Situated in Town N Country, this charming house for $314 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Great 3/2/2 private home w/pool and screed lanai, located on canal. Fully furnished including dishes, linens. Canal has direct boat, kayak access to Tampa Bay. Local company will deliver rental kayaks or rent in county park close by. Sometimes you can watch the manatee & dolphins swim by! Great location to get to St. Pete, Clearwater or Tampa! 12 miles to beach (Honeymoon Island). 15 minutes to Busch Gardens-Lowry Park Zoo—MOSI—Aquarium. Minutes to the Tampa Trail -- great biking, walking and rollerblading. Close to several malls and numerous restaurants. House is located in NW Tampa-- 10 miles from downtown Tampa, 1 hour from Disney, 10 minutes to Tampa International and 10 miles to Honeymoon Island Beach. The house is furnished with 3 queen beds for sleeping accommodations. Split plan- two bedrooms share on bath at one end of the house, the other bedroom has a private bath and is at the other end of the house. The living room has flat screen TV with WIFI . Six person MAX. Dogs considered, NO LEASING AGENT, please . House rules : The house is recently renovated with brand new appliances . Do require the guests to keep the place clean and take out trash at the end of stay . Trash day: (black trash container)Wednesday n Saturday with Monday for recycle trash ( blue trash container) No sanitary products nor Wipes into toilets . Please do rinse all the dishes prior to loading into dishwasher. No meals or left over into garbage disposal in the sink . No dragging objects across the floor which will cause scratch marks on the floor . The floor will be slippery when wet ; so please keep it dry . All linens n towels are washed in hot water ; all door konbs are wipped with disinfectant. All bathrooms, bathtub n shower r cleaned with clorox bleach after 1st round of cleaning. There disinfected spray, wipe, bugs proective spray, n sunblock available in the house . Beach chairs , beach umbrella, n umbrellas r also accessible as well . The house is fully equipped with cooking needs . Master bedroom bedside touchable lamps to turn n off have USB ports for charging ur smart devices. Living room lamps are touched one with USB ports as well . Each room has remote control for ceiling fan . Pool light switches by the small sliding door can rotate through different colors . Saline pool water is soft n easy for swimming. The house is kept at 75F ; thermostat may adjust to 72F for sleeping with remote controls ceiling fan of each room for comfort.

The home has clearly had work done. The kitchen is beautiful and a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor space was broken up perfectly for us since we were traveling with our pup. The pool area is completely screened in. On either side there was green space for her to use as well as the dock and outdoor deck. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was even an extra propane tank in case the one in the grill ran out. Unfortunately it had a faulty valve but the owner responded quickly and got both refilled by the next day. The only negatives I could mention are the slat boards under the mattress in the bedroom by the pool were not secured to the frame so they slid out the first time we sat on that bed. I'm pretty sure that will be an easy fix and also, there was a plumbing issue tied into the washing machine that caused a problem after we left. Based on the signs in the home I'm guessing not the first time so hopefully it is already taken care of. All in all, the home is beautiful with a very responsive host and a quiet nice neighborhood. I would recommend.

The property was just as it was pictured on the VRBO website. Spacious and clean. The house and property are very well maintained and beautiful. We had an awesome time relaxing by the pool or sitting on the dock watching the sunset on the river.

We stayed in this property for the entire month of June and really hated to leave. The property is extremely clean, the furniture and beds are comfortable and the owner has stocked it with anything you could need for a short or long stay. We were amazed that all we needed were our groceries because everything else was provided. The owner really went to great lengths to make this a perfect rental.
The outside area was great for us and our dog. We fished off the dock and saw several different types of water birds, Snook, Jack Crevalle and dolphins swim by. The covered pool area was perfect for the hot days. The pool was clean and the water was perfect.
My wife had to work remote and there was a perfect area overlooking the pool and canal where she plugged in. The WiFi was fast and worked perfectly for her work and me streaming shows at the same time.
Lastly the owner really made this stay as relaxing as possible. The check-in process was as easy as could be and he messaged us several times during our long stay to make sure everything was good and to ask if we needed anything. A five star property all around.

What a wonderful home. Kitchen is fantastic. Love the split bedroom concept. Owner provided a lot of suggestions for fun things to do.
The only, and this is small in comparison, as the heater on pool was out. Mr. WuChen said he is in the process of getting it fixed but it just didn't happen before we got there. Since we spent so much time at the beach it wasn't a big deal.

Loved where the property was located, we were going to a concert at the Raymond James Stadium and it was close to the stadium and the airport. The property was great, pool was great, the area was quiet. Grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants all within 5-10 mins. Tampa outlets about 35 mins away, so again great location. Property had 3 bedrooms/2bathrooms, kitchen was well equipped, pool area well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

What a relaxing vacation. We were the fortunate guest to enjoy a newly renovated interior. The beds were comfortable. We don’t eat out so the kitchen was a dream to cook in, with a beautiful induction cooktop and convection oven. We had an ice machine in the fridge and we enjoyed our drinks by the pool with a screened (lanai) in porch in the evenings. The BBQ was big with lots of room to cook a beautiful grouper we bought at the fish monger.
This home is in a quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities. We went to Weeki Wachi State Park, only an hour away and enjoyed the day. We also canoed and hiked in the Upper Tampa Bay Park which is less than 10 minutes away. We were lucky enough to see a heard of manatee on our canoe trip. We also spent a couple of days at Honeymoon beach which was only a thirty minute drive.
The pool was beautiful but because things were still being renovated it was only 60F we did not swim but I imagine it will be nice once the solar heating is functioning again.
The owner of the home was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
We will definitely be returning to this home if available when we return to Tampa.

