The ideal 'location' for your Lisbon vacation! Explore Lisbon on foot from the front door and enjoy the typical flair of the old town. Use the Rosa Residence as a generous oasis of calm after exciting days full of new discoveries. For up to 6 adults plus 2 children plus 1 baby very comfortable! WiFi throughout the house (free). 2 bedrooms with king size beds. 1 family / junior suite with private bathroom, 140x200 loft bed plus oversized single bed (120x200). A total of 2 bathrooms, large living room & kitchen, terrace and courtyard with fairytale children's play area. Baths with bathtubs, kitchen with table for 7 and large equipment. Living room with LED cable TV, piano, minibar, literature for young and old, window seat with a view of the street. Bedroom II in single bed variant (90x200) on request. Children's farm bed or baby cot made of wood on request. Small children's equipment and high-quality toys available on request. The basic price of 70-100 euros per night, depending on the season and length of stay, refers to 3 people. For every additional person 20 euros per night will be charged, for children up to 12 years half. Second TV with DVD player and film collection (small children to adults - e.g. Laura's Stern, Tatort & James Bond Collection) in the Family Suite. The apartment is on the 1st Floor, there is an elevator. 2 bedrooms face the courtyard (incl. Twittering birds and rustling leaves). Very nice and helpful neighborhood. Three of us stayed here and absolutly the apartment.
The location was perfect. It is right on the 28 Tram line. We used the tramt along with walking, taxis and Uber. Never a problem getting home.
The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. There are three bedrooms with comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed.
The host was very easy to communicate with. Instructions to get in were clear and concise. Check-in is 3:30 but we were able to drop off our bags in the late morning which was a very much appreciated.
Overall the apartment and owner were great!

The apartment is very big, clean and family friendly. The location couldn’t be better, in the middle of the old town, close to the tram and walking distance to the metro station. Restaurants and small convenience stores are plentiful.
We loved our stay and can highly recommend it.

Such a nice place with much charm and a real feel for Portugal. Host was accomodating when asked for restaurant recommendations and location advice. We loved the local restaurants she recommended abd the Copenhagen Coffee Lab was so.close and great for a quick cup or a sit and sip. Host was so responsive!! A must pick for your stay in Lisbon

The house was exactly as described. The host was very quick to respond the queries and very accommodating.
My only recommendation is that new pillows would’ve been nicer on the beds. The existing ones are quite worn.
Be prepared for lots of walking up and down hill It’s a beautiful city and location

On a tiny street with the trolley running past, this was located near many points of interest. The host was in regular communication to make sure everything was ok. We enjoyed the living area as a place to relax each evening and the bedrooms were comfortable. There are several restaurants that are great just down the street and it,s a short but hilly walk to other places.

We had a wonderful time here from the moment we arrived. A great base from which to take in and explore Lisbon. The home is so comfortable and has a relaxing and homely atmosphere. We enjoyed cooking and eating at home as well as at the many local restaurants. The children will miss sitting on the window seats watching the 28 tram go by in the street below.! Thankyou folks for the lovely memories of this wonderful city.

I can not say enough good things about Lisbon. It is a beautiful city with so much culture and plenty of stuff to keep you busy. This apartment is right in the heart of all of it. The apartment met all of our needs for myself, wife, two teenage sons, and my mother-in-law. I would definitely recommend this VRBO if you are going to travel to Lisbon.

This is truly in the heart of alfama. We loved our stay and the ability to come back "home" easily while we spent time in the historic neighborhood which is just beautiful and so fun to explore. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. The place itself is interesting with a piano and comfortable living spaces. Loved it all!!!

Lots of homey touches made for a great stay. Crazy winding streets made navigation a little challenging. But that is part of the alfama charm.

