Nestled in Isle of Palms, this lovely house for $682 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Spacious, classic, older style 7 bedroom/4 bath beach home located across the street from the beach with ocean views. Key Features include: large private pool with pool furniture and privacy fence surrounding the entire back yard, outdoor beach shower, large second floor sundeck, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, cable television, WiFi, ceiling fans in every bedroom, outdoor gas grill (propane tanks may be exchanged at Island Realty office during normal business hours), and a custom made regulation size billiard table is located between the dining area and the living room. Fireplace is not for guest use. Linens included. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee (Max. 2 dogs). Plenty of room, the pool was great and access to the beach was right across the street. Loved staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at this property. This time we did have a few issues. The fridge was not making ice and the pool kept getting cloudy and the filter didn't run correctly. Maintenance dropped off a counter top ice maker and sent the pool company out several times. Everyone came pretty quick and tried to rectify the issues. None if these things made our vacation any less fun. I would highly recommend this property and Island Realty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was in good condition. The dishwasher did not work well. ( soap container did not open). There was mold in the shower in the bathroom on the upper floor. The washer and dryer are not in a good place. Very noisy. Needed a rug at downstairs door when coming in from the pool. Needed a few umbrellas on the front porch. There were outlets in the dining area that did not work. The maintenance people were prompt and helpful.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. Right Across the street from beach access, but there’s s beach access every 4-5 houses, so very convenient, 1/2 mile from the beachfront area restaurants. Last year we were thinking it’s in middle of renovation since nice updated bathrooms down stairs and one upstairs. The other bath between rooms is 1960’s looking, closet doors haven’t been fixed in over 2 yrs or more. Mismatched Old furniture everywhere but the biggest negative fir us this year was the lack of cleanliness. Glass table top in front of L couch was sticky and not even wiped off, food debris in the edge track, wood floors not swept or wiped up from spilled drinks. Close to half the kitchen utensils, knives and forks had stuck on food. Cutting knives were dull, cutting boards need to be tossed, we found 2 glass bowls we forgot and left last year. We left them again as the kitchen needs them. Lack of food containers for leftovers. It gets busy on the weekends when the local college crowd comes to the beach. We enjoyed IOP fir 2 yrs but the lack of cleanliness this last time will push us to vacation elsewhere.

House was perfect size for most to have their own private room. 4 baths were enough to share. Kitchen and living area were a great space to eat and play games. We enjoyed the pool table too! Nice view from the front deck and although weather was chilly we walked right across the street to the beach for a nice walk. Didn’t spend any time out back by pool but it was nicely kept. Close to good restaurants when we didn’t cook. Several ladies considering this house for future visits with family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great property to host our family for Thanksgiving and my son's first birthday. We used every room and bathroom in this house. It would be super fun in warmer weather when we could have used the pool. My son took some of his first steps on the porch! I had noticed that one of the previous reviews mentioned that there were no outlets in the bathrooms and I was glad to see that that was addressed and the bathrooms had outlets. I only had a couple of critiques and they are minor. It would have been nice to have more towel bars in the bathrooms. One bar and one hook in the blue bathroom downstairs is not enough for 4 people’s towels. Also, the towels provided could be updated. They are tiny. We appreciated that they were provided but after drying my hair it was soaked! The glass door bathroom that is downstairs could use some serious grout cleaning in the shower and there is nowhere to put your belongings in the shower other than the floor. Another thing that would have saved us some worry is if the second fridge in the garage was mentioned in the amenities. Overall we would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a large space to stay.

Great amount of space with comfy amenities. My only critique is I wish there were a bit more lighting around the pool area.
