Pinon Vista is truly a one-of-a-kind home. No other Santa Fe vacation rental has this much to offer to large parties. It is a magnificent five-bedroom, four-bathroom home ready for you and your party to gather and enjoy our enchanted village. It`s a rare and wonderful thing to find a five-bedroom home, with 360° views of our mountain ranges, in walking distance from the Plaza. Pinon Vista has everything you would need for a vacation with room to sleep up to 12 people. ( three kings - can be split into singles if you like - one queen, two singles, and a queen sleeper sofa. authentic Santa Fe furnishings, balconies with stunning views, outdoor dining, two full kitchens, and even a home gym. Please note: You must let us know a week prior to arrival if you would like king beds or two single beds in three of the bedrooms in the house. Location North Side of The Plaza 28-minute walk to Canyon Road (1.4 miles) 19-minute walk to The Plaza (.9 miles) 25-minute walk to The Railyard (1.1 miles) Close to DeVargas Shopping Center and Georgia O`Keefe Museum Close to Atriscos, Santa Fe Bar and Grill, and Clafoutis French Bakery PLEASE NOTE: - This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $200 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees. - The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th City Permit # 155720

We had a wonderful experience at Two Casitas. First off, the location was ideal; very near the Plaza and located at top of hill with great vistas of the city. Second, we had a large group (7 adults, 4 kids) and ate most of our meals from the house, which had the most well appointed kitchen of any property at which we have ever stayed. Third, there was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house with multiple kitchens and living areas, and a large dinner table capable of comfortably fitting at least 12 persons. Although we didn't use it, the outdoor deck area was quite spacious. Lastly, the property manager was very responsive with respect to any inquiry that we had, both before and during the trip. We had no complaints about our stay and can honestly say that the property exceeded our expectations.

Two major factors influenced us to chose this property, its size and that astounding patio. We grilled steaks one night and enjoyed dinner at the long outside table. A New Mexico sunset was special touch. We walked downtown twice and browsed shops , native vendors and tent shops in the square. A surprise was Zozobra. Interesting cultural exposure. We had joyful time celebrating our 60th anniversary.

The house was perfect for us and so close to everything. We loved the big dining room table. Building a fire in the living room was so cozy when we got that snow on Friday. Our group just loved everything about the house and we used every one of the 5 bedrooms!

The house comfortably accommodated our group of nine women (i.e. beds and furniture, big screen TVs,). We appreciated the updated kitchen and appliances and the artwork and decor. To top it off was the beautiful view from decks and windows.

The house was the perfect location for our skiers and non skiers. There was plenty of room for the 5 couples traveling to Santa Fe. I have rented many vacation homes over the last 15 years and this one had one of the best stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing girls' getaway weekend at this lovely house. The communication with the individuals who take care of the place were wonderful and they continually checked-in as we were getting closer to our arrival as well as during our stay. The house was well located, easily walkable to the plaza (if desired), clean and very comfortable. There are places throughout the place that you can get away from a crowd as well as be comfortable staying together. The outside porch is delightful and spacious as well. Highly recommend this house for a large gathering.

When we arrived we were taken back at how beautiful the home was. Ever inch was decorated beautifully. Scenery was breath taking in all directions. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels, seating for 11 lifetime long friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, every single minute. We hope to come back and visit Santa Fe again, and will definitely plan on staying at Two Casitas, 707 Pinon or we won't stay at all! Loved, Loved, Loved this home.

The house was nice, but my stay coincided with Covid being lifted. The house has some issues and some were addressed in a timely manner, some were not, especially issue of a mouse.

Great place with fantastic views
We finally got to get the family together and this house was perfect. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the scenery but every window has a great view. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was plenty of room to sit together in the dining and living rooms and the little gym came in handy!

We were a group of 12 women on yoga retreat. This property was perfect for us. We had enough room to all be together, but also enough spaces for each to find a private place to read or relax. The views were breath taking. We did not want to leave. We had an amazing week at this property. It was even better than imagined. The best stocked kitchen ever. (actually 2 kitchens!) The property managers were great communicators, very responsive to any needs, very accommodating. The home was clean, we had everything we needed.

Wonderful home
We came with two other families and truly enjoyed this house. Lots of rooms for our 8 little girls to play in. We enjoyed the fire pit outside almost every night:)

SUNRISE, SUNSET!
Our group of seven friends enjoyed our stay in this lovely house so much. We cooked, watched movies and football, read, and slept so well in the comfortable beds. But the highlight was watching the magnificent sunrises and sunsets from the living room, kitchen and dining area windows!

Friends Vacation
This home exceeded our expectations. Three couples traveling together and we had lots of room to spread out. Every corner of the house was filled with fun and interesting artwork. We hired the private chef recommended by the owner and enjoyed a fabulous dinner on the patio. Highly recommend this home if you’re visiting Santa Fe.

Thanksgiving with Family
This home on Pinon Drive was a wonderful home for bringing our family together for Thanksgiving. The kitchen area provides a wonderful gathering place with its large dining room table along with plenty of space and area to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. With its two sinks and two ovens, there was adequate prep and cleaning areas. In addition, there is another kitchen in a separate wing to use, if necessary.
The location of this home is wonderful; it is close to the Santa Fe Plaza, not far from the RailYard, and two grocery stores are within 5 minutes.
While the weather was cold and snowy, we enjoyed playing games and completing a 1000-piece puzzle. We also went to the Santa Fe Children’s Museum and Meow Wolf. Both were enjoyable activities for a cold and snowy day.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and this home was a welcoming retreat after a busy day out on the town! It provided everything we needed for our stay!

A wonderful stay!!
This property has everything you could want. The outdoor patio was huge and offered beautiful views. The front of the house also had beautiful views. We were so lucky to have a full day of snow and it was even prettier with the snow. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and we were grateful they were able to split the king beds into twins, as we were a group of 9 women. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We felt the house was decorated in the Santa Fe style and appreciated the art and fixtures. Definitely would stay here again!!

We only have 2 suggestions. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, and there was no large ladle in the kitchen utensils. Otherwise all was perfect! Linda
