This property features reclaimed wood floors, travertine, granite and onyx countertops, and Wolf & SubZero appliances. This home sleeps 18 guests, yes! Perfect for big groups and families.

Perched atop a hillside overlooking Park City and Deer Valley, this luxurious newly constructed home offers the best views in all of Park City....not to mention finishes that will blow you away! This property features reclaimed wood floors, travertine, granite and onyx countertops, and Wolf & SubZero appliances. This home sleeps 18 guests, yes! Perfect for big groups and families.
This property is big enough for everyone to spread their legs, relax or have fun, just pick which deck or room to use. You can either decompress around the firepit and look out over Old Town Park City after a day skiing, have a drink in the hot tub, or take a plunge in the spa downstairs adjacent to the game room/bar. This home has five different rooms with ensuite bathrooms and many couches around for everyone to hang out after the activities of the day, breathtaking views are available in every room.
A mile away from Main Street and Deer Valley Resort, two minutes walking distance to Gamble Oak Trail and only two miles away from Park City Resort base! A perfect location for any summer or winter vacation!

We loved this house! It easily handled all of our family and friends with lots of different spaces. It was very close to everything, and the views were stunning.

House was exactly as advertised and management company is super responsive to all questions and needs. Great week!!!!

We had the best time at the house. The managing communication was excellent! The sound system was a bit confusing but they fixed it and even dropped off a speaker in the meantime. Hotub kept clean. Downstairs has a little smell to it and they really tried to find it with getting a plumber etc. Location is fantastic. Close to hikes and downtown. We had a very special tiime!!!
