Located in Park City, this charming condo for $187 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo With Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Walking Distance to Multiple Ski Lifts & Main Street. Free Park City Bus Stop in Front of Complex Gives You Easy Access to Everything Park City has to Offer. Steps to ***Heated Pool and Spa***. Indoor Sauna is Also Available as Well as Indoor Parking. Master Bedroom Bathroom is En-Suite With a King Bed and New 28" ROKU Smart TV. Second Bedroom NOW has a Brand New Queen bed and One Twin Bed So Couples Can Sleep Together in the Same Bed in the Secondary Bedroom. The Living Area is Very Comfortable and Has a New 55" ROKU Smart TV and a Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen has Been Recently Remodeled With Granite Counter Tops, Large Island That Seats 4 and Stainless Steel Appliances. Dining Area has an Expanding Table that Can Accommodate 8. Hot Tub is now open year round. Also, pool is open Memorial Day to September 30 and when Park City Mountain Resort is open for the Winter season. Dates TBD. Shoulder Season (off season) pool is not open per Edelweiss HOA. Please inquire with management with questions.

We visited Park City for a 3 day ski weekend, and this condo was perfect for our group of three guys. The mountain is a short 3-5 minute walk across the street and a parking lot, so it was easy to just walk back to the condo to take a break or get something. We were also able to easily walk into the main downtown area (10-15 min) to visit the restaurants and bars, though we could have taken the bus if needed. The location was perfect.
The unit is right next to the hot tub and heated pool so that was super convenient after a long day on the slopes. The unit itself was clean and exactly as described. It is a compact unit, but we didn't feel cramped at all, plenty of room to spread out and the two bathrooms were nice to have. The unit ran a little warm for our tastes, but that wasn't really a problem. We also didn't have any issue with noise or outside sounds as others have commented on.
It was a perfect unit for what we needed, and would highly recommend to others looking to visit Park City and who prioritize being walking distance to the mountain.

The location of this condo is key, you can walk up the hill through the parking lot to First Timer lift or wait 5mins for the bus that runs right in front of the unit and ride it for 30seconds to get to the main crescent or payday lift/ticket area. Another bus from right out front takes you to/from Main Street in like 10mins. It has a hot tub and heated pool steps from the condo door. Standard condo unit - cute - beds were comfy- second bedroom has a queen and a twin which was great. Gas fireplace is nice. Living room a smidge small but good for us. Great communication and someone nearby to help with stuff like extra toilet paper if needed. Great ski trip!!

We came to town for our daughter's wedding. We were near her and every other guest. Parking was great. I wish I would have stopped at the condo before the grocery. The place was very stocked. Cooking oils, spices, hair dryers. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper. Towels, hair dryers, fans. The list goes on. It is more like a ski cabin than other places I have stayed but since it almost sits on top of the ski lift, I think it is perfect for the skier. I am not a skier, I was in town for a wedding. I slept great. The younger crowds were fun to watch from the balcony, yet the place was very sound proof. We did not hear much of anything once inside. I would most definitely rent again. My daughter who lives in Park City and is an avid skier, said it was the perfect location for a group of skiers.

Really enjoyed the location. Easy access to everything. Place is clean, but noisy because the doors squeak quite loudly, so it was impossible to be quiet in there. Top and bottom neighbors were loud until around 3am. All three nights we were woken by loud parties a couple doors over, and men brawling, even on Monday. Two of those nights, the police came, and it really made a racket when they were trying to deal with 25-30 partiers at the same. One night a panic alarm went off for an hour and woke everybody in the complex up.
If not for the neighbors, this would be an awesome place. It’s well taken care of and well equipped.
I’m sure that not everybody is going to experience this kind of thing, but something needs to be done because it was absolutely ridiculous and we didn’t sleep the whole time we were there

So pleased with our stay. Location was great, close to everything and right on the free bus line. The condo is fitted out with anything you could need. The host was quick to respond with any concerns and very accommodating. Can genuinely recommend and will definitely try to get this place again.

Enjoyed the condo. An older building, showing some wear, but clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Blankets in living room could use a washing, but everything else was clean. Fit the bill for the four of us and close to the resort center and town.

We loved the location (about a 1-block walk to the Park City parking lot). Chris was amazing. He's incredibly responsive and was a wealth of information. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes etc. Previous guests broke the coffee carafe, and Chris had a replacement delivered upon our arrival. There is a nice large TV in the family room. The fireplace worked great. There are nice spa towels for guest use. Hot tub was great.
There are some things that could have been better. The sheets on the master bed appeared used. Chris let me know where I could find replacements, and I changed them before using the bed. This was a bit unfortunate as I got a good look at the mattress pad and it was unpleasantly soiled. The old sheets remained in the unit after I stripped the bed. Chris likely would have had them removed had I mentioned it, but I didn't ask.
The bathrooms are VERY small and in need of updating. They both have tub/shower combos, and the faucets are old and worn and the drain plugs missing. The MB is institutional looking and the shower head is very low. I'm 5'7" and had to duck to use it. The single sinks are tiny, so there is no counter space. The property is dated, and the cement outside the front door is crumbling. The shag carpeting could use replacing. A few updates and this property could be amazing.
On balance it was a nice unit though, especially for the price. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend properties Chris manages.

All questions we had were answered quickly. Location is amazing across the street from the resort. Hot tub was available and did the job. We would come back. We provided direct feedback of some things that needed attention and the property manager received them well.

Very nice condo with all of the amenities and then some. The property was very clean (spotless), well maintained and well supplied with everything you need. The location is great and within easy walking distance of the Payday chairlift and ski center. The walk is about 3 minutes, (300 meters?) While it was not a huge condo for 4 adults, it was certainly big enough and we were not tripping over each other. This was a very nice and functional condo and we had a great experience staying there. The owner (Chris) was very responsive on emails with directions and information. He is a five star owner in my book.

This was a great vacation. The owners were helpful and communicative (they even left restaurant recommendations). Everything was clean and well managed, and welcoming the first snow of winter from the pool/hot tub was nothing short of magical! Would absolutely stay again.

It was a whirlwind long weekend! Rehearsal dinner on Thursday, wedding on Friday, Birthday dinner on Saturday and early flight on Sunday! This place was perfect, a walk away from most things, downtown, the spa, Starbucks. Such a lovely weekend!

My husband and I stayed with 3 other adults. The accommodations were comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the front patio and spent much time there. The interior is nicely appointed and made you feel like you're were in a mountain cabin. Main St is a short shuttle ride away or if you prefer to walk, it's a very doable. We all enjoyed our time at Edelweiss.

Excellent location right across from one of the lifts. Quick walk to down town. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Great communication! We did have to lock our mountain bikes up on a rack in the courtyard as they are not allowed on the balcony or in the unit. Just keep that in mind if you brining your bikes! No issues though!

smelled weird and was very hot upon arrival. dingier than expected based on photos. shower heads are low. im a regular sized woman and had to stoop a little to get my hair wet. workers were there drilling into concrete right outside the door from 8am to 12pm on a friday. had to take work calls in the bathroom just to be able to hear. host was not very empathetic about that. location is fine. close to starbucks but not too much else in the way of nightlife.

The condo’s location and amenities were perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 15 year old, and 12 year old) for our Spring Break skiing trip to Park City. It was also really easy to get to all of the restaurants and shops on Main Street from the condo. The owner was super-responsive whenever we had any questions. We would totally stay here again!
