Overall, we were thrilled with the price and amenities. It cost less than staying in a hotel and offered a lot more room. The kitchen was amply equipped, and there were plenty of towels. A starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets were provided. Renters need to have a plan in place for providing more than a day or two. The floor desperately needs replacing. It’s lock-together laminate and is tearing up in the kitchen. The master bed is not very comfortable, but the second master is better (which became my mother’s room). The kids said the beds in their room were okay. There should be curtains on bedroom windows to help block morning light. The pool area was the real star. Our resort day was perfect with the large pool, slides, lake view, and arcade. The restaurant workers were quite friendly, and we enjoyed the food. Mom had a hamburger one day that she said rivaled a home cooked burger, so that’s saying something. Sadly, the theater was under renovation, which we did not know ahead of arrival. We appreciate the late checkout as our flight wasn’t until 3:30. We hope to stay again in 304. Thanks to the owners for a nice trip.

Condo was comfortable and plenty of space. Pool and slides were great for kids

We had an excellent stay here. The unit was very spacious and clean. Perfect for relaxing at the end of busy days. Pool was nice as well! I loved how close and easy a drive it was to all the major attractions, and having the Super Walmart just up the street was very convenient.

Overall, a good place to stay, and apartments and apartments were as advertised. We enjoyed our stay there. Spacious rooms, and reasonably well maintained, exactly the way we expected.

This property was a perfect fit for our vacation stay. The amenities were spot on!! Our children didn’t want to leave!! Michael was great with communication. An overall great experience! The location was great all Disney attractions were about 20 minutes away… with traffic!! I would most definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, accommodations were as advertised. The pool and pool adult beverages were great. Don't miss out on a burger at the pool - it's fantastic! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice to have a washer and dryer so that we could leave with all our clothes clean. It was a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend.

Located in a gated community close to Disney, this property was what we were looking for and as pictured. Would stay again if we go back to Orlando.

The area was beautiful .My Daughter-in-law car was stolen from the property . Master bedroom doors knob was broken we fixed it and when we let out the sofa bed it had chip and crackers in it .

This was my first time renting a place to stay like this. The property was nice and quiet not too many issues. Check-in was a little difficult as well as the gate office employees weren’t too nice with my group. There were a couple of other things but not really big issues, other than that it was a nice place to stay in.

This condo has so much potential but is in desperate need of a makeover. The floors are coming up, the couch is falling apart and it needs a deep cleaning badly. The condo itself is huge! There is tons of space. The wifi worked great. We got quick responses from the homeowner when we asked any questions. Windsor Hills itself is amazing! The pool was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained.

Nice large condo at Windsor Hills. Nice pool. It’s more like a 15-20 minute drive to Disney rather than a five minute one. Would stay here again. Lots of useful stuff for families included in unit.

Location is perfect for Disney World. The condo is quiet and great for 6 people. Condition of home could use some updating. For the price it is a value and no issues finding parking. Close to a Walmart for supplies.

Excellent property

This was everything we needed and more! My kids really enjoy going to the pool so just that in Itself was amazing. Michael was very responsive almost immediately when I had any questions and was super helpful and had good communication. Super close if you’re going to Disney about a 18-20 minute drive and really convenient. We will be back!

It was as expected. Directions, access to property and condo, and entry were smooth. Had stuff in the closet for young families too such as a high chair and items for the pool area. Everything worked, great time, great location.

This was our first time staying in this unit. It was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen supplies were adequate for making meals at home. The only thing I would suggest is the hide a bed couch be replaced. It was very uncomfortable to sit on. The love seat was fine. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and bright. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

This property has plenty of room for a large family. Well stocked kitchen,plenty of blankets and towels. The owner provides two strollers, a pack and play, pool toys, board and video games, and even a nice car seat. Short walk to the pool and the neighborhood is very quiet. Overall impressed and would stay again. If there is a Con. I would say that some curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. Living in a place with no street lights, it was difficult for out toddlers to fall asleep the first couple of nights due to the light from outside.

