Welcome to our quiet, bright, and centrally located apartment with its OWN PARKING SPACE in the courtyard! All of the city’s attractions are within walking distance of this vacation rental! The studio is equipped with every amenity you’ll need for a short- or long-term stay in Vienna. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and with great taste. The one-room studio features several distinct areas: the dining area, the double bed, and a “sofa” with a small table and a view of the TV—an LCD TV with international channels. The apartment also features a hi-fi CD player with radio and an USB port. Of course, fast Wi-Fi internet access is available to you free of charge and with unlimited data. The small kitchen is located in a separate room and is fully equipped, so nothing stands in the way of your cooking enjoyment. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. There’s also a small but very practical storage room where you can hang your coats and jackets and store your suitcase.

Great apartment, perfect location, and fantastic host! There are two grocery stores, an organic market and a gym within two blocks, a tram stop right around the corner, and it’s a short walk across the bridge to Schwedenplatz, a great transportation hub. Thanks, Wolfgang!

Roomy location is great and clean
Only drawback is it’s noisy because of park at the end street echo the kids
