About this condo rental
Situated in Port Clinton, this lovely condo for $444 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. My Husband and I have 9 grandchildren so we are always excited to get to the beach with the family and enjoy all that the area has to offer. My grandchildren love to go to Put n Bay and ride in the golfcarts and play putt-putt and all the other fun family activities that Put In Bay has to offer, They also love Cedar Point which is just a short drive away.. Bergman's Farm Market is a favorite with the whole family as there is nothing better than fresh peaches and tomatoes in the summertime. The African Safari is a fun family outing as well as it's nice to feed the giraffes, they even put there head in your car. There are so many fun things to do in the area that it's impossible to list them all and we are also just a short ride to Toledo and Cleveland so on rainy days we do the museums. Our Condo is perfectly located for this and is just the right size. We have a main floor with a kitchen, bedroom and full bath, The upper level has a master bedroom, full bath and living room, The lower level has a family room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full bath and a bedroom with a twin over full bunk set. The front lanai looks right at the lake and is nice in the morning and evenings. There is a grocery, pharmacy and Mcdonalds all within a short walk and the beach across the street is great for walking your pet's or playing Wiffle ball and frisbee with the kids. If you like to fish we are just minutes from the local Fishing Charter's and Head boats. Come and enjoy all that Port Clinton has to offer. Keywords: Condominium, Townhouse, Waterfront

Very UNCLEAN. Had to disinfect cou ter tops and toilets. Found dishes with dried on food in cupboard. Beds were awful. Pee stains on mattress cover. To much traffic noise. And i could go on

The location is ideal but forget relaxing on the porch with coffee in the morning. The traffic is loud, which I somewhat expected, but there is a stop light at the corner so lots of engine revs and exhaust.
The outside picture of the condo makes it look grand. It is not. The inside was once very nice but is tired... very very tired.
I would have been okay with all of the above but there was a big miss with the basics.
The cleanliness was just okay. The mainfloor bed sheets were dirty. My son got into a bed with sand on the sheets and the smell of mens cologne on the pillow. We overlooked this and washed them because the renters are supposed to strip the beds they use before leaving. The floors hadn't seen a mop in who knows how long. But counters and shelfs were wiped down.
There were severals rooms without working lights or bulbs. The main floor bath light randomly stopped working.
Some TV remotes without batteries, the WiFi frequently dropped, TP was sparse, very little hand soap (if any) in bathrooms, two burners on stove tops didn't work - making cooking a challenge.
The basics just weren't there. We had to buy light bulbs, batteries and handsoap. That's not okay.
The worst part was I messaged Patricia the first night. No response. No apology. Nothing. Nada.
The space was good so with a little love it could be a nice experience.

Great place to spend time with our family. We loved the little beach right across the road. We chose that one over the public beach within walking distance. Most days we were the only ones on the beach. Met the cleaning lady and she was SUPER sweet! :)

The condo is in a seemingly safe neighborhood - lots of people jogging, walking their dogs. The water facing windows offer an unobstructed view of the lake. Sailboats abound! We were just a short drive to Marblehead Island, Cheesehaven, and right across the street from a adorable grocery/hardware store. We were able to meet the housekeeper, Beverly, and she was so nice!
If I had to find something to complain about, I would say the covered front porch was covered in cobwebs (which we quickly disposed of, no big deal) and the internet was terrible (which is no fault of the owners).
Thank you for allowing us to stay, it was a great time for all and we will definitely be back!

Their where 8 of us from Seniors to teenagers. The condo was perfect with space. We went to put n bay on Friday and on Saturday went to Port Clinton town we had a lot fun in the small town everyone was very nice. Thank you again lots of memories made.

The upstairs master bedroom and bath serves as a great area for privacy while the bottom floor is great for the kids. Kitchen could use more utensils both for cooking and eating. The location is awesome!

Arrival was easy. The owner/manager texted us directions for entry and everything worked great. House/condo was clean and we felt like we actually had more space than we needed for 4 adults!

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience! We actually came back home and didn't stay at this property. The whole experience was a nightmare, ruined our vacation. The property owner was rude and the description/pictures were inaccurate. We booked thinking the house accommodated 8 people (the listing said up to 10 so that should not have been an issue). The listing also said that it had 4 bunk beds and enough for a party of 10. There were only 4 beds in total and no bunk beds for the kids! We needed at least 6 beds (2 for 2 couples and one each for the 4 teenage/adult kids)! The property owner didn't even speak to us. Accused us of having more than 10 people when clearly we were only 8, her housekeeper obviously cannot count, who by the way, was still cleaning the property when we got there! They obviously don't know what the time in between check out and check-in (11 am - 3 pm) is meant for!! Since we live only an hour and a half away from the location we decided to cancel the trip and go back home. Never again! VRBO did apologize for the inconvenience caused and promised to investigate the matter. We sent them pictures of the description and the photos on the listing and the pictures we took as proof to show how inaccurate it was.

A very clean and pleasant family retreat
The property is very well cared for, very clean and with plenty of amenities and provisions. We had a great Labor Day weekend. The location is close to everything too!

This was a very nice condo. My family and I loved the peace and quiet as well as the location. In fact, we liked it so much we extended our stay by one day and would have stayed longer if we didn't have pressing matters at home.

I had stayed at this location before and it's still a very nice place for family. Adequate room and relaxing views of the lake. I will definitely use this location for future stays.

Family Weekend
We did a family weekend away in Port Clinton, complete with daughters, their fiances, and dogs. Home is put together strangely - first floor dining room, kitchen and bedroom. Second floor family room (hard to seat 6 people) and bedroom and then basement with another family room and bedroom. Kitchen - toaster did not work, but everything was clean and worked out well for our family outing. Only room to park 2 cars and we had 3 cars so we parked one across the street.

Fantastic!!
The rental was perfect!! My parents dont get to travel much because of the fury family members and this was the first family vacay in 8 years. We loved the lake view, super friendly community, very nice neighbors and within walking distance to food and convenient stores. Only suggestion is some of the tvs did not work... but it forced us to watched tv together or sit on the screened porch together. We had a great time!
