About this house rental
Welcome to Sand Seair, a newly decorated beach home, with upgraded furnishings and renovated outdoor pool area perfect for large families looking to getaway from it all; relax at the beach all day and then unwind around the newly updated pool deck in the afternoon. Sand Seair is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home, located in Inlet Beach, sleeping up to 18 guests and a private pool. Sand Seair has a private bedroom on the 1st floor with a king sized bed and full bathroom. The first floor bedroom has a private access to the newly updated pool/spa and pool deck. On the second floor is the main entrance to the home, formal dining area, living room, spacious kitchen and casual dining space. Also on the second floor is a laundry room and bathroom. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, provides a king bed and large private bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Down the hall, on the 3rd floor, is a large kid's room with 2 custom built sets of full-size bunk beds! The bunk room can comfortably sleep up to 8 children. The 4th bedroom, located on the third floor, has a King bed large balcony with gulf views. The fifth bedroom is located in the carriage house, connected to the main house by balcony, and includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The carriage house can be accessed separately via the private entrance on the first floor next to the pool. Sand Seair has been updated beautifully with a focus on entertaining the entire family around the pool, updated pool deck, and 5 balconies. *Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you (for an additional fee), so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent *4 complimentary bikes and 1 golf cart provided What should I do in Paradise? 1. On the surface, this location looked clean but once we got in was a different story. The floors were very dirty, the pool was not clean, found previous guest panties in the drawer, found trash under the bed, and some of the beds had no sheets. When we reported the bed and floors the housekeeper waited until we all sat down for dinner to arrive. They brought a flat sheet only for the king bed ( we didn't know until they left because we made the bed) and we couldn't let them clean the floors because we were eating.

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Seair in June. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms all worked out well except for the detached bedroom, which didn't have a bathroom near it. We had to go down spiral staircase or go to kitchen area to use the bathroom. The TV's were VERY difficult to figure out also throughout the house....maybe some type of instructions would help. Also, the pool was wonderful, but the water got VERY warm via the sun. A chiller would be highly recommended ( which we installed in our own home) The golf cart, which came with the house, was totally welcomed by us all....long way to beach for little kids, and us old people :-) I would recommend this property!

Perfect house to host our family over the thanksgiving holiday! Having the golf cart was great, that is hard to find a house that includes one. House very updated and well stocked, there's even beach chairs and toys to use which was awesome! Owners very responsive to our needs. Very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend!!!

This house was great! It was very clean and we didn't have any issues. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was very warm the entire time even with cool nights. The golf cart was great for the beach and the location couldn't be better. I would highly recommend this house for families with kids.

This is the first time in 9 years that we have stayed in a home that we would come back to. The home is a little older but it is so functional and has an incredible backyard with a nice pool and ample outdoor living space. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked! The washer and dryer were also the best we have had. The separated living spaces also worked well for our group of 9 so that we could have multiple groups doing things without interrupting the others. The drop zone on the first floor was clutch and the included golf cart was a luxury! It could use some updating in the bathrooms, but all in all, we highly recommend this home!

TV in family room worked 1st night. We reported it & was told needed new box & would not get it tell Monday. Would have been nice to have all week for morning cartoons for grandkids. Internet was very spotty also. Pool was cloudy all week & 1st day extremely hot. House very nice, pool area & golf cart were plus. Cooked in all week, kitchen accessories were not best. We would probably not return.

We had a wonderful time at Sand Seair! Great location, clean home, pool etc was perfect!! The only issue we had was the appliances are older and the kitchenware was outdated. Cutting knives etc. were extremely dull but this issue would not hold us back from coming back again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sand Seair. The layout was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. The location was good and golf cart made it easy to get everyone and our stuff to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals in. We would definitely recommend Sand Seair!

We loved our visit at Sand Seair! The accommodations were perfect and they had everything we needed and more. Paradise Properties was such a wonderful management company and went over and above to make sure our stay was great. We've encountered lots of management companies in our time at Rosemary and have always had average to poor experiences. Working with Paradise Properties was the opposite experience. They were wonderful!

We loved the gorgeous kitchen and cooking in it! The kids loved the pool so much! You really are so close to the beach! Close enough to Rosemary to walk but not in the busy chaos of Rosemary. It is a very well stocked home and they've made it so cozy!! We loved our stay there and would come back. The golf cart is a huge plus! I would still rent bikes since you can't go down the streets of Rosemary in the golf cart. Thanks for sharing your home with our families.

We loved this house, it's location, how well equipped it is, the pool and every corner of this gorgeous house. The owners were around the neighborhood and were so great to us. Having the golf car helped us with taking the kids to the beach but we mostly walked and were never tired. This area is so private, well maintained that we really liked it. We were a big group of 5 families and could accommodate everybody. We would love to come back here so just waiting for next year!!