The location was good and the condo was well stocked. Everything was clean except the floors. I would leave your shoes on while walking around. Checking in was a little difficult becausecwe had two cars. I had notified the owner of both drivers names one week prior to arrival. When we arrived at the gate they would not let the second driver through until they contacted the management company. I would consider staying here again.

Very clean modern home with lots of space. But Doors need some WD40 for squeaky hinges. Would’ve been nice to have a roll of hand paper towels since it’s an essential like toilet paper provided. Elevator not working so had to carry luggage’s to 2nd floor. Building a bit loud. Walls a bit thin.

We enjoyed staying here, huge property, comfortable and clean. Close to the parks. Highly recommend.

This is a gated community and the property is very well located. The property needs attention, seems a bit run down.

Great location, minutes from all Disney parks, shopping & restaurants. However, Older condo, bathroom/ tubs/showers outdated. Serious updating needed. Towels were scarce, old (see-thru thin and washed out). We had to purchase bath towels for our use. Wi-Fi not working first 2 days and frequently up and down for remaining 3 days. Property manager never responded to messages left on voice mail. Washer and dryer not working. We really wanted to use washer/dryer and inconvenience of non-working units was annoying. The stars given were for location. . Older outdated furnishing furnishings, non-working washer/dryer, and unreliable Wi-Fi put a damper on our stay.

Upon arrival we noted that the property was not clean. We were unable to contact management as there was no telephone signal. Having just come out of covid cleanliness was the main priority we expected the property to be clean and germ free particularly as we had our 18 month old granddaughter with us. Unfortunately, The floors had clearly not been mopped for a long while, The toilets/ shower and bath looked clean on the surface but on further inspection were not. There was no handled mop or floor cleaner, no anti-bacterial cleaning products available at all. The child Highchair was absolutely filthy and could not be used until scrubbed clean by myself. The washing machine programmes were mainly unavailable to use. The balcony including the furniture was dirty. We had to go straight to Walmart to buy products ourselves to enable to get the apartment in a near livable condition especially for our granddaughter. Whilst the bedding was clean as were towels and the glass tables had had a light cleaning. Everything else was dirty. To add to our annoyance there was an envelope requesting a tip for the cleaner as apparently she had worked hard to get the apartment ready for us!! Obviously she had not!! Whilst the area was convenient and the estate was nice. We are angry and disappointed that we had paid so much money and were expected to reside in dirty accommodation for 3.5 weeks. Our granddaughter could not be sat in the high chair, play on the floor and even bath in a clean bath until we ourselves cleaned everything for her. Whilst I tried to clean the floors with anti bac wipes best I could without a proper mop it did not come clean. We hoovered best we could but even that was old and had obviously not been emptied or the filters cleaned for a long while. My husband emptied and cleaned it best he could but it still did not work properly and pick up the dirt. We spent a lot on cleaning products and spent a good while cleaning only to be charged $90 at the end for the privilidge. Obviously we could not bring the items bought home so also had to leave them for the cleaner who will likely not even use them on the apartment but take them home. I have taken some pictures of the issues and also pictures of how it looked when we left which was a lot cleaner than when we got there. I have no idea if the owner ever goes there to inspect however I suggest he employ a better cleaning management team, Buy a new washing machine, Hoover and mop!!

We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills several times now, it’s our favourite location for a Disney trip. We really enjoyed Michael’s condo. It had comfortable mattresses and a well supplied kitchen. It was also quite close to the pool which was delightful for the non park days. Would definitely stay again next time

The appartment is in a lovely, secure gated community with a fantastic swimming pool on site with water slides. Really good for kids. The appartment itself was a really good size and nicely decorated. We found the aircon to be a god send with the summer orlando heat outside. Location is great. It's located close to Disney and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Walmart is very close by and there is a Target a 10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay at and would definitely stay again. Thanks!
