Spacious, bright, and fully equipped studio apartment in the attic, where the double bed is located on an open loft above the living area and is accessible via a fixed stepladder (not suitable for children under 7 years of age). There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room—all in one open space... The ceiling height is approximately 5 meters.
This is a spacious, bright, and fully equipped studio apartment where the double bed is located on an open loft above the living area and can be reached via a fixed ladder—all on one level (the bathroom/toilet is, of course, separate); there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Northwest-facing, with a southwest-facing balcony.
Our HAUS LORENZ is located about 300 m from Lake Constance, and the town center is also within easy walking distance. Shopping, a boat dock, restaurants, and interesting recreational activities are all within easy reach. Enjoy a varied and relaxing vacation. All apartments feature a balcony and large windows, making them very bright and inviting. We’ve taken special care with the furnishings to create a pleasant atmosphere for your relaxing vacation. All apartments feature a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and microwave/grill. We offer free Wi-Fi. Parking spaces for cars and bicycles (in the garage) are available. A bike rental shop is also located nearby! We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the building to maintain the quality of the apartments for everyone! The listed prices do not include the visitor’s tax. This tax is 3.50 euros per person per day from April 1 to October 31, and 2.20 euros per person per day from November 1 to March 31; children under 14 are exempt.