Everything was good with a few exceptions. The exterminator needs to hit the place a bit more frequently because we saw about 7 roaches. I was disappointed that no one told me the washer was not working until Monday morning when they were sending a guy out to work on it. Then it was still not working and was supposed to be fixed Wednesday, but never came and then showed up Thursday afternoon unannounced with a new washer to install. Glad someone was there...I must say we were offered laundry service and took advantage of it, but had packed clothes with the understanding we would have a washer and dryer. We couldn't use the bikes because the tires were flat.

This house was great for our four families and wonderful location. We could walk to the beach and bike down 30A to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this house!

Inlet beach is on the end of 30A so the golf cart is important to get to The Hub and to other areas. We also rented bikes to get around which was fun. The house has tons of beach stuff which my kids loved. Chairs and toys galore. The house is starting to show its age a bit but the kitchen is really pretty and there is plenty of space for a large family. We found a couple of palmetto bugs in the house throughout the week. Woke up one morning to one sitting on my toothbrush. The pool also wasn’t working well when we got to the property which was disappointing as we where all pretty excited to use it. The owner evidentally forgot to turn it on and the previous people had made it very dirty so it took a while to get it clean. Property management communicated well through it all and everything worked out. Overall it was a great week there and the house worked out.

There was plenty of room and the heated pool/ fire pit/foos ball table was an added bonus. The decor in the house is perfect for a rental house. It's tasteful, current and makes you feel at home.
The beach access is just a few blocks away so it was very convenient to walk to. We were also grateful for the included golf cart and being able to drop off toys/kids at the beach entrance, drive the golf cart home and then walk to meet everyone. Worked out great!
The carriage house was perfect for my husband who had to work while we were away. The wifi was spotty but we brought a hot spot so it was ok. There were a few roaches that called the carriage house home so it's worth getting the bug guy out there. We did not have any in the main house.

Camp Helen state park is within bike distance and a great place to explore. Rosemary shops are within walking distance and they have a wonderful farmers market.

House is great for large groups. We had four families, with nine kids ranging from 9-19, with plenty of room for all! Great location only a block to the beach. The included six seat golf cart made going to the beach a breeze. We will book this property again!

Sand Seair had everything for our family! The pool was nice and we enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The golf cart was very convenient to make drop offs to the beach. We had a great time.

Our stay was really nice. The house was exactly what I expected by the pictures & the pool was great- actually bigger & better than I expected. Location is great and the golf cart included in the rental was clutch!! Beach is beautiful and the neighborhood was really nice. Seems like a newer neighborhood though...lots of new construction (nothing within an ears distance though).Few things that weren't great.....When we arrived, the place didn't seem super clean. Some sticky spots and dusty. We also encountered a couple dead roaches and 1 live one in a kitchen drawer (yuck).The house had a lot of good kitchenware & more than enough towels. I was kind of disappointed there wasn't hand soap in any of the bathrooms (except the master) or something as simple as salt & pepper. The check in/ check out times are tough and the communication on it was not great. I saw when booking that the times were checkin 5pm & checkout by 9am. Checkin being late- no problem but a 9am checkout was tough!! I tried to communicate my desire to get an early checkin & late arrival and the response was not super clear. They basically said we'll let you know but never communicated anything back. Despite the few issues, we did have a wonderful time & would consider staying here again.

This property was actually better and nicer that the pictures showed. The location is awesome. The use of the golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze. We would definitely book here again.

Perfect for families!!
3 families - 6 kids - Perfect!!
The pool/guest house was perfect for the babysitter we brought along, so she could have her own space.
Having our own pool that was shaded most of the day (you could lay out in the sun if you wanted, though) was amazing for us “sun exposure conscious mommas” as the kids could swim for hours!!
Definitely booking this house again!!

Beautiful Home
We had a great Labor Day weekend get away with friends. We really enjoyed the home. It is convenient to the beach (1.5 blocks away) and the golf cart was fantastic. We had a few minor issues - the main floor (2nd) temperature was always hot and the first and third were freezing. The kitchen is small. The first floor toilet didn’t flush well. The hot tub was not hot. The grill almost caught fire due to lack of cleaning prior to our arrival. There was a sewer smell outside some of the time.

The house was beautiful and everything we needed! We loved having the golf cart to ride back and forth to beach! Only thing was wish it would have been little closer to beach! We had a great vaca and a wonderful time

Family Vacation
Although the house was lovely the pictures on the VRBO website made all the rooms appear much bigger than they actually were.
The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having 2 dining areas. The golf cart was very nice to have. The pool area was a hit with the little kids in our group. We loved the back porches.

Very nice property! Worked well for our large family. The golf cart was a great addition and helped us so much getting to and from the beach. We had a great week. Our only complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t great. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay
Great house for large groups. Had been improved over pictures shown in the listing. Weather was not the greatest but we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out when rained in. The Donut Hole across the way is awesome for donuts or breakfast. Short walk to the beach and beach was not crowded. We had an issue with air conditioner that went out and it was addressed the next day.
