This spacious three-bedroom Breckenridge townhome, hosted by Great Western Lodging, is located in one of the area's best ski-in/ski-out locations, right on Snowflake Run. The vaulted living area features new furnishings, a rock fireplace, and a 42-inch Samsung LCD TV with Blu-ray DVD player, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Large picture windows in the living area and primary suite showcase beautiful ski area and mountain views, while the private deck provides another spot to enjoy the scenery. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the private outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to relax under the stars.
The property includes a heated one-car garage and driveway, with the convenience of being directly on Snowflake Run. In summer, trails just above the townhome wind through the surrounding wetlands and into the mountains.
Located about six blocks from downtown Breckenridge and two blocks from a bus stop, this home offers easy access to Main Street's restaurants, shops, and après-ski while maintaining a peaceful mountain setting. Nearby trails and year-round outdoor recreation make this a great home base in every season.
Ski-In Access Note: The Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski-in portion of your return to the property.
Age Requirement: The primary tenant must be at least 25 years old. A valid driver's license is required for proof of age at check-in. No exceptions.

This was a very nice unit that had all the amenities we wanted. The location is great as it backs to the Snowflake trail. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome clean place, great location. Hot tub didn’t work but someone came to try and fix when I called. Also toilet backed up and had to call someone. May sound petty but no salt and pepper either. Like I said could have been better but still a really nice place.
