Nestled in Lewis Smith Lake, this attractive house for $776 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *3 Night Minimum during Off-Season * RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. BEAUTIFUL HOUSE LOCATED in the gated community of Stoney Point Landing. Wraparound porches provide a picturesque view of Smith Lake from many vantage points, and a "crow's nest" which the kids all love. This house is perfect for families and gatherings of friends - with all 4 bedrooms having their own private bath, and all bedrooms have a television. There are two bikes for the renters' use. Books and games are also available. There is a gas grill for renter's use. And an extra refrigerator on the porch for your storage needs. Dining table that seats 10 comfortably and overlooks the lake, providing a spectacular view of the lake while dining together, and the homeowner is a gourmet so there is a fully equipped kitchen including serving pieces. There is also a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own pods) as well as a regular coffee maker. For young families, there is a "Toddler Area", which includes a sand box, two swings, chairs, and the entire area is covered with a thick layer of pine chips that the kids love to play on. There is also a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Come enjoy the beauty of Smith Lake from this inviting home! Bedroom 1: Queen size bed and baby crib, television, private bath, main level Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, television, shared bath, main level Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, television, private bath, upstairs Bedroom 4: Queen size bed, television, private bath, upstairs Additional sleeping in sleeper sofa in living room (this will be replaced in May with a sectional sofa). And baby crib in one of the bedrooms, and a high chair and booster seat. Home DOES HAVE WIFI, no satellite. Via ROKU and Youtube TV you get local and many other channels including: ESPN, SEC, ESPN2, Foxsports, and many others. Go to Youtube TV on the internet to check if your required channel is available. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and others are also included. There are 5 TVs. Cell service: ATT and T-Mobile are good, Verizon is limited. The hot tub is NOT available for use. Private dock with swim pier. Power on the dock. One boat slip is available for renters. There is plenty of room to tie up to both sides of the dock. The size of the slip on dock is 10 wide and 24' deep. There are two kayaks with paddles, and a canoe and a paddle boat. Year round water. The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You can put your boat in and get back to the house (by car and boat) in 15 minutes. There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavilion located at the community boat ramp. PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 3 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas - 3 nights required and Peak Season rates) 3 night minimum on holidays and New Years Eve.

This is a gorgeous home with stunning porch views. We had so much fun playing on the dock and swimming every day we were there! The kayaks and pedal boat were so nice to have also!

The house is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We rented a boat one day and enjoyed it throughly. It’s a wonderful place for a family outing but not if going out to dinner every night is what you enjoy. We enjoyed it and would definitely go back again.

This house was perfect for our vacation. Very relaxing. Great water access and a porch for lounging and watching the lake. The refrigerator died while we were there and it was replaced within 24 hours. I think that’s about as well as it could have been done. We will probably stay there again.

We enjoyed our lake vacation this year at “Stoney Point Lansing”. Very nice, clean well maintained home conveniently located on the lake. Great views of the lake. The dock has floats, kayaks, and a floating sun deck that we really liked! Community boat launch was great and very close to the home from land and lake. We love Smith Lake and the Stoney Point will make you want to stay!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The views from every window are beautiful, especially the “crow’s nest”! The home was perfectly suited for a large family having bathrooms to every bedroom, access to a washer and dryer and a very well stocked kitchen. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner having every utensil, pan and serving dish needed. (Hit the grocery store on your way in! It’s quite a drive if you forget something!) We spent much of our time fishing from the dock and rocks and in the yard playing with our kids. We loved the wrap around porch where the kids enjoyed playing at night and the adults enjoyed beautiful views with coffee in the morning! The home was very clean on arrival and we appreciated having access to sleeping mats for children and extra linens. We highly recommend this home if you want to really disconnect and get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life!
