Located in Hilton Head Island, this charming house for $2,780 per night is a great choice for your next break. 6 Black Duck is a beautiful six bedroom, five and half bathroom oceanfront home located in Sea Pines. With 6,465 square feet – this home can accommodate up to twenty two guests. The home is directly next to a beach path - making it a super easy walk to the beach! The pool and spa are located on the ground level. There is a sun deck on both sides of the pool. The pool and spa are able to be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. Please call our office in advance of your stay if you are interested! This home has both a standalone gas grill and a built-in gas grill with a mini-fridge. MAIN LEVEL: The main level is located up one flight of stairs. The first living room that has floor to ceiling windows with oceanfront views. There is a small porch with chairs for relaxing outside. A powder room is located close to the foyer. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and a double oven. There is a sitting area just off the kitchen with a large flat screen TV. The wet bar has a wine fridge, sink, and standalone ice maker. A few steps away you will find the formal dining room with seating for up to ten. Plus there is a breakfast table plus bar top seating in the other room. The master bedroom is oceanfront with a king bed, flat screen TV and access to the oceanfront porch. The private master bath is incredibly spacious with a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and his and her sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and granite countertops. Just outside this bedroom there is a twin bed and pull out twin trundle at the end of the hallway. 2ND FLOOR: Bedroom three has two queen beds with ocean views. Bedroom four has a twin bunk bed. Both have flat screen TVs and share an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom has two queen beds and oceanfront views. There is a flat screen TV and sitting area in the bedroom. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The sixth bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and his and her sinks. There is also a small room that has a twin/twin bunk & pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top) for extra sleeping options. House location was great. Right on the Beach. But we found Black mold on the air registers in several rooms. The air intake vents were covered with an 1/2 inch of dust. Can't imagine what the air filters look like. I can't tell you how many tiles on the floor were cracked or broken. Some were covered by rugs. Carpets were filthy I don't know when they were cleaned. Very disappointed by this house. The walls were cracked in some places bad. But the mold is a problem. The management company was so nice to work with before we arrived. They were great helping me with information about restaurants and catering companies etc.

Nice property! Very clean, loved the ice machines, outside and in! Canopy quit working, was stuck out , which helped with the rain we experienced! Would recommend. Few minor issues, but nothing to complain about.

We booked this house to enjoy with our 5 adult children and 2 significant others. Because of college and work lives it had been many years since we were all together. It was just perfect. Plenty of room and we made use of the whole house. We had a nice dinner celebration in the dining room and enjoyed the pool and beach every day. It was perfect. The management company was so responsive. We were sad to leave and will definitely book again.

The house was perfect and spread out enough that the 14 of us were never in each other's way. It is beautifully decorated both inside and out. The outdoor space was fabulous. We had a couple minor issues that the management company responded to immediately. My one complaint was that upon checkout I was required to wash, dry, fold and put away the beach towels. I paid a hefty service fee which I think includes a check out clean. I felt that laundering the beach towels should be part of that fee. Because check out is at 10am and I needed to do that laundry my grandchildren weren't able to swim the morning of our departure.

We had our family of 11 stay here for a week and it was fantastic. The host team were incredibly helpful in our planning helping answer questions, give recommendations on the area and taking care of our needs even before we arrived. The house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed and we can't say enough about the location. Easy bike ride to Salty Dog, beach walks on the daily and amazing pool/backyard. Everybody from 13-80 had something to do everyday - it was fantastic!

Perfect property and location! Pool, Hot Tub and Beach what more could you ask for! The house is very spacious and can accommodate multiple families. The bedroom set up is perfect with different “wings” of the house. Great bunk bed room for little kids. Nice set up with a spacious kitchen with attached living room to socialize while dinner is prepared. Beautiful private office for those trying to get a little work done on the trip. The pool deck has multiple sitting locations and a built in grill, fridge, bar and ice maker - perfect for hanging by the pool all day! Walking distance to the Salty Dog which has a variety of offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream. Short drive to multiple golf courses.

Backyard oasis with pool, spa and multiple grills, right on the beach and 2 min bike ride to South Beach Marina (bar, ice cream, restaurants)...what more could you ask for?!How about deer browsing in the backyard and dolphins right off the beach! Wonderful place for a large family gathering and mgmt co. was very responsive & helpful. highly recommended!

This is a great house, great grounds, on Hilton Head Island. We have rented the house for three years in the past and plan to rent it again in 2023. The home has a private bath for all bedrooms except one room recently converted to an additional bedroom. The kitchen is well done and furnished. The property was in excellent repair and property manager handled a few maintenance items in a timely manner. The scenery and yard or grounds are just outstanding. For the past two years we have been visited each morning and evening by a herd of deer including a fawn grazing each year. Its hard to imagine deer in the back yard of an oceanside property. The outside pool area even has a crushed ice machine. Our family would highly recommend this house.

I stayed here for a New Years trip with my extended family. This house is incredible. Each bedroom has large, luxury bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of seating for dining. The location is great. We easily biked to South Beach and Harbour Town. The house has a huge outdoor gas grill and a pool and hot tub that can be heated in the off season. The pool was heated as well or better than any I have ever seen. The kids in our group loved it. I cannot say enough about the service provided by Coastal Home and Villa. They were attentive and responsive, and they made the stay great.

My family of 12 decided to change our "shelter-in-place" location. Great decision. House was very spacious for our size of group. Very nice pool/hot tub(bigger than pictures depict). Deer in backyard nightly. Right on the beach tucked back for nice seclusion-only 2 minute walk to water. Originally booked for a week, but extended for an additional 5 days. Sea Pines is beautiful gated community with a ton of bike trails. Rachel at Coastal Homes was extremely responsive whenever need arose which wasn't very often. Highly recommend.

The house and the location is beautiful! There was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but we understand that that is fairly common with properties on the water and didn’t bother us much. They were working on the property right next to us which was quite annoying.. thought maybe once the weekend rolled around they’d have stopped but nope haha! I understand it’s out of there control and we turned some tunes on to drown out the noise. Nice additions to the property would be a make up mirror in the master bedroom bathroom along with a blow dryer for each bathroom, more paper towels (we only had one roll for the 4 of us for almost a week and no napkins or anything) and extra throw blankets and pillows as we didn’t want to mess up the beds that weren’t being slept in. We enjoyed the sunsets every night and the kids loved the pool. We paid to have the pool heated but the hot tub wasn’t hot at all and the pool was fairly cold.. not that big of a deal being the days we were there were nice and warm… but had it been a chilly week my kids would have been a little disappointed.
The deer running through the shrubs every night was fantastic as well!! We will definitely be back to HHI and you won’t be disappointed with this property there is plenty of space and privacy. The walks on the beach were fun you never knew what you were going to find.

We rent houses on VRBO several times each year. This House is a blue chip property. Excellent layout. Plenty of room in the kitchen and seats for eating. Ice machine in the kitchen for making drinks.
