You’ll enjoy a vacation at one of the most beautiful resorts on Lake Konstantia. In a very central yet quiet location, just 100 meters from Lake Constance and the ferry terminal in Immenstaad. Our 4-square-meter apartment (DTV for 4 people) has been 87 square meters since June 2009. It was completely redesigned at that time, featuring a modern and tasteful design with a harmonious color scheme. The apartment is continuously maintained and upgraded and kept in excellent condition. For example, this beautiful apartment was partially renovated in February 2014 and July 2015. In January 2016, we completely replaced the carpet with high-quality vinyl flooring and carried out further modernization work. In 2018, we purchased a beautiful new living room set that fits perfectly into the apartment’s overall design. In addition, the balcony comes with new patio furniture. Upholstered cushions are provided. The building is equipped with an elevator, underground parking, and high-speed WiFi. The apartment is suitable for seniors and children—there’s also a work area in the second bedroom! A crib, high chair, and changing table are provided if needed, along with toys. Excellent play opportunities are available right in the neighborhood. Explore the local area within a few minutes’ walk. This is a non-smoking apartment! Pets are not allowed! Immenstaad is the perfect destination, and our apartment offers family-friendly amenities, excellent service, high quality, a variety of recreational activities, swimming fun, long walks, hiking, cycling, water sports, golf, adventure, entertainment, and much more. Children, families, and seniors are welcome! Special children’s/family amenities: Excellent play opportunities for children right next door! Several fun board games available. High-quality high chairs and children’s tableware; bedding provided. Room layout can be adjusted for children. At the playground (a 2-minute walk away), there are excellent play options such as water play, chess, a snail slide, and a pirate ship. A mecca for kids!
Senior-friendly apartment: A spacious elevator accessible from the underground parking garage without having to climb stairs. In addition to a bathtub, there is an easily accessible shower. The apartment’s location is both central and quiet, making it ideal for accessing Lake Konstancia, the beach, the bus stop, the ferry terminal, pharmacies, doctors, the post office, a bakery, a butcher shop, restaurants, and more. V. M. All these places are within a few minutes’ walk along the paved road
Cyclists / sailors / motorcyclists are welcome!: Cyclists are very welcome. We have a bike storage area for you. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for wonderful bike tours.
Boaters and scooter riders are also very welcome! We’re just about 100 meters from the Immenstaad marina. If you sign up early, you’ll find a spot for your own boat!
Skiers can also use the apartment as a base for extended ski trips to the Bregenzerwald, Jungholz, or Balderschwang in the winter.
We have underground parking available for our guests.
Wi-Fi: Available free of charge after signing a terms-of-use agreement. In the second bedroom, we’ve set up a separate workspace for you.
Ideal location / local amenities / bus stop: Local amenities are fully guaranteed; everything is easily accessible within a 2- to 3-minute walk —including wheelchair users or those who can only travel short distances—such as butchers, bakeries, pharmacies, many restaurants and cafes of all kinds (including the Seehof and Häfele, Alte Vogtei, pizzerias such as Il Centro, broom restaurants, etc.).
The bus stop for the free local bus is just a few minutes’ walk away (Bachstrasse 6 bus stop).
In addition to board games, we also have a selection of books and DVDs for you.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Immenstaad in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Lage ist super und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wege sind wirklich sehr kurz, so dass man vom Frühstückseinkauf bis zum Abendessen alles zu Fuss erreichen kann. Im Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern findet man auch viele empfehlenswerte Gaststätten. Der Bootsanleger als Start für wunderschöne Bootsausflüge auf dem Bodensee ist ebenfalls nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der grosszügige Schnitt und die gemütliche Einrichtung haben uns sofort begeistert, und auch der zugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto hat zum "Wohlfühlfaktor" beigetragen, da so keine lange Parkplatzsuche notwendig war. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung im Internet war vollkommen zutreffend, insgesamt ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
