta tanto como esperas.

l isolation des fenêtres n'est pas terrible ont entend vraiment tout ce qui se passe dehors idem pour l immeuble en règle générale mais j'avoue je ne suis pas pointilleux sur ce point donc ce n'est pas grave mais cela pourrais gêner d'autres futur locataires mais merci tout de même au propriétaire pour son amabilité et ses efforts pour qu' ont soit satisfait de notre sejour

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación del apartamento ya que el barrio está lleno de vida, con muchas tiendas, sitios para comer, muy bien comunicado y muy cerca de todo. La anfitriona nos recibió muy correctamente. Había sábanas y toallas suficientes para todos. Las camas y el sofá cama eran cómodos.

El apartamento no estaba mal, es bonito, pero tiene importantes cosas a mejorar. La primera de ellas sería la insonorización. En la habitación que daba a la calle se oía todo lo que ocurría como si estuvieran metidos en la habitación. Además, en un local que había justo debajo de la habitación montaron una RAVE desde las 6 de la mañana hasta después de comer. Con lo que ese día fue imposible descansar. Se lo trasladamos al anfitrión, nos dijo que era algo que solía ocurrir pero tenía difícil solución más que avisar a la policía. A lo mejor tienes suerte y cuando te alojes no te ocurre. Respecto a las demás habitaciones tuvimos problemas con olores en uno de los baños y vinieron a intentar resolverlo pero no terminó de irse el olor en el resto de días. También molestaba un motor que había en una azotea. Si hubiese estado mejor insonorizado no habría habido problema. Todos los que nos alojamos en el apartamento tuvimos que comprarnos tapones para poder descansar. Echamos en falta alguna cápsula de café o té, ya que había una cafetera nespresso.

Guat shower in the three bedroom room gives you an electric shock when using it, other than that no complaints

Location is really nice! Great streets just around the corner, and can walk all way downtown. Clean flat with comfortable beds.

Best location! Zen and modern apartment and the hosts Alex and Maxime were super helpful and friendly! Everything we needed was in our street!

Some kitchen items were lacking such as salad and cereal bowls. It was also lacking some shelves and drawers (as we are a big family and were there for a while) but we managed fine. However, it is perfect for short stay and the modern apartment, staff and location makes it up!

The host was very nice when he let us in and explained everything well. The pace was exactly as it was described. The shower in the ensuite did tend to leak water onto the floor but it was fine. Plenty of towels, air conditioning worked well. It's located very near several shops for groceries and great (and VERY popular) gelato shop just down the block. Walking distance *about 20-30 minutes* to Park Guell and well connected to public transport.

It is a fourth floor walk up.

Location was wonderful, right in the heart of the city. Beds were comfortable and apartment was well equipped with everything we needed as well as air conditioning.

It is a spacious departament with comfortable beds in every room. The air conditioning works perfect. Very well located.

There was not even one small bottle of water when we arrived late at night. Neither coffee for the next morning, for the price, that was not a good welcome.

Everything is the best

The location was fantastic! Everything was provided as in other rentals. it was clean and spacious.

Being English speaking, we were not able to watch tv. There were no cable stations provided, or Netflix. The bed I slept in was extremely hard, although that is personal preference. My husband didn’t mind it.

Apartment is large and bright. Beds and other staff look well. 6-10 min walk to subway stations.

There were no single beds. If you are not couples number of beds is a problem. No lifts and stairs are relatively narrow.

Very central apartment within walking distance of shops, bars and the metro. Very tidy and newly refurbished. Easy to find, although it was down a narrow road, so there was no time for taxis to wait around for you. AirCon/Heating in every room, and two comfortable bathrooms. Excellent size bedrooms, plenty of room for 4x adults and 2x children.

There was major construction/refurbishment going on in neighbouring apartments; this was quite loud throughout the day. They were just wrapping up as we checked out, however so I don't think this will affect future guests.

Hosts corresponded well, quickly and clearly. Good to arrive on 1 January and have someone waiting to let us in and show us around. The location is fantastic right at Gracia square. We will definitely come back.

There was an ongoing issue with the electric connections, the kettle and the kitchen oven/cooking area were not usable for most of the time due to a broken fuse and a defunct kettle. The hosts replaced the kettle after two phone conversations with no further ado, but the appt did not feel safe during that time, we could not cook and we were given conflicting information on what needed to be done to repair it. Could have been handed more professionally.

Location was excellent, with plenty of facilities around. Great bars and places to eat near by.

There was no information given that there were renovations being done, work started early with hammers. There was also not enough clear instructions on how to operate the remote controls for the heating. Bedrooms would be better with a mirror on the walls, bathroom floor becomes very wet when showering, there needs to be hooks on doors and shelf space for personal items. There needs to be clear information about the additional charge for arrivals after 9pm when booking.
