Easy and honest

Reviewer Comments: Bathroom faucet not shutting off - air conditioning not working - Door bell chirp/beep at 2 AM, batteries severely corroded - 6 person rental and only 2 balcony chairs - no dishwasher tablets to run dishwasher - Lied to about A/C repair - When talked to front desk got " read your contract " - should have been compensation for 3 nights of restless sleep (temp in condo got up to 80 F - then chirping). I will definitely add my review to other websites as well. Other issues as well.

Loved this place. We had an issue with the air and they took care of it as quickly as they could. I will definitely stay here again. And the beachfront was amazing

I have stayed on this property many times for many years. This was not my favorite room, loved the location on the first floor but it needs updating and was not very clean. I also don’t understand why the pool closes so early.

We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Beach and pool location was great! We brought down my in-laws and Andrew at the Sea Oats hooked us up with a beach wheelchair company that was outstanding. Condo had everything we needed. We even left some boogie boards and beach toys for the next vacationer to enjoy! We will definitely be back.

We were surprised at how large this unit actually is. You cannot beat the views for sure! Overall we had a very pleasant stay though we were a little surprised at the level of security over the holiday weekend (Memorial Day), versus the rest of the week. They were very strict to start with then seemed to loosen up. This is a Sand Dollar issue though and not specific to Unit 107. We would stay again in this Unit for sure.

Unit was clean and contained all of the amenities for a successful stay. Located just above the pool, the noise level was not bad at all and the pool closed at a decent time to enable us to enjoy the balcony. Great complex and will definitely stay again.

It was affordable considering we booked it five days in advance and the management company was super to work with. The condo is somewhat dated and, while functional, it needs updated to keep pace with the other units in this complex. The dining room table chairs were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on and the furniture on the balcony needs replaced. Something that draws you to want to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets without worrying about needing a tetanus shot. A review from a few years ago stated the kitchen was well stocked — no longer the case. There is simply a few basic, random items that did not support meal preparation. Bring your own or prepare to eat out! Internet was hit/miss, but again JC Management worked to order a new modem/router, so I’m sure this will be resolved for future guests.

A bit out dated and minimal supplies and never found a dustpan to sweep up any messes. Upon checking in we were handed keys to 2 different condos. There

Really enjoyed our stay

We had an amazing time! Fully equipped and beautifully decorated.

My family and I have stayed at the Sea Oats many times! We absolutely love the pool and beach. Rooms are spacious and I would recommend to anyone with children. Only draw back was the Long Pier being shut down last February and not knowing it until we got there, since my husband planned on doing a lot of fishing.

Great view, needs some updating with the furniture. Lots of room but the master bath tub needs to have appliques or a mat. I fell in the shower after moving one foot. Still think it was a little pricey for the condo.
