Check-in was very smooth and Christian was very friendly and helpful - giving us an information sheet about the local area and transport links around Vienna. The apartment was clean, calm and spacious, just as pictured. We loved our stay here, especially sitting out on the balcony!

Great communication throughout the initial booking and during our stay. Both Christian and Stephanie were very helpful.The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and was well placed for travelling into the city. The beds are very comfortable and the property had well controlled heating which was very important in January.Plenty of storage space and we love the skylights in the bedroom. Although we did not use the patio due to the time of year- we thought that was a very nice facility for spring and summer. Good Wi-Fi and great to be able to access Netflix. The storage ‘bins’ for hats and gloves was a nice touch and really useful.On our final day, we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a downstairs lock up- so that we could make good use of our final day before our flight home in the evening.This was our first time to Vienna and we love the city so it would be nice to come back in either spring or summer . We can recommend this apartment and will definitely book again if we return.
