The 700 square foot rooftop deck boasts a rooftop hot tub, gas fire-pit, wine and beer fridge, and decorative LED lighting with a variety of faux plants and outdoor furniture to enhance the experience. Centrally located in Highlands/Jefferson Park, this 4-level townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Townhome features designer finishes including top of the line furniture, bedding, linens, 3 smart TV’s with Apple TV on each, Comcast high-speed Internet and Hunter Douglas electric blinds in main living area and master bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 6 people (3 couples). This townhome has it all-you will feel like you are staying at a 5-star hotel! Two king beds, and one queen murphy wall bed. Conveniently located for those coming to Denver for events, to explore the city or watch a Denver Broncos football game. Finished standard two-car garage parking with an epoxy floor, ping pong table and additional parking space behind the garage door on exterior of garage door. Space: Bedrooms: King size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms. Main floor entry bedroom (home & garage entrances) has a queen size Murphy Wall Bed. Note this bedroom is not fully private and open to the home’s stairs. Master bedroom has a LED 55” Smart TV with Apple TV. Main floor entry bedroom has a 34” mounted 4K LED Smart TV with Apple TV. Living Room: Large and open area with sectional couch, gas fireplace and LED 60” Smart TV with Apple and full integrated Harmony remote. Kitchen: Fully Stocked kitchen with 4 barstools and a 6-person dining area. Complete with all the modern essentials to make a delicious homemade meal. Laundry: Equipped with a full-size front load washer and dryer off Master Bedroom in hallway. Garage: Oversized and insulated standard 2-car garage with epoxy flooring. Guest Access: Guest(s) will have access to everything in the home. Door code will be given upon check-in. We will be available for your questions during your stay but the amount of interaction will be determined by you, the guest. We are at your service 24/7. Other things to note: Home comes with an extensive welcome packet/instruction manual on how to use TV’s, electric blinds & where to find specific items, etc. 2 Char-Broail infra-red gas grills. 4 burner on rooftop, 3 burner off kitchen balcony. Nest WiFi cameras on exterior front entry & garage for owner and guest security. No cameras are in interior private guest areas. Use hot tub, fire pit and gas grills at your OWN RISK. Do not walk on wood floor or steps with wet feet from the shower or hot tub. Towels provided. This is one of the best stays my friends and I have ever had. Dave & Patrice thought of everything! The house was beautiful and very homey. Many nice touches that gave it a lot of character. It was very clean, had a lot of space. A lot of what we needed was already provided, besides us bringing our own food but we really didn't need much else. Location-wise, it was easy to get around Denver because it was pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. The instructions for check in as well as how to find or use things around the house were very detailed and thorough. I would highly recommend for your stay in Denver!

We were a group of four - two adult couples celebrating a birthday. We couldn't have loved this place more. Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds... We utilized the garage, which was super convenient. The icing is the rooftop hot tub with fantastic view of the downtown area.
The owner gave us his cell number and the property guide was thorough.
Overall, 5 stars and would visit again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay! We had three mother and daughter duos for a concert at Empower and the location was perfect! We loved the roof top deck and the hot tub. The beds were super comfy and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Excellent access to downtown and museums for the kids. The views were stunning. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and by the fire on the roof top deck. You can see the mountains from one side and downtown from the other. The restaurants in the neighborhood we great! The condo is conveniently located very close to a grocery store.

Really great location close to town but also in a quiet neighborhood. Place is as advertised - modern, clean, comfortable for a group of 5. We said constantly that staying here for a Broncos game or a Rockies game would be incredible. Roof deck is a bonus, super views of the city and private/comfortable. Easy access, fully stocked with everything you may have forgot (kitchen was especially loaded with everything you could imagine needing). Overall it was a top experience and I would 100% recommend!

Stylish, clean, and comfortable with great amenities. The hot tub and fire pit were a bonus. The location felt safe and it was in close proximity to nearly everything. Lastly, the owners were very organized and had everything outlined in a welcome binder, such as where things were located and instructions for use. Two thumbs up!

This townhouse was amazing! There were so many thoughtful touches throughout. The owners stocked it with so many items for the pantry, laundry, bathrooms, etc. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable (we didn't use the others). We would love to stay there again in the future!

This is one of the nicest, most beautiful places we have ever stayed! There was not one detail that was overlooked. We had everything we needed & much more!
The rooftop deck was idyllic!! The hot tub, the lights, the fire! One side is a view of downtown Denver & the other side is the mountains. We loved watching the city come alive in lights while the sunset sparkled in the western sky.
The beds were all super comfy, even the Murphy bed! Everything about the place was absolutely perfect. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Great family stay in Denver
Our family of four (2 parents, 2 adult kids) loved this house for a vacation stay in Denver. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and convenient to lots of things we wanted to do. The rooftop deck was fantastic at night!

Fabulous Getaway
Excellent space and accommodations, perfect location central to exploring the city. Rented scooters and traveled to various entertainment venues, all short rides from the property. The property was perfect for enjoying down time and socializing with friends. I have rented several homes over the years and have to rate this owner as a top 5 in accommodations and information exchange, everything was prepared as if the home is lived in rather than just rented. Would definitely recommend this place for a central location to visiting Denver and feeling at home.

Amazing views
This condo was amazing for our quick trip to Denver. We woke up and watched the sunrise every morning which is absolutely stunning! The views of the city are amazing. It’s also super convenient to downtown.

Great location for all that Denver has to offer!
My sisters and my niece and I had a "girls" long weekend, and we went to Ball Arena to see The Eagles concert - this beautiful townhome was perfectly located for downtown access to the concert and to restaurants and it was loaded with great amenities. The home is stocked with EVERYTHING, from coffee filters to shampoo & soaps. The kitchen has every appliance and piece of cookware you could need, and it's decorated beautifully with plush towels, good quality bed linens, plenty of sitting and dining space and great WiFi and televisions.
Also appreciated were the starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc., so you don't have to run to the grocery store immediately. The Welcome booklet has many suggestions for neighborhood dining and shopping, and use of the garage was just great, as we did have one car to park. The rooftop deck, with hot tub and seating, plus a fire table, was the highlight. FABULOUS night views of the city!
Overall, just a wonderful townhome and great time in Denver!

Brand new, impeccably clean and wonderful location. Want to stay close to downtown Denver but not right downtown - this is the perfect place. Easy drive to Red Rocks and the mountains. Would recommend again. Very well stocked (a bit too much in left in the fridge ) , no early check in option and not the typical VRBO 5 days before arrival check in info (only 2 days) but it all worked out. The rooftop hot tub and view is amazing!

Everything was amazing about our vacation and this property. Beautiful location, lots of extras so we didn’t have to go buy stuff like laundry detergent or coffee or anything. Owners were very responsive when I reached out to them and asked questions. Just awesome experience and if we come back to Denver you best believe we will stay there again!

This was such a neat place to stay. The rooftop was amazing. Great location we were able to jump on a scooter & ride around the whole neighborhood. A short ride to downtown. Would definitely stay again!
