Nestled in Bend, this attractive house for $707 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Gorgeous, high-quality, new construction (2018). This fabulous home is located just 1/4 mile from downtown and river trails! The light and bright, open floor plan creates an inviting gathering space. The first level boasts a spacious open design including a upscale kitchen open to a spacious great room and dining room. Three bedrooms (two queen and one king) gives you plenty of room to enjoy a getaway with friends or family. The 4th bedroom can be used as a bedroom, den or office with a pull out sofa, and there is also a loft with another pull-out sofa. The office area makes the perfect work-at-home space with a Jarvis adjustable height sit/stand desk and a Capisco Ergonomic Desk Chair. The long driveway provides plenty of parking and there is a heated garage with an EV charger for a small car or your toys. Please note that there is a tight entrance to garage - access is for small vehicles only. We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Hillside Haven was ideal for our Thanksgiving family meet-up. It had plenty of space, was well equipped and was in great proximity to the attraction we wanted to visit in Bend. The beds were very comfortable too! There was plenty of hot water also! A few minor things to report: The pull-out grey bed would not support the mattress. When pulled out, the cushion would continuously collapse into the frame. The garbage had not previously been taken out for collection, so we barely packed everything in before we left. The "panel" at the base of the dishwasher was detached and could not be fastened to stay on. We had a GREAT time and were very glad we stayed at Hillside Haven!!

Upstairs pull out couch collapses when putting weight on it and the dishwasher silverware insert is missing. Bedroom in front of house needs blackout curtains. The sun is blinding in the AM.

The house is just as represented. Very clean, well appointed. It worked great for my wife and I to visit Bend and work from the house. Location is good if you have a vehicle. The host company makes check in easy, was available if needed and obviously takes great care of the property. The only issue is parking. You cannot park on the street and the driveway is narrow and tricky to get into with a bigger vehicle. There is a garage but the way it is positioned, it is not accessible for a larger SUV or truck. Probably only useful for a sedan. I'd definitely stay here again but warn some one that is driving a bigger vehicle.

The house was beautifully clean and perfect amount of space for a family gathering/special occasion weekend! We cooked in twice and the kitchen was well equipped. Beware - if you have a doggie, the backyard fencing is not completely enclosed, even though it looks like it from the photos. Otherwise highly recommend!

This was a great spot for spending the weekend downtown Bend. The neighbors are quite close and one is a bigot who didn’t like the pride flag displayed in our *rental* car, but the house itself was great and close to downtown. Would rent again!

House was really beautiful and spacious. Great kitchen / dining / living space and comfy beds. We came here for a work conference and shared this house with work associates. Plenty of room for everyone and key code for door worked great to get us in and out at difference times.

We absolutely loved our stay in Bend and this great rental! I would stay here again. The only thing I would potentially change is adding a TV on the first floor. However, we spent almost all of our time exploring the town and Mt. Bachelor.

My husband and I, along with our daughter and her husband loved this practically brand new, clean and well equipped home. We chose this location in West Bend to be close to another daughter who lives nearby. Everything about the rental process went smoothly. The house is beautifully equipped. We loved relaxing by the fireplace after skiing or exploring. Also loved the bright open kitchen, would have enjoyed cooking there, but we ate out every meal! Would definitely return! Thanks so much!

The house was a good fit for our group. Great location to downtown and getting to the mountain. However several things broken, the handle came off the downstairs office locking my nephew in. We were able to get maintenance over right away to get him out. The upstairs pull out is still broken, a question I specifically ask before our trip as it had been reported by previous renter. Glad we brought our own extra bedding as there wouldn’t have been enough.

When we arrived we noticed that the outside umbrella was outside flipped upside down. When we went to put it on the table we noticed it was broken. We are not responsible for that. Also the upstairs pull out couch is not functioning properly. Also nothing that we did. Other then that the house was amazing and very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Bend. It was perfect for our larger family and super convenient to all the activities. Loved being able to walk to pioneer park. Bend is beautiful - hope to be back soon.
