Located in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $380 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Winter or summer, our Breckenridge ski in ski out condo will be perfect for your vacation. Located across from the Snowflake lift in Breckenridge, and easy walk to town, you cannot beat our excellent location. Our comfy cozy condo in Breckenridge can be your home away from home for an affordable rate. The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury condo. We have a warm gas fireplace, not one but two decks with views of the mountains and town, DishNetworkTV and high speed wireless internet access. Also included is an outdoor community hot-tub and a private heated one car garage. A full kitchen and a dining room table makes for fun stay at home meals. All kitchen equipment, linens, and towels are provided. Gorgeous wood trim and doors abound in the unit. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private deck overlooking the town of Breckenridge. The guest bathroom has a glass stall shower. The soft and comfy sofa becomes a Queen sized sleeper sofa. Free shuttle service is available around town and to the lifts although you'll hardly need it. We have log rocking chairs on the back deck which has views of Peak 7 and 8. We had a great time, warm and cozy. Very clean, excellent host very responsive with questions. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again sometime.

Condo was exactly as described. Across the street from a path to snowflake trail and lift. Made ski in/ski out easy. Master bath had heated floors and stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and a few towels. Kitchen had all the necessities. Hot tub was great too! We loved our stay.

Good location, nice property to get some rest after a day on the slopes. Ski in ski out, may be stretching it a bit but if conditions were perfect, it’s close. Best case it’s a 40 yard walk to a flatish trail head where you can access Snowflake for the ski out. Ski in requires more effort but again, perfect conditions and maintaining a lot of speed, you can get to 75 yards away. I have no gripes just want to be clear on the definition.
Bunk beds in one room and a queen in the other were awesome for our family. Full kitchen, fireplace in the living room and access to community hot tub. Overall would rent again.

The property was just like the pictures. Very comfortable for my wife and I the 6 days we stayed there. Owner stated the garage was tight but it was perfect for our Harley and trailer. Location was within walking distance to the Main Street where all the shops and food was located. Owner was very helpful with any questions we might of had. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a perfect spot for our stay at Breckenridge - the place was cozy and had everything we need and the location was unbeatable. The hosts were very helpful as well and even let us check in early.

Condo is ideally situated with a Breckenridge Freeride bus stop two minutes away and two stops from South Main Street. The unit was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. A bonus was condiments that were left reduced buying extras of these. (there were coffee filters, salt/pepper, jams, peanut butter, sugar, butter, etc. already there) The unit was clean and comfortable. The garage was heated so perfect for dropping off the skis in the evening. Overall, very impressed. One small consideration. The hot tub is at the far end of the complex, with no change area or heated place for towels, etc. When it is 5F outside the walk to and from are pretty chilly. But I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This is a great value and spot for being able to have near-ski in/ski out options for Peaks 8 and 9! Bus Stop is 3 minutes away with quick 5-minute bus ride to Peak 9 and 5-minute walk to Snowflake Lift to Peak 8.
Accommodations were very nice (it was great having the garage to store ski gear to minimize going up and down the stairs.
Most importantly, Abby was great to work with (accommodating for early check-in and helped when we a had a snafu in leaving clothes in the dryer) - our family of 4 would stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful mountain home with us. We had a wonderful time. We lived the location and the house had everything we needed and more. We loved that the garage was heated and we didn’t need to walk upstairs with our ski boots on. We can’t wait to go back to Colorado.

Older condo that worked for us but could have a little better. There was a loud thudding/cracking/creaking noise that seemed to randomly go in the wall/closet of the master bedroom, not sure if it was hot water heat or what but that was pretty annoying.
The whole place was cleaned nicely, but we did find stains on the master bed blankets that were gross so we used the spare ones which seemed clean and stain free.
Kitchen was well stocked but pans were pretty wore out but still usable.
Newer carpet in it that was nice and everything worked like it should even if it was older and not updated.
A bit more of a walk to get to the lift than what we had hoped for, but snowflake lift via a walking path is doable and for the price, kind of expected a bit of a walk.
Owner was very nice because their cleaner found my wedding ring and they shipped it to me after we had left which I refunded the cost of shipping it.

We loved this place! Seamless checkin/checkout process, very clean and had a lot of supplies/cooking stuff to use. Loved the hot tub and had it to ourselves most of the night! Not quite ski in/ski out but a short walk to the bus and to town, so overall great location! Thanks for having us :)

Overall enjoyed our stay. Two thumbs up for the well stocked kitchen and amenities like humidifiers! The listing photos really need updated to reflect the current furnishings of the condo - probably would not have booked this place for our couples trip if I’d realized there were bunk beds in the second bedroom rather than 2 twins as pictured.

Four O'Clock is the perfect place for families who visit Breckenridge. The condo is really large, and gives everyone a lot of space. It is stocked with everything you might need and more. The walk to nearest lift is very close and easy. The heated garage is a real bonus that we ver much appreciated. If we visit Breckenridge we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

This was a very nice rental. We had five adults staying for 5 nights - 3 skied. It was a little tough for ski in-ski out, but the bus was handy. I worked remote and nice desk area and good wi-fi. Will stay again

The unit was comfortably furnished and provides plenty of cooking utensils to prepare meals. The master Jacuzzi tub is very nice for those days that the on site hot tub has too much snow or too cold/windy. The garage is very nice for keeping gear or car in, but it is a tight fit and we opted not to park the full size truck we had in it. All of the furniture was comfortable, and there was plenty of room at the large table. The views from the living room are incredible!
