Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 private balconies. The master bedroom balcony/PATIO has a breathtaking view of the emerald waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf. The living room balcony overlooks scenic Choctawhatchee Bay, the lush landscaping of our 700 ft Lazy River Pool, heated pool with waterfall pool, zero entry pool and hot tubs. Our condo, with the free, secure Wi-Fi, is part of Destin West Beach and Bay Resort which provides our bayside guests access to the Free gym with full amenities is included.- fitness center, large pool with separate hot tub and a Tiki bar on the beach. Enjoy the new marina on the Bay that you can fish from or walk on...goes out 600 ft out into the Bay. A full size/separate washer and dryer is included. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of this condo. Our commitment is to provide you with a level of comfort, convenience and relaxation you will enjoy as much as we do when we spend our winters at Destin West. We do our utmost to exceed your expectations JUST READ THE REVIEWS!! YOU WILL LOVE OUR CONDO! There are large HI-def flat screen TV's with DVR players in both the living and master bed rooms. The bunk bed area also has a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player for the kids to watch their favorite movies and a Large privacy curtain. It is off the hall and has its own bath room with shower. The bunk area is separate and private with a "ceiling to floor" retractable curtain for privacy. That way the kids don't need to bother the parents in the morning. A full-size separate washer and dryer is inside the condo that you can use to keep your belonging fresh and clean. You will love the new King Bed in the spacious Master Bedroom... comfortable and roomy. The Master Bed room is furnished with classic and comfortable furniture.. All top of the line. Don't forget the added value of this corner condo...both with the multiple windows and the added private balcony off the Master Bedroom. Imagine yourself sipping coffee while you sit on the balcony and look out over to the State Park, Beach and waters of the Gulf (across the street) and Destin proper (off to the East). The dinning table with the bar stools allows full dining pleasure for 6. A new designer sleeper sofa and adjustable lounge chair are all you need to lounge around and sleep very comfortably in the living room area. Destin West beach and Bay (Caribbean style resort) is one of the newest and most unique on Okaloosa Island. In the middle of a lush, tropical landscape (bay side) is a lazy river ( the longest in the area) with a zero entry pool and 2 hot tubs. Fish from the bay, catch dinner and grill on one of the many BBQ's. Want to spend time on the beach? Just a fun walk over the SKY WALKWAY. My husband, 2.5 year old son and I stayed in the condo and both sets of our parents stayed in the RV park. We had a great time. Pretty easy access to the beach and lots of pools to choose from. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We did a Walmart grocery pick up, which is incredibly convenient. Make sure to read the list of what to bring. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication.

Glenn and Peggy provided excellent instructions so there was no need to contact them during our stay. We knew exactly what we needed to bring. The condo was immaculate, the master bed so comfortable, and the furniture is great quality. It felt like home. Many other rental properties I've stayed are uncomfortable with a mish mash of cheap furniture. That is not the case here. The furniture is thought out down to table lamps and mirror where you need it. This was a part work & part vacation trip for me and the internet was also high speed. If in the area again, I would most definitely choose a Glenn & Peggy property.

The room was nice and location was perfect. It’s only a short 5 minute walk or so to the beach. The views from with balcony are great and have seating to relax and just take everything in. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The floor in the unit was not cleaned. The first night we were there our feet/socks were black on the bottom from the floor in the unit. The pools and lazy River are nice, but needed some serious attention when it comes to cleaning them. There was so much dirt/mulch floating in them that you had to watch for and try to dodge it. The pool hours stated 8am or 9am til 10pm, but maintenance kicks everyone out between 830-9pm and they aren’t very nice about it. Make sure to wear your bands when going to the pool area because they are like drill sergeants and will kick you out until you show them physical proof that you have one. It’s a great place for kids and that’s why I would go back, so my kids can enjoy this place again. Communication with the owner is great so don’t worry if there’s an issue that needs taken care of. They will get back with you quickly.

This was a wonderful property with lots of fun things to do! Beach, pools, bay side had sting rays, fish, and crabs that the kids could see from the dock area! Only complaints, as a mother of young kids I was hoping they would have tall locks on the balcony doors as my 2 and 4 year old could reach the locks and open the doors themselves. Also, the master bed was very uncomfortable..but we would definitely stay there again!! It’s so beautiful and very clean!!

This was a wonderful property with lots of fun things to do! Beach, pools, bay side had sting rays, fish, and crabs that the kids could see from the dock area! This condo was on the bay side and was just a few short minutes to the lazy river and pools and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The actual condo itself was great and so were the owners.

Just an FYI when you stay at this resort.
There are no lifeguards, or security at the pools and lazy river. Our first night there a punching fight broke out between about fifteen 12 year olds. No parents anywhere! We stayed 7 nights and 4 out of the 7 evenings at the lazy river there were kids running around doing cannonballs in the river, screaming, jumping in to the hot tubs where only adults are allowed. There’s no one to call, or complain to about this. There was no security to break up the fight that happened. Everything at the pool is at your own risk. There is an old man checking wristbands as you walk in but that’s it. He ignores everything that goes on out there. I did complain to him the first night about the fight and the one kid bleeding in the pool and all he said was I didn’t see anything. So I can’t do anything. Even though it happened in the lazy river, right next to the entrance where he was standing and everyone was screaming. So it was impossible for him not to see it.
Other than absolutely no rules at the pool, nor parental supervision for kids, we had a really great stay.

Everything was absolutely wonderful!
Thank you so much for a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and the amenities were perfect! Peggy and Glen provided so much great information prior to check-in. Even the directions from the airport were spot on. The location was great as well. Great parking, safe location, beautiful views, easy to get to the beach (walking distance) and easy to hop on over to Destin with just a short drive. We will definitely be staying here again! Condo was very clean and supplied more than most condo's as far as trash bags and detergent. Bed was very comfy. Enjoyed having 2 balconies, one for sitting and one for drying towels and suits. Mr. Roy was extremely easy to book through and was always quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property!
