About this apartment rental
Our EFFICIENT ground floor studio is perfect for travelers who want to discover everything that our island has to offer. Small Studio. Please treat it as if it is your home away from home. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to West Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, Caridad (formerly CVS) pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500. There is FREE parking, but not guarantee, on a first in Basis. We suggest Uber or simlar as it is less costly than a rental. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. Restaurants, bars, casinos and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The 24 hour Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance... Small efficient studio on the ground floor. Please treat our place as if it is your home away from home. We provide a 10% discount on stays over 7 to 28 days, so you can cover any additional amenities used over the 7 or more days of your stay. LIABILITY WAIVER: Property Owner assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. Great property, could not have asked for anything more, great communication with the host. The unit is very modern and has everything you could need for a great stay, and just feet off the beach…will definitely be coming back on my next visit.PS. Host was very informative during the water shortage due to repairs, we were not affected at all.10/10

Read the detailed instruction given by the host to make your stay more comfortable and trouble free. Don’t go to the beach at dusk or dawn due to the sand flea bites that will reck your stay.
