The property was beautiful, safe, clean, and had great access to public transportation on the metro and bus system. It was in walking distance of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. It was close to lots shopping, small shops, restaurants. Lots of night life, a little loud on the street Friday night but other nights weren't as bad.

Great place to stay, good location, close to metro, close to all grocery shopping and Vatican City. Large enough for a family of 5, with privacy for each. Would stay again.

The apartment was lovely and the communication was exceptional. We knew exactly what to expect and it made our trip to Rome wonderful. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was charming and walkable to all the things we wanted to do. Wonderful stay!

The location of this property was excellent. We were able to walk to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Square, as well as the metro stop. The rooms were large and well laid out. The apartment was clean and the listing was accurate. Check in process was great and they were helpful in arranging transportation from the airport and within Rome. Definitely would stay here again.

The apartment was lovely. Quiet, clean and great location. On the other hand stefano was very rude, drove like a maniac, kicked us out of the cab with no direction. We asked for him to call u and he said NO.

The apartment is well appointed and exactly as shown in the photos. The 4 bedrooms were large, cool and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well at night. The kitchen had all the basic equipment one might expect. Directions about check-in were communicated clearly, and the host accommodated our request to move in slightly before we were expected. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the Vatican. This apartment provided a restful oasis each evening, and was conducive to a wonderful start to a wonderful vacation.

The apt was super clean and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. One downfall is that there is no sitting area to relax with family, a table in the kitchen is the only option. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay!

It was a good area to get to all the importance sites. The apartment is above a restaurant and we found the patrons very noisy.

From the constant clear communication before and during, fabulous check-in by Valerio, every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms were more spacious than we thought! The decor was beautiful. It was a quick walk to the Vatican and to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Gorgeous area and felt very safe! It was a perfect stay!

My family and I stayed here in July 2023. Our group ranged from 12 to 75 years old and every single person fell in love with this apartment. It is charming, homey, clean and spacious! The location is perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. There is no true living room, but that was not an issue at all. The kitchen with the extra sitting area worked perfect for the time we were actually all together and visiting. We will absolutely be returning to this apartment in the future! Thank you to the host for making the process easy and our stay fabulous!!

The bedroom sizes were perfect for our adult children and there spouses as well as accommodating our single adult child. The only drawback for us was the lack of a living room. The weather was hot and humid in Rome so, to come home in the afternoon to escape the heat, we had only a small kitchen table to gather around.

We had a lovely visit to Rome, the apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. The hosts were super responsive before, during and after our visit (we left ear buds in the apartment after we checked out and the hosts retrieved them for us in minutes). They were very helpful in arranging services such as a driver and tour guides. One recommendation we have is the option to store luggage since international flights from the US arrive early in the morning.

We stayed here for two nights, not a long time in Rome, but a lovely stay just the same. Near a small store, a cafe and a wonderful restaurant (Beef Bazar). Close to Vatican City but need transport to monuments. Taxis are available nearby.

Thank you very much! The apartment was spacious and homey. It was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and in working order. We loved the location - close to the Vatican, restaurants/cafes, and grocery markets. The neighborhood felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apt on a quiet street near the Vatican and within walking distance to all of the sites. The renters could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Would stay here again.

Nice, large, 4-bedroom property within walking distance of the Vatican City. Close to Ottaviano Metro stop, which gives you easy access to the rest of Rome. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very large apartment with a lot of space, great location, good restaurants, grocery nearby. Close to Vatican and train station.
The plumbing was hard to use and hot water was tricky to get.
Good host.

Check in was very easy, we were met at the property and shown around. The food recommendations were perfect. Rooms were AC controlled and it came in handy with the heat wave. Location is great for subway and the Vatican. My son ( 2yo) loved the elevator.

We are a family with four children and spent four nights at this beautiful apartment. The communication with the agency was easy, they were very responsive and fully flexible re. the check-in time. Perfect! The apartment itself is a very good location to start daily sightseeing - only a five minutes walk and you are at Vatican City (which we visited prior to breakfast and avoided the queues in the sun) or, if you go five minutes into the other direction, you are at Ottaviano metro station and get easy to Collosseum and other places of interest with the public transport system. The rooms in the apartment are all fully air-conditioned (something we do not want to miss during the hot summer), are spacious and everything is clean. Extra points for the historic lift which works well and adds some special flavour to the living there. We did not miss anything!

Great for our group of 7
Nice large space. It did lack a living room or other gathering space for our group. However, the rest of the spaces were large and worked well for our family. Location was very close to transportation and the Vatican. We would stay here again.

Everything was awesome
The location was great, great restaurants, cafés and shopping around the apartment, the hosts and the staff were great, Paolo the handyman was very helpful, don’t forget you’re in Rome the electricity circuits aren’t the best, but once he explained to us how NOT to trip the breakers everything was SUPER 🤩, we were not used to managing appliances, but we managed and our stay became memorable…Mozart café next to the apartment best coffe in Rome!

Excellent apartment for family with kids
We loved our stay. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are lovely! The location close to the Vatican was ideal especially on rainy days when we were hustling to stay dry(er) after visits to the museum and St. Peter’s.
And the laundry space was perfect and very appreciated! I want one of those drying racks in my house!
The owners arranged car services for us both at arrival and departure. But if you are a lighter traveler, you could easily take the Metro to/from Termini and walk to the apartment. We took the metro to Termini later in our trip. Very quick and easy. You can probably get to the airport as well, we just didn’t try that part.
If you plan to sit around the apartment and watch TV, this is not the place for you as there’s little seating. But why are you in Rome to watch TV?
The kitchen is compact. Traveling through various VRBOs in Switzerland and Italy, we found that there are very different interpretations of a “stocked” kitchen. Some, like this one, did not have salt/pepper or olive oil/vinegar. I would warn travelers to carefully inspect any kitchen prior to grocery shopping.
My only criticism is that more kitchen linens would have been handy.
Overall - highly recommend!

Overall a very good place. We stayed for 8 nights. Two families with a toddler each. We put the two toddlers in the bedrooms on the courtyard side which was a great idea because the two street-side bedrooms (where the adults slept) were quite noisy even with the windows completely shut on the weekends. There were loud parties until about 3am both Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise a great set-up. Needed more toilet paper for two families for 8 nights but we just went out and bought more. Definitely bring your own toiletries. Handsoap, laundry and dish detergent were plentiful but personal toiletries you'll need. Window's don't have screens so we had to make sure not to leave windows open in the kitchen since our toddlers could climb up on chairs and this would be a danger if close to the window. It's on the second floor which in the USA would be called the third floor since Italy counts doesn't count ground floor as floor one. There is an elevator but it also wasn't bad to climb the stairs when we needed also. Check in was a bit time-consuming (staff was great! Very pleasant and caring) with the paperwork and document recording as well as cleaning and city tax collected via cash. Wouldn't be a problem probably for folks without small kiddos after 16 hours of transit but we were all pretty tired and the toddlers were cranky so it was a little bit of a hurdle. All in all a very good place! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and all lights and appliances worked well. We did have a little trouble with the hot water in the showers a couple nights and still not sure what it was about mostly things went smoothly. A 10 min walk to the Vatican and we found a parking garage a 5min walk from the apartment that we used for our rented cars so we could explore around more easily with the babies. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of pharmacies nearby for easy-access covid testing we needed for our return flight to the USA.
