The formal seated dining space + breakfast bar for two can accommodate sit down eating for a similarly large group of 10 and the kitchen is fully appointed to allow guests to enjoy cooking for themselves. With both a living room and reading room, there are fantastic cozy seating spaces on the main level of the home, and each of the 5 bedrooms offer roomy accommodations with additional amenities (one room has foosball, another a workstation desk).
