We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This was the best ever. Beyond lovely furnishings. Complete kitchen equipment. Well stocked. Fabulous pre-visit information. I consider ourselves lucky to rent from this owner.

The condo was lovely; it was so well-appointed, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, appliances, etc. The artwork in the house and on the patio is beautiful and lends a relaxing, happy feeling to the house. My only very minor complaint was the number of codes and keys that are needed to get into and out of the condo. The location was great and Bill gave us very detailed instructions--thank goodness. I would recommend it to others for sure. (The weather was magnificent too!)

We were delighted by how nicely the house is set up and stocked -- art everywhere, comfortable king-sized beds and private baths for all three bedrooms, an AMAZING kitchen with every tool you could need, and lovely outdoor spaces! The house is also an easy walk to the plaza and the railyard, so it was simple to go, do, and see. We would recommend the house and would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful time. It has southwest decor and it was fabulous. The bedding was perfect and the kitchen had everything you need. The only issue was that there was 6 of us and the living-room was not too comfortable for 6 people.

If you're looking for a very nice place to stay in the heart of it all, Bill's condo is it. Location could not have been better! We were in town for a wedding and all associated events, all of which were near the plaza and we didn't have to drive once. The place is very well supplied, bedrooms comfortable, roomy, and nice. Sitting on the patio in the sun with our morning coffee was excellent! Would certainly stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The host left very detailed instructions, all of which were right on point, and it made everything easy. The location is perfect. It’s not too close to the plaza, but you can walk there easily. We stayed there with another family, and all eight of us were very comfortable.

This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. Plenty big for two couples and two infants. Amazing kitchen and nice outdoor space. The floors were a bit dirty and could’ve used a vacuum. Otherwise perfect.

Four of us stayed at Bill's place for a weekend get-together. Plenty of room for us all -- plus outdoor space. Loved that the condo was walking distance to Santa Fe's downtown area, with shopping and restaurants galore. Parking and access was easy.

Bill was condescending, berated me for not printing some of his instructions and overall very, very unpleasant to deal with. His was the only place left or we would never have stayed there. We use VRBO very often and he is by far the worst host ever.

This condo is truly one of a kind. There are indoor and outdoor spaces and we used them all! Great for large groups - we fit 6 very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio every day.
The location is great and perfect for quiet walks in the mornings before the town square fills up.
The host was very thorough. I had to reach out a few times and he promptly replied even later in the evening. He even shipped me a toiletry bag that was left behind and I’m so appreciative.

We were a group of three couples and loved the condo, especially having our own bathrooms. Wonderful and relaxing stay, exactly as portrayed in listing, very comfortable, walking distance to plaza and canon road. Absolutely loved our stay - would definitely come back!
1.0
While this property was nice and location was good, the experience overall was very unpleasant related to the interaction with the host. Upon our arrival, the air conditioner was not working. In addition, there were only 4 bath towels provided for 7 people, and no hand towels in one bathroom. Upon calling the host to report these two issues I was told that the ac was working for the previous guest and had been serviced in the past month, and shamed "Why would you need more than 4 towels!?!". The host seemed to be threatening me that I could check out, no mention of a refund, just that we could all leave. I wish that had been a viable option after having this awful interaction with him because it really spoiled what should have been a nice stay.
