Situated in South Padre Island, this charming house for $858 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Permit #2023-1821 Standard Occupancy (Sleeps): 10 guests (includes infants or children) Max Occupancy: 12 guests (includes infants or children) Vehicle Maximum Occupancy: 4 vehicles PETS/ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK. WRISTBANDS ARE $25+TAX/PERSON Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. 111 E. Huisache is the quintessential beach home! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom elevated beach house has plenty of space to accommodate up to 12 guests between two floors. The home has an exterior staircase that leads to the second and main level of the house. Upstairs consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The living room provides seating around a large flat screen TV. Just off the living room, there is an open concept dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was recently renovated in 2021 and features stainless steel appliances, as well as ample counter space for preparing home cooked meals. A sliding door in the kitchen provides you with access to the upstairs deck that overlooks the private heated pool! The large deck has an outdoor dining table and is equipped with a propane grill for enjoying cook outs. Back inside, you will find the Master bedroom, equipped with a King size bed and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom. Guests have the choice between two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a King size bed and the other with two Queen beds. Between the bedrooms is a shared guest bathroom. Downstairs on the ground level, the property offers a complete in-law suite! The suite has a private entrance and its very own living room, kitchen, bedroom and attached bathroom, and a half bath. The bedroom is equipped with a King bed and flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen and living room are open concept, with the kitchen providing a two burner stove top, microwave, full refrigerator and sink. A large flat screen TV is mounted in the living room. Great location, very close to the beach literally a 2 min walk! Pool was great, very spacious. However the house does need a lot of improvements starting with the restrooms, very old shower heads literally felt like no water was coming out. Cleanliness wasn’t great, 2nd bedroom sheets were stain but my guess is because of how old the are stains don’t wash off.

My family and I stayed at this condo this week in early had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo itself is nicely decorated , with a nicely stocked kitchen, which was important to me as we planned to eat in for many meals. We really enjoyed with easy access beach. The house nicely and had a wonderful pool where we spent many hours. We enjoyed Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing Thank you.

We have stayed at this house before as we love the location and the space/pool. The only thing was the water pressure was low when showering and the pool was too hot at times. We had a great time and hope to be back!!

This house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and very well kept.
The house actually has two separate living areas, which was very nice for our group. Location was great also. I would say they could improve a bit on supplies in the house. Also, grill was junk and didn't know it until we had already bought food for the grill. But overall it was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it. SPI was a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy for us.

We had a small issue with the keyless entry, called SPI and within minutes they had someone onsite and fixed quickly. No other issues. The house shows some wear but we weren't there very much so it had no affect on our stay. The location was great as well.

This property met our family of eights needs very nicely. It was close to the beach, had four bedrooms that slept everyone very comfortably and the rental company had great customer service. Had to call them a couple times and they were very responsive. Property itself is a no frills property. Amenities, furniture and physical space are all made for the beach, rough short term renters and lots of wear and tear. If you're looking for something posh this isn't your property. Kids loved the pool as did the adults. The separate downstairs suite was great for the grandparents.

The place was relatively clean but lacks cooking utensils. The space was adequate for us. The pool was great for the kids and used everyday including when it turned cold because the pool was heated. Nice having a washer and dryer. Location was good, close to many restaurants, block away from the beach. All in all it was a good trip.

Easy check in without any issues. Then the location was great with access to the beach and to the main road. The most important thing about this trip was how much room my family had with this beach house. Will definitely be back.

This rental was by far the best where my family and I have stayed. The cleanliness of the whole house was excellent, the pool was pristine and clean. And the staff was really nice and friendly always checking on us and our stay at this house. We are definitely going back on our next vacation. This company is really professional.a 5 star rating

Experiences we're great fast food restaurants with accessible and were within walking distance there were three bedrooms upstairs one small apartment downstairs downstairs we ate breakfast at Josephine's the food was hot delicious and almost free

It was close to everything! The private pool was the best part! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus. Conveniently located on the island you can walk everywhere or rent a golf cart next door. Would stay here again.

As far as the house goes, absolutely fantastic for a family or two. Two units, upstairs is a 3-bedroom, lower is a single-bedroom flat. Easy checkout. Location is far enough away from downtown to be quiet, but not inconveniently so. Pool was very nice. Lots of parking. Good aircon.
Downsides: Foam mattresses quite firm, if that's not your thing, which it wasn't for us. Water heater was hit-and-miss. Had to manually reset it a couple times, we had the occasional cold shower. On the plus side, management company always answered 'phone quickly.

The over all it was a great place to stay. When we arrived we weren’t able to get in the bottom half of the house but we were able to get a maintenance there to help. The place is close walking distance to the beach. The pool was amazing because kids had a blast.

Great house and great locale
Pros:Loved the home with plenty of room, comfy beds, and a nice pool. Also quite private and quiet. Easy and rapid access to everything.
Things they missed: no towels in guest bath, kitchen downstairs without a coffee maker, forgot to put trash bags in downstairs kitchen trash, pool light didn't work or I couldn't find it. Check in time too late, check out time too early.

Under my bed I found several pairs of shoes and a half eaten bag of chips. The pool was warm, so that was nice, the house was stocked with what we needed including washer and dryer. Spacious bedrooms, good beds, It was a very short walk to the beach. Quiet part of town, golf cart rental place within a short walk as well and they had good prices. It worked fine for the short stay. Kids liked it a lot but I felt it was more for a younger crowd. Not ideal for older people.

APRIL 1-6 2022
I really wanted to leave a great review considering SPI was very helpful and pleasant with rescheduling our vacation from last year. Check in was extremely easy. Upon arrival to the house a toilet was out at the curb next to our house the entire stay. The house was clean at first, but within hours of being there a sewage smell occurred and stayed the duration of our stay. At times it was unbearable to where we had to keep doors open. It was coming from the spare bathroom where the water leaked the entire time from the bottom of the toilet. The bathroom stayed wet constantly. We had towels down to absorb, but the washing machine was not efficient for use for more that 4 towels to be washed at a time. Be prepared to not have a dryer available. Clothes and towels never completely dried even after 4 hours in the dryer. We ended up hanging things outside to complete drying. Not a big deal, but if you have kids, a leaky toilet and in and out of the pool it becomes taxing when trying to keep up with towels. The pictures are a bit misleading of the house. The home is not in that great of shape. We paid about $4000 for 5 days and in my opinion, I could have and probably should have gone to a 5-star resort for that amount. The pool was a saving grace for the kids and the fact that it was heated was a plus. I do not recommend this rental and will never rent again. I know pictures are sometimes deceiving, but this was downright dishonest.

Amazing Stay
The Property itself was easy to access, spacious and has a heated pool. Only a couple of minutes to the beach, 1 minute from a Golf cart rental store. A couple of minutes from restaurants and shops. We had such an amazing time, and will definitely be renting again through SPI rentals for our next vacation. Highly recommend this particular property, as it has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with large beds, and again a heated pool with a fountain!

We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation for our family of 4. It was the perfect size and very clean! The pool was a wonderful addition to being able to walk right down the block to go to the beach. Many wonderful restaurants close by and quiet neighborhood.

Those are just some items I'm used to seeing at rental homes that were not provided here. The freezer takes a long time to freeze your items, so just keep that in mind. Overall, this was a decent house in a great location... everything is at your fingertips.

A great stay with SPI at South Padre!
Great experience. House was clean and well-appointed. This was for a group of 6 (three couples) staying for a suprise birthday weekend for my wife. Pool was perfectly clean and swimmable (I'm a pool owner, so kind-of picky). Checkin-in process was easy, and keyless door-code approach worked well for us.
