Rent one of the premier lakefront homes in Moorings of Keowee! This large, beautifully decorated home is ideal for family vacations or a work retreat. The open floor plan features a spacious living room with gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows, dining area with seating for 10 and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy dinner outdoors on the open top deck with gas grill or swing your cares away on the lower covered deck (both facing the water). Play ping pong or use one of the kayaks and paddle boards provided.
Professionally landscaped backyard with flagstone steps to private dock (with 2 available boat slips), grassy area and paved ramp to drop your boat!! Lots of extras including a 2-car garage, separate laundry room, front porch, additional parking. Fish straight off the dock or jump into super deep water and dry off in sun or shade!

Beautiful location and view of the lake. Home had the rooms and space that we needed for our two families, 12 people total. We enjoyed swimming and fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. Found some great hiking and swimming spots nearby, beautiful waterfalls. We drove up to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, had a wonderful time exploring. Unfortunately, we had some negative experiences with the property as well. Overall condition was average to poor and it was disorganized throughout. Dishes were not clean in cabinets, had to wash before use. Very hard to find basic supplies, many items were not in working order or missing parts, linens limited or not in good cond. Repaired clogged tub and broken towel bar. Master light/fan did not work, repaired the ping pong table. Sent owner list of some other concerning issues that should definitely be addressed. One paddleboard was broken and unusable, the other was in poor condition, paddles were broken and limited. This really is a great home and beautiful setting on the lake. We had a fun vacation despite some issues, but because of the premium price we paid, these things are worth mentioning. A few days of cleaning and reorganizing would make a world of difference for future guests. Thanks!
