This house was a great location for my family. We had 10 people with littles to bigs and this house had everything we could have wanted and more space than we needed. Response to any question we had was quick and accurate. My only drawback was that the mountain view wasn’t as nice as I would have liked. Would recommend.

The management team was AWESOME. We had some minor issues with the AC in 100+ weather due to the thermostats auto changing settings making it extremely hot overnight. Even with that issue, YOU NEED TO TRY THIS HOUSE OUT! Great setting (Ignore the Neighbors), A LOT OF ROOM for a big gathering and close to a lot of fun places.

Truly secluded and yet ~20 minutes away from major attractions.
Really responsive owner and property manager.
Clean and as advertised.
Room for improvement:
1. minor issues with most door locks
2. neighbours are opposed to the VRBO property (signs on lawns (3) expressing frustration with short term rentals and one small interaction)
Would stay again.

The house was wonderful! The privacy provided was amazing, a true haven in the desert. The beds were great. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices. The pool, sport court, and putting green were a big hit with all ages. It allowed our three-generation family some well-spent time together. Hiking and mountain biking are close by as well. Will definitely be back!

This property is just like the pictures show... amazing.
We just got back from a weeks vacation and I don't have any negative things to say. It's a little bit of a drive to some Scottsdale spots (but only 20 min). However, if you are looking for a place for a group that you don't have to leave much, this is the place! The backyard is amazing with the pool, spa, waterslide, putting green, sport court/tennis court, and grilling area. Our young family (kids 6,10,12) just had a blast being outside.
The house is large and has plenty of room for big group gatherings and privacy for everyone.
I recommend this property!

Paradise Heights offers pretty much offers everything you'll need for a group getaway. Our group particularly enjoyed utilizing the onsite amenities. The tennis/sport court is great. The pool and hot tub are perfect for a large group. Outdoor grill/dining area is a great space. The putting green added hours of enjoyment for our 18 month old granddaughter. House is well outfitted with kitchen needs, play time equipment, bikes and pool accessories. Only minor drawback (very minor) one whiny neighbor. But that not-withstanding, love the place and definitely return. Anita and Vilmos were great contacts to assist with any questions during our stay.

Liked the location and amenities although pool and spa were not heated upon arrival as requested. Management was aware icemaker was not operational, but failed to inform us or to put a bag of ice in the freezer. Overall most areas were clean although we did find mouse droppings daily. Management advised to make sure doors were closed to prevent mice entering, but we could hear mice in the walls. This was not a "one or two" mouse problem. If they could solve the mouse problem this would be a great rental, but as it is I can't recommend it.

Awesome house, pictures are very accurate of what the house looked like upon arrival. The only complaint we had was the thermostats changed on their own. Had multiple people wake up with 80-84 degree rooms. Overall great house, awesome location and awesome service. Would recommend!

This property was spectacular. My friends and I had an excellent stay. The amenities were all that we expected from the pictures and the rooms and climate was exceptionally comfortable. Well worth the money. Will recommend this property to our other friends and family.

Well stocked house. We didn’t want to leave! Very good communication with property managers. There were 12 of us who stayed for 1 week and enjoyed this property immensely. There was plenty of space for everyone and the amenities were outstanding - pool, and spa (although a bit too much chlorine), basketball/tennis court, bar, pool table, you name it you had it. Plus the bedrooms were great and bedrooms very comfy, many have their own private courtyards. The MASTER is amazing - we called it the East Wing - huge room. Overall this was one of the best vacations we ever had and we hope to return soon.

Peace in a world of Pandemic
We were terrified to travel with Covid so high in Arizona. Anita was wonderful. We are really happy we traveled. We had a couple of things that didn't work but nothing that ruined our trip. I would definately book with Anita again. The house is beautiful.

Spacious home with great outside amenities
The property is a large house with a nice pool, large tennis/sports court, putting green and grill area. Our family of eight was comfortable and enjoyed the trip. Even in the hot summer heat, there was always something to do. The hosts were helpful in sorting through a number of minor issues. They rapidly responded and handled all the issues they could as quick as could be expected. Overall, I would return to this location if we make another visit to Scottsdale!

This property was perfect for our group of 11 adults. It is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic outdoor area. It is minutes from fantastic golf courses, hiking, and
shopping. The only minor complaint we had is the cleanliness of the outdoor area. It should be wiped down on the day of arrival. Overall this property is perfect!

For my 50th Birthday I reserved this house I was not disappointed at all minus the insects and little creatures that were around all in all me and my family enjoyed our stay and was very roomy for us all perfect weather couldn’t be better thanks.

Great Girls' Getaway
This house was exactly what we were looking for! We had 8 women on our annual getaway trip. The house was big enough so everyone could have some private space/time and great community areas to hang out and have fun.

Family December Holiday Stay
The home offered 6 king bedrooms (one being 2 twins), a deciding factor for our extended family of 4 couples, very tall single adult, 16 year old. The neighborhood was pleasant & quiet, with good hiking trails nearby.
The tennis court, putting green, pool table were all enjoyed but the weather was too cold for swimming in the pool.
The kitchen was well equipped.
A comment on the bathroom layouts. The master bedroom was overly spacious. It's too bad some of that design space
couldn't have been used to give each bedroom its own bathroom.
Overall, the ten of us enjoyed our 5 night stay!
