Great place in a quite neighborhood. Close to downtown Bend and Mt Bachelor. Well maintained and very comfortable for family get-away

We arrived to an extremely dirty home, with 10 people, and none of the TV’s in the home worked, a noise running toilet, one bed frame was broken, a cooktop with 2 burners that worked, and dirty rugs that were major trip hazards. Limited # of bath and kitchen towels, I feel bad for the home owners, because this was a great home in a great location, but the management company “Arrived” is clearly not great. We reported all the issues and were promised a repair and cleaning person would arrive the second day of our 6 day visit. Unfortunately no one showed, and no one communicated a change in schedule. The next day, I emailed Arrived and was told they would send somebody to work on the broken stuff, no mention of a cleaning person. “Arrived” appears to be a large management company with very poor communication, and no accountability for the promises they make, every communication felt like the first time we had contacted them. The day before we checked out I received an email/text from someone who was involved day one, asking if our issues had been resolved……. VRBO who we booked through needs to start managing the management companies, I’m reluctant to book another home unless I understand the management companies reviews as well as the home in general, if I could review Arrived this would be a 0, I’m being generous because the home was very nice and in a great location

I am from Massachusetts and I am visiting my family. We drove from Portland and we enjoyed spending four days together in Bend. We also enjoyed your lovely home and had good weather. It was a nice trip.

We stayed at this property in Bend as a home base for weekend activities. It was a good choice for this because the home has comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home is well kept and the kitchen had everything you need if you will be cooking. I do not think the home is a great choice if you plan to spend your time at the property. The common spaces, living room, and dining room kitchen are pretty small and do not accommodate much of a gathering. Also, there is a front porch but no other outdoor space. The location is good. Not really in town but a short drive. It is not really walkable to amenities. You could bike with some ease though. It is located in a nice neighborhood where kids were riding their bikes and people were enjoying their homes. The home was clean and had everything we needed but it did feel a little dated. The main takeaway for us was it provided everything we needed for our visit and we thought it was great but it may not be the best choice if you are planning to spend the majority of your time at the home and you have a group of adults.

Our stay was very comfortable and a great location for our daughters wedding at Shevlin Park. Limited toiletries and outside could be cleaned up from dogs. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay .

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Bend immensely. The location was very convenient to grocery stores as well as the shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Bend. The kitchen was well stocked, and we easily cooked several meals, including our Thanksgiving dinner. There was plenty of hot water and the fireplace was very efficient at heating the living area. One downside was that while there is a second living area upstairs, the main living area on the first floor was a bit cramped for 5 adults to sit while watching the TV.

Upon walking in, the house sparkled with cleanliness. It was PERFECT for our group of 9. Bathrooms and rooms galore! Cutest neighborhood, sweetest neighbors. JUST BOOK IT!!!

Nice home in a beautiful neighborhood. We have loved coming to Bend for nearly 20 years to visit our daughters. The only “negative” I have to say that it would have been helpful to understand that one bedroom opens right into the living room with French doors . It was just awkward for the couple who stayed in that room if the rest of us were up late or got up earlier than them in the morning.

Great home to accommodate our entire families plus two brothers comfortably. Friendly neighborhood with young kids to play with our grandkids. Well stocked kitchen, enough hot water for 8 adult daily showers and fans to cool the bedrooms. We highly recommend this place for your Bend stay!

We were there for a wedding at Shevlin Park so the location was good for us. Everything we needed was there except NO Air Conditioning and Bend is hot in the summer. They did provide some small fans that helped a little.

Overall I thought this house / property was nearly ideal... the only minor item we had was the fact it was two story. Which for most people isn't an issue. We didn't realize that when we booked the house, but with three kids under 4, the stairs were a slight adventure. Not a detriment to the property though. House was appropriately stocked, well-cleaned, sufficient lighting, and easy drives to just about everything in Bend.

This house was a perfect match for what we were looking for. Dog friendly atmosphere was one of our priorities. The other must haves were the number of bathrooms and bedrooms. The home will be our vacation home next time we head to Bend.
