This rental was just what we needed. It was the perfect accommodation for 2 and the location was amazing! The views from the back were awesome. The room was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Just can't say enough about the great location!!! Can't wait till we come back again.

We spent 3 nights in Pagosa & enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent! It’s within walking distance to several restaurants & the Springs. There is an assigned parking space for the condo which was very nice considering space in the area is limited. From the patio, we were able to see deer grazing in the mornings which was neat but you overlook someone’s house so it’s not a secluded area. It’s a nice little area to drink your coffee in the morning or play cards at the small table in the evening. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The soaking tub a lovely feature and I appreciated the full size washer/dryer. We utilized the extra bed that pulls out from under the main bed. it was a good feature but it would be helpful if it had a strap or wheels to assist with access. My biggest concern about the condo was the security/locks. Another patron would consistently leave the backdoor open with the bolt out so the door wasn’t secure. The lighting at night is sketchy. There are motion activated lights when you get into the building but walking up to the backdoor is completely black at night. I understand the need for controlling light pollution but had I been alone, I would not have felt comfortable because it was SO dark going in and out of the building. The condo lock was also a little tricky. To lock the door when leaving, you need to pull it so the bolt can engage. Luckily we checked it as we were leaving or else the door would have remained unlocked.

My wife and I stayed in this little gem centrally located in South Pagosa Springs. The studio apartment was larger than we anticipated and we never felt closed in. It was very comfortable, and we were able to walk to almost any of the activities we came here for. We would definitely recommend to any single or couples looking for a great place to stay!

We got there, opened the door and there was already an occupant. Expedia and Vrbo did not communicate and we were left with no where to stay on our anniversary over a holiday weekend.

Wonderful hosts!!! Excellent location on Pagosa Street (like Main St) walking distance to the park, The Springs Resort, Overlook Spa and Healing Waters. Next door to one of our favorites. Riff Raff Brewing! The condo had 2 bed options, firm and light firm. Everything you need for your stay and all your essentials. The soaking tube was wonderful and having a washer and dryer was a life saver! We will be back!

Comfortable efficiency unit. Great location within walking distance of the Springs and restaurants. Nicely decorated just as the photos show. The host notified me in advance that the dishwasher was broken, but it wasn’t a problem for me. They have it scheduled to be replaced

Our stay here was not the best. While the house was clean and decorated nicely, the location of the property made sleeping very difficult. Condo shares a wall with the stairwell for other guests to enter making it extremely loud most of the night. We had other people coming inside up until about 1am talking, laughing, etc. making it difficult to get sleep here. Not to mention that the mattress was one of the hardest I’ve ever slept on. At 7am, neighbors decided that mowing their grass and leaf blowing was the perfect idea so sleep was also nonexistent there. Wanted to start my morning off right with some coffee since that was listed as an amenity, however there was no coffee to be found. All the supplies to make a cup, but no coffee. Overall, the place was centrally located in Pagosa and decorated nicely. However, if you value your sleep, good luck.

This condo is beautiful! Right off Main Street, but hardly any traffic noise. The property is clean and spacious. You are within walking distance of the hot springs, downtown restaurants, shops, etc. The kitchen is big and well-stocked for cooking. Perfect for a little getaway :)

Comfortable, convenient home away. Can walk to everything downtown. Good base for distant activities also. Plenty of dining options nearby when you don't want to cook. Kitchen and dining utensils , cookware, blender, toaster , coffe maker adequate. TV and WiFi service was good. Quiet. Modern furnishings. Bring your own hair dryer. Explore, have fun, enjoy!

I arrived, had a very difficult time getting in the main door, contact person didn’t answer her phone till many tries later. Then there was already a person in the unit so it was a double booking. I got into another property & no refund from the double booking. Can’t get a hold of owner now.
