About this condo rental
Nestled in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $311 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy a bright and roomy ski-in 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a spacious 1,200 sq. foot floor-plan right on Four O'clock Run! Pine Ridge 4C is a second floor, end unit that overlooks a quiet courtyard. Master Bedroom has a private deck that overlooks the Sawmill Creek and ski run. This is the perfect location for serious skiers and shoppers alike. There’s no need for a car. Walk a few blocks to Snowflake Lift or catch the free shuttle to Snowflake Lift, Peak 8 or Peak 9. After a great day on the mountain, ski right to the condo along Four O’clock run. Take a quick soak in the hot tub located right behind the condo. You are only one block from downtown - there you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping to accommodate any taste. Guests will appreciate all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, gas fireplace, baseboard heating, private washer/dryer and two private decks. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking, dining utensils and linens. As our guest, you will have access to the Upper Village Pool, just a short walk from our building. That facility also has three more hot tubs and an updated locker room. (The pool does close for a month in the Spring and Fall). Pine Ridge Condo complex also provides a gas fire pit along with picnic areas with gas grills (steps from the condo) for the summer months only. The fitness room and check-in lounge are available year round. Free parking for 1 car with parking pass (provided). A Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard rental shop is located on property. Additional amenities include: free wireless internet, hair dryers, humidifiers, board games, guide books, toys/crayons/markers, cable TV with premium movie channels, Nintendo Classic located in 2nd bedroom, coffee machine, blender, crock pot, electric skillet and private ski locker (located on the first floor). Sleeping Configuration: - 6 Adult Max - Master Bedroom: King-sized Bed - Second Bedroom: Queen Bed with Twin Trundle - Living Room: Sleeper Sofa with pull out Queen-sized Bed Additional: - Parents of young children will appreciate the included pack and play. - Unit is located on the second floor. There is no elevator in the building, stair access only. We offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate for stays of 7+ nights. Included in your reservation is a $5,000 damage insurance policy. The property was very homey and welcoming. I would have given it a five star rating except we were very disappointed with the pool. It was closed the entire time of our stay. We spent over $100 to take our grandkids swimming everyday of our vacation at another location that was not very convenient.

The condo was just as described - clean, comfortable and and well supplied. The location is pretty unbeatable since it's so close to town yet a ski-in location. The owners reached out and were friendly and easy to work with. We'd surely stay again.

Great stay, roomy condo, we had four adults and had plenty of room. Walk to lift and ski in is accurate. Keep in mind there is no elevator.
Short walk to town and restaurants was very nice.
There were plenty of towels, toiletries garbage bags etc. which is appreciated. Only negative is that you will hear people on floor above you.

We loved having family time in the mountains! True ski in, with a short walk to the shuttle to ski out. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked breakfast every day and a few dinners. It was perfect for our family of four.

We stayed for 3 nights. Found the condo very comfy, clean and warmly decorated. Owners clearly take pride in their home and enjoy hosting others. Location was fantastic. Ski-n-ski out and walk to town. Perfection!

We were able to enjoy this condo for a few weeks! The location is ideal and had most everything needed. The beds are very comfortable along with the linens. Loved being able to watch people ski by and the access to the hot tub was great. Hopefully, will stay here again.

Our family of five had a great stay at the condo. The location couldn't have been better with a short walk to the slopes (and ski out at the end of the day), and to town for restaurants, shopping etc. The condo had all the amenities and plenty of room for everyone. The owners were super nice and even took the time to call us before our stay to see if we had any questions. Everything was above and beyond our expectations and we’d definitely stay there again for our next trip to Breck!

The condo was perfectly appointed for our 5.5 year old and 18 month old including toys and gear. The condo was a fast and easy walk right to the center of town. The owners provided lots of instructions and recommendations that made our trip seamless. Can’t wait to come back!!

This is an outstanding property..nicely updated...well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great...a VERY short walk to downtown restaurants, shops etc. Had some interaction with the owners....great people!

Holly and Stephanie went above and beyond to help us know what to expect and to be available for us. The location is amazing, within walking distance to town which we walked to every night for dinner and we were able to have a different dining experience each night! You can also hop on a shuttle right outside the door. My favorite thing was skiing in at the end of each day. They have everything you need in the condo and there is a great ski rental place at the complex as well which was super convenient!! They had sleds which we used on our first day, and plenty of fun games to play- we used them each night! The hot tub was lovely and everyone we ran into at the complex was super friendly!
Our only hiccup was upon arrival, we took a shuttle service from Denver airport to Breckenridge and arrived early but the room was not ready yet (as expected), so we had to be dropped off at the property management office to store our luggage, but that was a bigger pain than I expected. A few people I spoke to prior to my arrival said we could store our things there, no problem, but of course the actual woman I spoke with on the phone once got into town was not so agreeable. Thankfully she was not at the office when we arrived and an inspector let us in to store our things, but the lady called me back after our things were locked up there and said there would be a fee to store my things there (we didn’t pay a fee as far as I know, I told her not one person I spoke to before her indicated that would be the case when they offered to store it there).
Once the room was ready, we did have to lug all of our things from the office to the condo (a few blocks away) which was a bit exhausting with the change in altitude! We probably should’ve gotten on a shuttle but we didn’t know what we were doing, yet. So just have a plan if you know you’re going to arrive early and don’t have a car there! I didn’t reach out to Holly and Stephanie bc we had it handled, but I’m sure they would’ve been a big help if I had.

We enjoyed being able to ski-in to the condo complex and the very easy access to the shuttle buses to get to the slopes. Great being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge. Management company was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for Families
The property had so many great amenities for my son. There were several games, toys and books for him. The location made it perfect for coming in from the mountain for quick lunch breaks as well.

Our family spent 3 nights here and loved the location! It was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go & plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub too! I got a chance to speak to Troy on the phone & he was very nice & accommodating. My kids are new to snowboarding so he recommended Beaver Run & we had a great time there! It was a short 3-min drive or 15-min walk to Beaver Run. We plan on staying here again next time we're in town. Thank you Troy and team for your hospitality and recs! We'll definitely be back =)

Location, location, location!
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo. Great living room/dining room area, bedrooms were spacious. There are multiple hot tubs very close to the unit. The location was perfect! Short walk to Main Street where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Also a very short walk to the snowflake ski lift (or there’s a shuttle right by the condo that runs every 15minutes that will take you to the lift). And you can take the 4 o’clock run and ski pretty much right up to the door of the condo. Would definitely stay here again!
