About this apartment rental
This district of the thermal baths is one of the most beautiful of St Malo. It is a classified site. The beach stretches for several kilometers, it is 30 meters from the apartment. The sailing club and Kite Surf is also 30 meters away (see photo plan).
In one of the oldest villas in the area of the dike, in an exceptional location, our apartment of 75 m² has just been refurbished, work completed in June 2017. At 50 meters from the thermal baths, it occupies the essentials of the 1st floor of this house which has 3 apartments, 200 meters from all shops. A very big stay with American kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 rooms of bath and a TOILET independent. Perfect accommodation for 6 people, couples and families.
Very well exposed south and south-west, with a living room of 38m ², crossing, lit by 4 windows, the apartment is very bright. It can accommodate 6 people. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa (Poltrone Sofa); The Vanilla room of a bed in 140 and the Blue room of two twin beds (80x200) assembled. If you come to cure at Thermes, this apartment is ideally placed! The appliances and bathrooms are of high quality. The furniture is in teak and the marine style is asserted. The windows are new and double-glazed. The beds will be made before your arrival, we provide the towels (1 set per person) and we take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay. All this is included in the rental rate.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. Flat screen of 102cm with DVD player and mini Hi-Fi. A baby bed, a changing mat, a high chair and a baby bath are available free of charge.

We really liked being outside the historic core and a short block from the beach. The kitchen dining area was large and well equipped. Lots of windows with good ventilation. Liked the proximity to good bakeries and a grocery store. A 10 minute bus ride takes you to the historic centre. Communication with the host was very good. Laundry facilities were excellent.

This VRBO is excellent. In the perfect location! Less than one block from the beach/boardwalk. and within walking distance from shoppes and the market. We walked to the walled city of St. Malo as well, as it is only 1.3 miles away, but we did Uber back. The host has excellent communication nd was on site for check in. There is a very steep circular staircase that must be navigated with luggage etc and may be an issue for some.A VERY enjoyable stay!

The apartment within short walk from the beach and other amenities so 5 stars for the location. Christine is very responsive to any questions and kindly let us checked in earlier, which was much needed after an early arrival at Saint Malo.
The apartment itself has all the facilities we need for a short family trip. However, I feel that it could do with a bit of tidy up such as the floor (a bit grubby) and ventilation (musty smells in the bedrooms and toilets).
The apartment is single glazed so not very sound proofing for light sleepers.
Overall it is a good place to stay for the pretty Saint-Malo.
