Close to grocery shopping and village. Parking was right around the corner from the front entrance of Condo. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and oils to cook with. New pellet stove heated the main room and upstairs loft quickly and kept everything cozy. Little heaters in both bathrooms were great in the cold weather. Only recommendation would be for an update to the entertainment systems. The TVs are older and the cable box in the living room had a bad plug so we had to barrow one from the bedroom. (Owner wasn’t aware so it just sent out) The Roku was also older and recently become outdated for the apps and couldn’t be used. Not a big deal and an easy fix. I would also take pictures of how the TV and boxes should be plugged in (when they work) and what remote goes to what. The information can be added to the book they provide. This way guests know how to put things back into working order when the renter before them moves things around. Overall the property is in good condition and very spacious and has homey feeling. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, rate this place a 3/5 stars for reasons I will outline below.
1) It wasn't cleaned properly. Shower in the upstairs loft was dirty. Found crumbs in the foldout couch bedding and also found a dirty, bloody band-aid on the floor of the master bedroom (gross). Also, some of the dishes in the kitchen were also dirty.
2) Had to go out and purchase my own fire starters and firewood despite the welcome log / book mentioning to "help myself to the ones provided. Not only that, the directions to the start the pellet stove were VERY confusing. The directions above the stove, had different directions than the directions listed in the welcome log / book. The pellet stove as a whole was very confusing to start and took WAY too long, coupled that with the poor directions it was very frustrating.
3) Confusing Wi-Fi passwords. There was a total of 3 wi-fi passwords listed in the welcome log / book. Why are there so many? Just put the correct one in there and call it a day.
Overall, not sure I'd recommend this place to others. For a bit more $ go stay at one of the hotels where you can ensure your place will be cleaned properly and the amenities you pay for will actually be provided.

Nice!
We stayed here for some end of the season skiing and hiking. The unit is directly on the main road, but we were able to park directly in front of the unit since all the snow had melted for the season.
The sectional sofa was comfortable, the kitchen was efficient and the beds were cozy.

Our family of 5 was more than comfortable in this cozy well appointed unit. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, etc. very nice touch! We definitely would stay here again! Tip: since the unit faces the street, we did unload our gear on the sidewalk and then drove around to the parking lot. (With ice everywhere, it was very unsafe to walk carrying heavy bags).

This Mammoth cozy condo was absolutely perfect. We slept like queens and the giant L shaped couch was comfy too! We stayed for 5 nights, over the 4th of July holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a better location: within walking distance to everything, easy drives to our hiking trail heads, the Village and short excursion to June Lake. The condo was very clean, welcoming, well decorated, spacious and provided more than we could have asked for or anticipated. The main entrance is street side, but there was plenty of parking available, thus easy for unloading and loading no matter what time of the day. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for you too!

Location was great, plenty of room for the five of us. We utilized the hot tub daily, and it’s a short drive to the ski lifts.

Location was great! We were super close to the Village and and close enough to Main Lodge. We were traveling with our three teenagers and our 10 month old baby and there was plenty of room for all of us. My husband and the boys had no problem catching the bus home after a day of snowboarding.
The teens stayed upstairs in the loft and with a little shift of the dresser we were able to make room in our bedroom for the baby's pack n play to sleep in. Bathrooms were clean and we appreciated the water pressure in the showers (that's always a thing I look for)...as well as space in the downstairs shower. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed except for salt! We brought all the condiments we needed otherwise. If I'm going to mention anything negative at all, it was that there were no curtains in the bedroom making it hard to nap the baby (just blinds) and there were no starter sticks for the fire. It was a little hard to find because it faces the main road. None of those things are deal breakers and we will stay again.

Great place
Awesome place, clean and perfect for a family of 4. Only downside is that the front of the condo faces a busy street, and both the bedroom and the loft face in that same direction (so traffic noise was a bit of a nuisance, especially when trying to sleep). Otherwise, loved the spot!

Beautiful place
Clean, roomy and looks very nice. Convenient bed arrangement with a downstairs bedroom and 4 beds upstairs. The only downside is that parking is a bit of a walk. But we definitely consider staying again!

Nice place, and comfortable couch
Nice place to stay in mammoth for the price point. Bonus, the showers weren't made for people under 5 feet tall.

Love this place!
We had a wonderful time at this cozy condo that is very comfortable. Spacious sofa for everyone to relax after a hard day of skiing with epic conditions! Close to the jacuzzi which is a great bonus, however, the unloading and loading of the car is a challenge with the parking lot not close to the unit because the entrance is on the street.

Wonderful, clean, rustic and minimal interior design. Everything you need.
Loved our stay! The snow was deep, but the maintanance folks kept the snow cleared out perfectly. The space is clean, great taste in linens and decor. Loved the minimal rustic feel.

Clean and cozy
Very nice place was clean and had plenty of room to relax. A giant cozy couch and plenty of sleeping room. The fireplace is amazing and works great to heat the place up. The keys are difficult to open the door of the unit and did not work to open the hot tub or game room.

Wonderful and clean home.
Wonderful place. Well decorated and clean. Spacious and with room a family of 5-6. Only concern is the heat in the upstairs loft (summertime).

Light and airy with everything we needed. Almost like home. Nice linens, well stocked kitchen.
Alert: 1 breakfast bar chair has a missing black rubber stopper on top. A danger to children. Sharp. I hit it 3 times.
Pro: Nice property with pool, spa and tennis court. Unit clean and well stocked. Con: Unit on busy noisy street. We used a small fan to block the noise. Also, window blind in master broken, so too bright in morning. Door wonky and tricky to unlock.

Great unit! Nicely updated! Spacious! Well stocked. Perfect for our family of 5. Would rent this unit again!
