I liked how close it was to everything in the area & how comfy the robes & slippers were in the room.

It’s literally across the road from the crypto.Arena, so if you’re coming for anything there it’s hard to look at another hotel. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Tbh there wasn’t a great deal I didn’t like about the property

I booked this hotel last minute for conference and was very please with both the location of the hotel, the staff responsiveness for checking in, and the room! I didn't try out the amenities, so I can't speak to those.
They gave water at the front desk instead of having it in the room. Not necessarily bad, but strange.

The staff was extremely friendly and location was perfect for we needed it for.
If you are in a hurry for breakfast or want to grab & go, forget it! Went to where they served breakfast at 7 am and there 2 people in front of me. The lady was clearly overwhelmed and the people waiting looked irritated. We waited for a bit and left when we saw no improvement.
Came back down at 10:30 and there was a family of 4 deciding what they wanted, we tried to place our order we knew what we wanted but the family of four who still trying to decide what they wanted was helped first. The employee had to go to the back to see if what they ordered was still available, again took forever, my daughter pulled up her Starbucks app and found one near by so we had coffee and quick bite there.
I would suggest to management to have at least 2 employees in the breakfast area. Not all of your guests are on vacation and have time to kill, some like have meetings to get to.

Great front desk and valet

Great location. Walking distance to many things downtown. Staff was very friendly. Beds are comfortable.
The lighting in the bathroom is terrible for putting on makeup. It was a very busy weekend at the hotel with USC graduation, NBA finals and only one elevator was working which was a big pain.
6.0
The location was very convenient, and the front desk and valet staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Gym was nice, and the outdoor bar area on the second floor was very nice.
One elevator didn't work during our entire stay, leaving just one for the whole hotel.
The "grab and go" area was only open until noon. The pillows were too thick (with no choices for thinner pillows apparent. The body wash and shampoo left a lot to be desired, and the "rain" part of the shower had no pressure, so it was useless, and we had to use the wand. And yes, I did clear the rubber nibs on the shower. That wasn't the issue.

great location, very clean and modern room howler smaller rooms than most other hotels.
that as a guest I had to pay $50 to park my vehicle. I understand you have to pay at some hotels but the price is extremely high on top of already paying for a moderately priced room.

Great location, spacious room, very clean, massive TV screen. Bang opposite the staples center.
No proper laundry service, just alternate days and whatever fits into a laundry bag.
Could not get my large jackets and suits ironed, because they did not have the service, and there was nothing available around. All the laundry services had a turn around of 1 week minimum.
