Located in Longboat Key, this lovely house for $668 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Newly renovated Sarasota Bay front house with unobstructed view. Large two-story villa has everything you need for your island getaway. House is comfortably furnished and well maintained. Each of the bedrooms and the living area has its own flat screen TV. WiFi internet access also included. Pool heat is optional at additional $140/week. Enjoy your oversized private pool with large patio and grill. You can fish or just relax on the bay dock or walk across the street to white sand Gulf beaches with our own beach chairs. Within walking distance to the Centre Shops dining and shopping. Nearby St. Armand's Circle boasts the finest in restaurants, wonderful shops and relaxing scenes. Our family (my wife & I plus our two adult children) stayed at this spacious property just to get away from the Midwest cold and recharge for the New Year.
Our host (Dina) was very helpful and responsive with our questions. The bedrooms were very open and each with their own bathroom, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking onsite and we had the option to dine indoors or by the heated pool outdoors. The property and grounds are very well kept and just a enough seclusion off of the main drag (Gulf of Mexico Drive).
We researched and found many great places to go out to eat and found beautiful beaches everywhere we went. Anna Maria was our favorite with a less touristy feel. We found many things to do from St. Armands Key to a Green Bay Packer establishment loaded with friendly faces.
Best of all, our family spent quality time together and we even taught our children the game of Cribbage, which turned out to hit in the evenings before bed!
If we come back to Longboat Key, we will definitely come back to Dina's relaxing and beautiful property!

Beautiful home on the bay! VERY short walk across to the beach. Everything we needed in the house to be comfortable for our week stay. Great having the 3 en suite bathrooms. Owners were wonderful to work with! We will be back!

This is an older "typical Florida" property that has been nicely updated with fresh Master Bathroom and new Kitchen and a fabulous Pool and Pool Deck with outstanding views of Sarasota Bay. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and we greatly enjoyed our 2 week stay.

The house was clean and fully equipped. Beautiful view. Nice big swimming pool. A pier on the bay. The beach, a 2 minute walk. Several good restaurants very close. I would stay here any time. Recommended.

What a fantastic property. My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving week.
The house is exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Extremely spacious with large bedrooms and living area providing maximum comfort. A well stocked kitchen made a week's worth of meal prep very easy. All the furniture is clean and comfortable with just the right amount of tasteful decor. The location on Gulf of Mexico Drive is super convenient for getting to restaurants, St Armand's Circle, Publix and, of course the beach right across the street.
Of course the private pool right off the living/dining area is a highlight of the house. Our two young boys, 8 and 4, spent just about every waking hour in the pool, especially on the days when it wasn't quite beach weather. I highly recommend paying to have the pool heated in the cooler months.
Great communication by the property manager prior to and during check-in as well as throughout our stay. My family and I are already talking about how soon we can return.

We really liked this house. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were super efficient and helpful. The bbq was the cleanest we’ve ever encountered in a rental. Would recommend, happily.

Property is on the bay. We saw all kinds of wildlife including dolphins. Short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Will be renting again.

This house has been completely renovated with excellent taste and finishes. The kitchen and master bath are exceptional. Also, the front yard is artistic and welcoming. The owners have thoughtfully provided anything you might need during your stay and are responsive and easy to contact. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the large screened pool and the easy access to the Gulf. It was a wonderful week!

Enjoyed our surprise family reunion…. We had this place planned with sister and husband and brother and wife, total 6 of us, and surprise! my other two sisters and 3 brothers all surprised us! They all stayed nearby but this house was so perfect, large enough to let us all have a great visit. Pool was great…. Weather could have been warmer but house was great. Beds were comfortable and all was great. Highly recommend for family gatherings….

Great house on Sarasota Bay
This house is so much larger than pictured. The rooms are huge. The kitchen is very well stocked. The laundry room was even great. The Host answered questions very very quickly via text. The only suggestions would be is that the guest bedrooms needed new sheets. Very pilled. The guest bedroom upstairs needs a good cleaning and bathroom needs updating. Cookie sheets all need replacement. But other than that it is house we would rent again. The pool! Wow! Had a blast. The dock was so relaxing too. We just had a blast.

We had a great time! 3 very clean private bedrooms and 3.5 private bathrooms were perfect for 5 of us. The pool is gigantic and very well maintained. The Intercoastal fishing dock is right in front of the house - it is not private, bit hardly anybody else used it. The beautiful secluded beach is across the street - 3 minute walk. Anna Maria beach is 5-6 minute drive away. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend the property ! We will be back !

We had a great time! 3 very clean private bedrooms and 3.5 private bathrooms were perfect for 5 of us. The pool is gigantic and very well maintained. The Intercoastal fishing dock is right in front of the house - it is not private, bit hardly anybody else used it. The beautiful secluded beach is across the street - 3 minute walk. Anna Maria beach is 5-6 minute drive away. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend the property ! We will be back !

This home was absolutely perfect for our family group of 5 adults; the house is beautiful and very well maintained, with lots of room for everybody to spread out. The views over the bay are spectacular — we loved to watch storms playing out across the bay — and the screened porch with enormous pool was where we spent much of our time. The walk to the beach is under five minutes even heavily laden with beach stuff, and is through a pleasantly green development. The owners were very prompt in communication and great to work with. It's worth noting that this house is actually part of a complex that includes a small condo (maybe 8 units?) and a couple of houses, so we were a little startled occasionally by folks coming and going right next to the house to access the shared dock, and there is also another house attached to this one, although we hardly ever saw the inhabitants and never heard them. We really did not feel disturbed by this in anyway. Overall we loved and hope to return.

The home was beautiful, very large for a beach house. We had a great stay, if I had to comment anything, it would be not enough toilet paper and no curtains on the windows. The blinds were broken and the sunlight came in very early. But other than that it was an awesome stay, property owners were very accommodating!

Lovely Vacation
We enjoyed staying at this property and we had a wonderful time! There is a small house attached to the main house that has residents. The residents are an old couple and we actually never came in contact with them, but I think it should be noted. Also the pool was great but not so private as there are guests from the condo that walk right by on both sides to get to the shared dock. All in all the house was nice and we had a great time!
