We stayed here with friends and our two small children. The neighborhood is picturesque and so peaceful, we enjoyed early morning strolls in the neighborhood and the trail above, with amazing river views! The house was a super quick drive to downtown and great restaurants. The house itself was immaculate and had all the amenities we could need, plus some great backyard games for our 3.5 yo and baby gear for our 8month old (which we did not use because we packed our own, but it was great that it was there!). The hot tub was super clean and so relaxing, with gorgeous views from the backyard. It was so wonderful to stay here, and we look forward to our next visit!

We’ve stayed in Bend many times and love the area. Great location with easy access to everything you could want. Only a couple small issues (a very dirty BBQ and strange dirty pot in the cabinet from previous visitors) no fault with the house itself, just people not being considerate that they are leaving the space for other people. Definitely not enough towels in the house for the ten that can occupy (we were at max occupancy), so bring some extras. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice, neighbors are super friendly. It was overall a great house for my extended family and our dog while we were there.

We headed out to Bend for our sons first birthday with grandparents in tow. The home was wonderful, fully equipped kitchen, nice backyard and hot tub! Close to Bachelor and downtown Bend. Alpenglow sure makes traveling with a little one easy with a high chair and other nice touches. Hope to visit Bend again soon!

Highly recommend this property, and would stay there again. The house is clean and comfortable, with everything needed for our stay. There was plenty of space, good layout, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all Bend has to offer. Easy to follow directions made for a smooth check in and check out as well.

Property was pretty much as advertised. Very comfortable, large and plenty of room for everyone. My friends and I (all 65+ men) wanted a comfortable base for our first trip to the Bend, OR area. This house was perfect for our needs. Four comfortable, spacious bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths gave us plenty of room to spread out when we wanted to. The great room was great for when we wanted to be together. The backyard was very lovely, with a nicely landscaped fenced yard cut into a gently sloping pine-covered hill. Completely private for us to sit around the large table. didn’t try the hot tub or grill, but they are there for those who want them. No interaction with neighbors, but neighborhood was very nice. 5 -15 minutes to about anywhere we wanted to go in Bend. All in all, an excellent experience. Would (maybe will) rent the property again.

Great location for accessing both Bend proper and Mt. Bachelor. Nice, quiet neighborhood adjacent to a paved walking/biking path. The process for accessing the home was a little confusing (had to complete a rental agreement with the property owner/manager that I did not recall receiving and had to complete last minute), but the property manager was very responsive and I executed the agreement in time. PM was also very responsive when we called to report that the sheets for the futon were missing. My only complaints--and they are minor--are that 1) the seat on one of the bikes is wrapped in duct tape and incredibly uncomfortable and 2) there were cigarette and joint butts in the front yard from a previous guest and I felt the need to pick them up so we weren't charged. All in all, though, a great choice for a family rental.

Great location. Minutes to Mt Bachelor and Bend. Wonderful neighborhood. Property Management responded quickly to issues. Would be nice if kitchen had a few more supplies (I.e. Kitchen towels, tinfoil, plastic bags.) Need a new frying pan (broken handle) Lots of dog poop in the yard. Screen door off tracks. Dishwasher not properly connected. All minor issues. We loved the location, so would definitely rent again.

We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament to split with two other families. Worked out perfectly. Everyone had enough space and it was close to town for eating and shopping. We will definitely use next year.

Meadowbrook was a great option for our group of 4 couples for a weekend in Bend. The house was immaculately clean inside, the check-in instructions were clear, and the house was well equipped to sleep all 8 of us. We cooked all our meals at home and used the hot tub both nights. The dog bed, leash, and food bowls were very much appreciated!
The house has a LOT of rules, including fees for more checkouts more than 15 min late, pet waste left behind, etc. That was totally fine, and probably why the house is in such good condition. However, upon our arrival, there was garbage in the yard and driveway, two old cigarette butts on the windowsills near the hot tub, and so much pet waste in the yard that none of us dared walk back there except to get to the hot tub. Also, the management company (Alpenglow) called us at 8:45am on our first morning to let us know the homeowners, who live next door, had called to complain that we left our patio light on past 10pm and it apparently shines right into their bedroom. We made sure to turn it off earlier the next night, but it made us all feel a bit uncomfortable and like we were being watched by the homeowners the whole time.
All in all, it's a lovely home in a good location that works well for larger groups.

Perfect Retreat!
We spent three days here for a Trager retreat. The house was perfect for the number of people we had. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, the beds were luxuriously comfortable. Everything seemed new. The kitchen was well stocked. The pictures depict the house well. Plenty to do outside of our work sessions. The house was close to walking trails, shopping was close by as well as parks and the road to Mt. Bachelor. It's easy to recommend this house .. all the comforts of home with the added benefit of visiting such a wonderful community.
