The downstairs living area of this two-story villa provides a welcoming place for your family and friends to gather or dine. The area and location were perfect for our trip! The townhome is in need of some minor updates (changing of vent in downstairs bathroom, painting to doors to laundry room, bathroom and downstairs bedroom), dusting of bedroom downstairs

House is lovely and nice upgrades. Perfectly located for pool, strip center, and a convenient location for a brisk walk or ride to the beach. Close to shopping and nightlife. I like that it was on the corner, giving a little extra privacy.I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place to stay in Sandestin. The community has everything you need for your beach trip, just bring your beach towel. The place is walking distance to coffee and an arms reach to the pool. Easy access to the beach as well, although we drove the two minutes there instead of walking 10 minutes, but there’s always close parking. Overall, a comfortable and roomy place for your next family vacay. We’re already planning to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because there were a few personal items left from the previous renters and 4 stars for location because I wish it was a little closer to the beach. Other than those 2 things we had a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed the lake out back and how roomy the condo was. It was the perfect size for our group of 8.

What an amazing place! Could not have asked for better accommodations. This villa is in a very quiet area surrounded by a beautiful lake and lots of walking areas. Just a stone’s throw from a large, well-kept pool. The unit was well equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. Everything from the bedding, to the showers, to the kitchen was comfortable and clean. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. Thank you, David, for sharing your lovely villa with us. We are already planning a return trip!!

This location is perfect! Right next to the pool. Quick walk to get food at the strip mall. Easy walk to the beach or hop in your car with all your beach gear and park right next to the beach entrance. We loved our spring break. The layout of the house is great with teenagers. Parents can be upstairs and the bedroom downstairs allows night owls to stay up without disrupting the rest of the group. The kids loved having there own bedroom nook upstairs. Beds were comfortable for us not firm. And enough hot water for all of us in the updated showers. Thanks for a great stay!!!

This was a great location for my wife and I for a month away. The unit is very spacious for at least 4 adults with extra space for kids as well. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach or a quick drive down to the lot near the Beach House Restaurant. The unit is showing a little age but is clean and adequately stocked for what we needed. David was very responsive to our communications and was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend this place!

This Beachwalk Villa is well maintained and in an excellent location - close to restaurants, and an easy walk or drive to the beach. David, the owner was very responsive and check in was easy. It was perfect for just my husband and myself, but would also easily accommodate a much larger group. We have stayed in Sandestin many times, and would definitely stay at this Villa again!

We had a great time and the property accommodated our two families of four perfectly. The big living room and kitchen were great with four kids under 10. The condo could use some TLC but it didn’t keep us from having a great time.

Lovely facility in a very nice location and nicely appointed. We experienced a 1 hour delay to our check-in due to housekeeping running late. Scoring cleanliness a "3" was being kind. Lots of dog hair throughout, downstairs shower was gritty(yes, I know there is a beach, but would like to start off without grit). Lavatory drain was not draining and when we pulled the plug to clean it appeared a yeti had been shaving in the sink. Shower water control handle missing a set screw and would come off in your hand. No batteries in several of the TV remotes, multiple light bulbs out, and the inner shower curtain upstairs was not installed(did find dit on day 2). Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. The availability of fans to move air was appreciated. The beach accessory closet was nice and well stocked including 2 adult bicycles that were nice to have. I used the Weber charcoal grill a couple of times, a grill brush would have been helpful and the prior tenants had left a mess of charcoal and ash dumped on the patio as well as a dirty grill. Overall everyone had a good time and our needs were met but with more frustrations than I would anticipate in a upper-end rental.

The house is perfectly located next to the pool and close enough to the beach to come and go as you please. Very comfortable with enough space and rooms to enjoy alone time while vacationing with a family of 8. Only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen a little better with pots and pans (and baking sheets maybe). David was a great host!!!
