Our cozy 2BR/2BR newly updated condo is the perfect getaway for friends, family, and couples. Our property is just minutes to some of the best skiing/snowboarding in the country as well as the unique restaurants and nightlife of downtown Park City. Drive or use Park City's free public transportation system which can get you to all of these locations within 5-15 minutes and stops right outside our building. Amenities include a communal Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, cable, LED TVs, Keurig, and Washer/Dryer. The condo has a cozy feel to it and comfortably sleeps 4 with max of six when utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room. The two single beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to make a king bed if a single bed is desired. The kitchen is stocked should you wish to cook a meal at home. The guests will be able to utilize the entire condo. Additionally, there is a hot tub located in the first floor atrium that is accessible to all guests. While we are not co-located with the property, we are available via phone and email 24 hours a day. Please do not hesitate to call us at anytime should you need anything. The Prosecutor Square area has grown in a wonderful way. We have several great restaurants and shopping in close proximity to the property. Our guest can take advantage of restaurants, the communities fitness facility and other shopping destinations in walking distance. The free Park City shuttle stops right outside the building. It is a great way to get around to experience all Park City has to offer. It is roughly a 5-10 minute ride to Park City Mountain Resort and downtown Park City. This is a wonderful destination all year round. Spring and summer events in Park City make this condos locations one of the best valued places to stay. In addition to the check-in information we ask that you enjoy our condo with the following tip and rules: We enjoy our community and value our neighbors and ask that you are respectful of noise and shared spaces. Please remove your boots and outer gear in the entry hall to limit the water getting into the carpet. There are trays provide for wet boots and the closet for storing skies/snowboards and other winter fun gear. Please do not store your gear on the deck. That is a building rule that must be followed. We also ask that you do not rearrange any of the furnishings. Fireplace: Located to the left of the fireplace near the TV is an on/off toggle switch to turn on the fireplace . Please Do Not leave the fireplace on when you are not in the condo or unattended for any period of time. Trash: The dumpster is located in front of the build at the parking lot entrance. Please remove all of your trash when check out. TV: We have cable set up in the living room and master bedroom. There is a smart TV set up in the guest room that is not hooked up to cable. It has access to apps like Netflix and other streaming channels. Washer and Dryer: They are located in the master bedroom bathroom. A laundry basic is located in the master closet. Wifi: Modem and router are located in the guest bedroom behind the TV. If you need to reset it please feel free to do so. Just unplug modem and router. Wait 10 seconds and plug modem back in. When the light comes on for internet , plug router back in. Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the building that you can park in or in any of the lettered parking lots (except Lot C) in the surrounding area. You can not park on the street overnight and should make sure to obey any signed parking rules. There should be a parking pass on the moose key hook in the kitchen, which you will need to display in your vehicle. If it is not there, please let us know immediately. Ensure you put the parking pass back on the moose key hook prior to your departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge for a new parking pass. During heavy winter storms, all guest with vehicles must move their vehicles to shoveled spaces, so that the entire lot can be cleared after a heavy snow.
