At first glance this looks like a good value but make sure you understand the fees and check in/out times!
Fees were ridiculous. Adds about 30% to the total
Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. This penalizes you six hours of the day on both ends so if you are stay 2-3 nights it really impacts your stay negatively and they are NOT responsive to late check outs. IMO 10am is way to early literally meaning your last day is minimize greatly.
The place is in a good location, is spacious for a one bedroom but it is old and antiquated. In DESPERATE need of a remodel and better general cleaning
Would not stay here again and I will avoid Grand Welcome Properties

Retrieving keys were a bit confusing
Overall a nice cozy place to stay. Very close to the lodge. We enjoyed our stay!

Strategic location, easy drive to slopes. Everything as described. A coffee grinder would be helpful.

Good deal!
This place was a great deal for 6 people. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, the place was clean and spacious. However the walls are very thin so expect to hear everything in this condo and the neighboring one. Also the process to get the keys was a little complicated, and the door to the upstairs bathroom is on the verge of not latching anymore.

Place was very cozy and met our needs. However the master bedroom bed needs to be upgraded.
The place met our needs and was close to everything.

As advertised
Great price, great set up. Heater was kinda weird to use but overall great place to stay.

The condo has just a few issues that could be relatively easily addressed:
- sheets, while clean, appeared to have some dirt stains
- the kitchen is ill-equipped: random assortment of pots and pans, NO knives other than steak knives and butter knives (we actually bought a chefs knife and left it there for the sake of future guests)
- very old range with broken front burner
- tiny fireplace that doesn't put out much heat
Other than that, it was relatively spacious and comfortable; the master bedroom and bathrooms are large, the loft has four twins that aren't crowded too closely together.
The walls have very little soundproofing so you can hear everything in the living room from the bedroom, which is not great.
The condo complex, Mountain Shadows, is relatively centrally located, which is nice. It has a huge parking lot but an extremely strict 2-car maximum per unit. The grumpy property manager threatens to tow any car without a hangtag, even when the lot is not even 1/2 full. There should be an option to pay per night for extra cars since they clearly have the space.
The hot tub closest to the unit was out of order, and the other hot tub was a bit dirty, but it was roomy and the water was nice and hot.
Overall I don't think I'd stay here again, simply because for the price you pay for the unit, there are better options around Mammoth Lakes. If the unit owners update the interior a bit, and maybe work out a parking deal with the complex, I'd be happy to stay again.

The property is on the older side. The bed in the bedroom is so loud that every time I turned or moved, my daughter kept waking up. It was also a bit disappointing that there was only one tv in the whole place, but that’s probably us acting spoiled. Bathrooms were clean with fresh nice towels and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities. Wish they had better lighting, I felt like it was really dark at night even with all the lamps on. One more positive thing to note, the hot water is quick and amazing so I appreciated that in the frigid mornings.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cozy condo
6 of us came up for a ski weekend. Everything was great. Beds were comfy. TV was new. Internet was fast. Some things to note...
If you expect to make actual meals, be aware that the unit doesn't have a chef's knife. We had to go to Von's to buy a knife. The steak knives in the unit are not sharp enough to cut raw meat.
This should be clear from the pictures, but if you're expecting to seat 6 around the table for a meal, it will be tight.
