Great property!

We stayed here for a spring break trip. Wonderful location and had all the amenities we needed. Spacious and very functional for what 3-50 something ladies required. Only reason I rate the condo 4 stars is it could use a good deep cleaning. The carpet especially. Didn't want to walk on it barefoot. But I'm sure it's hard to keep clean with so much dirty snow traffic. And I had slippers to walk around in anyway. Also, the upstairs bathroom light worked on and off. It didn't work at all the first day until messed with trying to replace bulb. Then it worked better after. So must have a short in it. The intake cover for both bathroom fans needs cleaning. Also, the front door push code lock is finicky. Sometimes it worked the first time entering the code and other times it took 2-3 tries. The pool/hot tubs were very nice. Hot and very large. Overall I would stay here again as none of the negative things were bad enough to keep us away. Thank you Marcy for helping us to have a wonderful time in Breckenridge.

A wonderful place! Super close to the lift and also right outside a bus into town! Would definitely stay again!

Location was great. Walking distance to everything. Was a great place for a weekend ski trip.

The property was in a very great location —short walk to quicksilver lift and free tram to other lifts. Garage was easy and convenient by keeping our vehicle snow free! Layout and space of condo easily accommodated our family including teen aged kids. Kitchen is well stocked for eating and cooking.

The check-in process was extremely seamless and we were extremely pleased with the property. The separation of the bedrooms from the living space was really nice and the unit was much larger than we anticipated. Great hot tub and we took advantage of the balcony as well. Would stay here again.

The condo and the location was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, close to downtown. Very quiet. Downside was the King size bed was very noisy (creaky) when you move. Chairs inside and out need to be updated and the feet/legs looked like they were going to fall off.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo was clean, walking distance to downtown Breck & had a view of the mountains. The condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. This was our first time visiting and we definitely will return. Thank you!

Scenery great. Short walk to town. Checking in was easy. 3rd floor several stairs. When we arrived bedding was not clean. Towels were not washed. Management apologized . Rest of the stay was great.

We are a family of 5 and this property fit us perfectly. Check-in was easy, parking for 2 vehicles (1 in a garage) and very walkable to Quicksilver chair and downtown. Owner even gave us flexibility with a winter storm approaching on checkout.

We stayed over Christmas & had a very nice time! It's within walking distance to downtown to the shops & places to eat. The covered garage parking is an absolute bonus! Thanks so much!!

It’s conveniently located walking distance to Brekenridge town. It has bus stop right on front (free transport). Private parking underground of building. Magical view of the mountains on second floor where the kitchen and living room are located. Recommended.

We enjoyed are stay at this condo. The space was enough for what we needed, and the house was stocked with all the essentials. This is definitely an older unit, and is in need of some updating and repair (drywall water damage from a previous leak) There was a constant musty/odd smell in the downstairs master bedroom. Not sure if this was a result of the water damage, but it was not pleasant. Also the carpet upstairs was quite smelly, which wasn’t noticeable most of the time, but was if you were sitting on the floor in the living room. Lastly, to no fault of the owner, the water had to be shut off on the day before we were to checkout, due to a busted water line down the street. It was not scheduled to come on again until the evening, and we realized very quickly that the lack of bathrooms to use and no showers was a problem. Therefore, we made the decision to check out that day instead and found a hotel for our last night. After informing the owner of this, I received no response from her, which was disappointing. She did call to inform us of the water being shut off (which we had already been made aware of). It would have been nice to have been offered even a partial refund for our last night, even if it wasn’t her “fault”. As a property owner, you just plan for the unforeseen, and you try to make it right. Overall, the condo provided what we needed, but would not likely stay again.

Clean, fully stocked, plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, e.t.c. We made an entire Thanksgiving meal with all the supplies in the kitchen! Pictures and reviews don't do it justice. Very well maintained, beautiful views, so close to everything in town. Such a fun and memorable experience and so happy we chose this location!

Loved staying at the property. Very clean and nicely decorated, but would not be for someone who has a problem with climbing stairs. I would definitely go back again.

Close enough to town to walk, very convenient! Great pool & hot tub area are just a short walk away. Condo is very clean and has a nice balcony space.

I enjoyed both walking through the neighborhood to get to nearby hikes and it was a super easy walk to town for shopping and dining. Some days, my husband would have the car out on a bike adventure and once I was better acclimated to the altitude, there were also great mt bike rides that I could ride to (read- arriving at them was an uphill climb) Bonus, the kitchen is better appointed than most vacation rentals with a broad spectrum of herbs and spices, knives, all the utensils, pots, pans, slow cooker, griddle etc. It made the rare rainy days we were there, budget friendly for eating at home! The 2 story layout allowed for various awaken times that didn’t disturb other family members. I imagine in winter that one could shuttle to the door and NEVER need a car

This condo was exactly as described, plus. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and cooking supplies. There were full sized shampoos and lotions. We only needed groceries. The view of the mountains was awesome.

We spent one month in our condo at Snowdrop. The condo is well equipped with lots of space. The balcony was perfect with great views. Warriors Mark is a great place to be at. It has a pool and 4 Jacuzzis. It is within two blocks of the downtown area. We enjoyed our walks through the city every day. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hiking was great. We would definitely stay here again.