Apartment is located in Alfama directly along the famous tram28 line. The living room and one of the kids bedroom is towards the street which can be a bit more noisy - especially, every time the tram goes by - but our kids sleep like rocks and didn't mind. The backside of the apartment (with two additional bedrooms) is very quiet. Two nice bathrooms. There's a small balcony and covered outdoor play area with toys that our 4-year-old loved. Kitchen is well equipped. Great location - highly recommended

The property is charming, however it is impossible to sleep in the front bedroom with the bunk beds as the extremely loud tram goes by right underneath the window every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The place really has space for no more than 3 people who can use the two back bedrooms. The water heater is housed in a tiny kitchen cabinet and holds no more than 3-4 gallons of hot water so be prepared for very cold showers. Basic sleeping and bathing arrangements are not comfortable and up to standard unfortunately.

Amazing Stay in Lisbon! Wonderful and helpful hosts and the apartment is lovely. Pics are right on. We stayed with my family of 6 people and it was absolutely perfect for us. Great location, spacious apartment, lovely front room with windows looking into the street. We loved our stay in Lisbon and would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Nina!

My family (husband, 10 and 13 year old boys, mom (78) and Father-in-law (80)) had a nice week in the apartment. Centrally located-near many restaurants and small bodegas. Beware, however, it is in an exceptionally hilly area, but there are taxis (cheap), tuk-tuks and the historic tram runs right under the windows of the apartment. Initially, the walking was difficult for the older folks, but we had it all figured out by the end. It was Fun to watch the tram run by when you are in the apartment. The apartment is well-appointed, although the showers are crazy. One day you would be forced to have a freezing shower- the next it would be super hot. I suppose this is a historic district and should be expected. There was plenty of room for us all. There is a washer AND dryer which is surprising in Europe and an added plus. I would recommend this apartment and think it was an exceptional value.

My family (myself, husband, two kids ages 5 and 7 as well as my parents-in-law) enjoyed a great long weekend in the apartment in Lisbon. It was well appointed and comfortable for everyone. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and the large kitchen and living room. My son especially loved the piano. The location is fantastic!

Perfect location in Lisbon's historical part of town and very nicely decorated. The hosts are very kind and were extremely helpful.The app is spacy (we had been 3 couples), very well taken care off, clean and perfectly equipped.After long walking tours up-and-down the hills we really appreciated the living room and its sofas. And albeit travelling in January, we enjoyed the little terrace as well.We can recommend the Rosa Residence unconditionally!

We booked the appartment accordingly to the needs and wishes of our family, as we went to Lisbon with three generations. The descriptions and pictures really match with the reality!
Albeit at the first floor, we were glad to be able counting on an elevator, as my parents are already a bit older. For the children (3 and 6 years old), we had found a true paradise, as the hosts have installed a cosy outdoor space for them to play.
The app is very clean, generously equipped and has a great atmosphere in the middle of an old part of town.
The hosts were extremely friendly, reliable and provided us with many hints.
The little restaurant "gato pardo" became our favorite place for dinners and we were amazed of the immediate surrounding, including the panorama cafes, the flee market, the famous Castle and the near-by playground.
We will certianly return, next time during summer!

We spent two nights at this property, and if we had been in Lisbon longer, would have loved to have stayed here for a longer time. Travelling as a family with a 22 month old and 4 year old, this was absolutely the perfect place for us. The apartment was very comfortable and lovingly decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of toys for our children to enjoy. The location was so fantastic, we loved being in 'Old Portugal' and really felt like we were living like locals. The nearby places to eat were great and even let us take our coffees up to our apartment if we promised to return the glasses to them later! We walked all around the area and explored all kinds of quaint cobblestone streets. Coming home each day to this large, spacious apartment was the perfect way to live. Having a washer and dryer was so useful, and the water pressure in the shower was great(always important to me!). Our hosts were readily available via text whenever we needed anything, and so pleasant and friendly. Really truly we could not have picked a better place to stay for our time in Lisbon. Loved Lisbon, and loved this apartment. Perfect when travelling with children.