We walked in the house from a long day of traveling and were blown away!! The pictures did not do this house justice!!! Just beautiful!!!! The pool was amazing!!! My kids would have been happy to spend the entire vacation just having pool days at the house!!! Great location! Any issues/questions and I just text the owner and I got a text back in a reasonable time! Very accommodating!!! I would definitely stay here again. My sister is even thinking of it for a vacation for herself!! Wonderful!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay...The pool enclosure was a great feature and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved watching the local wildlife from the dock. It was located just far enough from the airport to not be noisy but not far at all from all the local attractions...great location!...Thank you for a fantastic stay!

As a retired GC, it was obvious the property was in need of upgrading. Starting with the Kitchen, it needs new appliances (we had to clean the refrigerator of ice build up on the freezer side due to the door not closing properly) Definitely new pots, pans, dishes etc. We found the cookie sheets and other pans underneath the drawer of the range, which was a real sight to see! Pool needs to be re-done with new equipment and especially hand rails in and out of pool, and brought up to all current code requirements. Internet was down more than up! Definitely needs work and maybe a booster router, as modem is in back bedroom. Also, all light fixtures need work and please get rid of the in-ceiling fixtures. They are really dirty.
On the other hand, this is an excellent location with friendly neighbors, a dock to fish off. Also close to all groceries, airport and Clearwater Beach. Our host was very responsive to our needs and even had a new 4 burner/2 sideburner grill delivered as we told him the other one was shot. Tom Pifer

Went from Texas to Tampa to visit family that’s lives there. The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was available at all times if needed. We weren’t at the house all day so really did need much. The only negative I would have to say is that the dryer was broken so I had to hang clothes throughout the house to dry. Owner did get a new one in a couple days later which was nice. The kitchen light was out. But like I said, we weren’t there for long periods so it really wasn’t needed. Could not get the TV working in the larger living area so stayed in the smaller sitting area. But all in all we enjoyed it very much. Made us feel as if it was out home. And would definitely stay there again. Great location !!

Our stay in Tampa was excellent thanks to Wei-Chun! He was the perfect host- attentive, warm and personable. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Sitting in the pool gazing at the stars at night or watching the wildlife swim by in the canal was the highlight of our trip. Top ratings for the setting, location and the wonderful host.

My family and I visited for the birth of our first grandchild (my son and his wife reside in the Town and Country area). Our granddaughter decided to arrive a little early. Weichen, the owner, allowed us to move up the dates of our stay without hesitation. She checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. She is super! The home is nice and comfortable, everything we needed for our two week stay. The pool was refreshing (saltwater and heated). My favorite amenity was the location: waking up every morning, having coffee overlooking the canal, even got to see Dolphins one morning! The home is located in a lovely, quite, residential neighborhood. Highly recommend. We look forward to returning.

We took a last minute trip home to Tampa to visit friends & family. We Called Mark on Saturday before lunch & were on our way to Tampa by 1. We were lucky that someone had just canceled. He was very accommodating with our late arrival. We arrived just before 9. He showed us around the place. Took his time to talk to us. Super friendly.
The house is lovely. Description was completely accurate. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Something that I enjoyed was that there were plenty of towels(We stay in many places & sometimes there are not many towels).
The weather had been on the cool side, so the pool was cold. The kids did not seem to mind. They were able to swim a few times. My oldest also did a ton of fishing off of the dock.
There is a book in the house with tons of places to see & eat. Really, anything & everything you need is pretty close by.
We will definitely stay there again.

The home was truly a home-feel, and we forgot we were on vacation. All the amenities were in working order, just as described. The home had lots of space and is a great layout. The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood, but right off the main road; we were able to get around town very quickly.
The home owner's are great to work with and responded back with any inquiries promptly. We had a wonderful time, and hope to make a return visit in the future!! Can't say enough, just that it was exactly what we were looking for!

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. It was very easy to navigate the area for restaurants and shopping. The owners are very friendly that leave you on your own.
We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The house has a good layout with bedrooms on each end of the house. Lots of room to move. All the comforts of home are available. A few updates are needed but were not an inconvenience during our stay.

Have spent time at the house on more than one occassion and have always had a great relaxing time. It's in a great location near stores, restaurants and sporting events throughout the season. The best time is just relaxing around the pool and forgetting about being at work. Mark and Colleen are great hosts and make the whole rental experience simple. Will definitely be returning for another stay.

We Had the pleasure of staying at this property. 4 of us really enjoyed ourselves in the pool and fishing in the canal. 30-40 minutes to beach and 10 min from airport. Property is in good shape and was every bit as advertised.
