The residence was very comfortable for a group of 4 people and conveniently very close to peak 9 base lift. The location and recent renovations make this a great stay for anyone that is traveling through Breckenridge with a group of people.

Great location. Very short walk to the village and Quicksilver lift, ski school, etc. Beautiful furnishings and well equipped. One of the beds in master room was not the most comfortable. It would be my only complain about this property.

We enjoyed the property, it had everything we needed. It was convenient to the super chair and walkable to restaurants and shops. There was a washer and dryer in the garage area and had all the appliances etc to cook our meals. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Pros: very nicely remodeled unit with nice decor on first floor. Unit was pretty quiet, not too much noise from the unit above. Very nice area for ski storage and ski equipment storage by the front door. Floors can tolerate wet snow, etc. Kitchen very well stocked with plenty of cookware, flatware, etc. Checkin and checkout very easy with combination lock on door. Very well organized instructions. Common shared hot tubs and pool located about 50 yards away. Location is excellent - walking distance to Quicksilver lift and Mainstreet. Cons: No privacy locks on any of the interior doors (including bathrooms). Kitchen missing a blender. Quicksilver lift is not the best lift to start your day. Line one day was 90 minutes long (granted this was a busy Christmas week day at about 9:30 when ski lessons were in full swing). No in unit washer/dryer. If you want to wash clothes, bring coins for washer/dryer in the basement parking garage and buy your own detergent. Parking garage clearance is only 6’2”. Therefore, you cannot park larger cars such as a Suburban in the covered parking.

Amazing condo just a quick walk to the peak 9 lift and into town. It is the perfect location. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The kitchen was really well stocked with quality pots, pans, knives, etc.

Property was very confortable, perfectly maintained and stocked with everything you may need in a rental home. Communications with the Property Manager and instructions to check in and manage the essentials of the house were very clear. This unit is located very close to the Quicksilver lift in the base of peak 9, but the 5 minute walk can be slippery if there is too much ice/snow. We opted for taking our car to the Gondola Lots (8 minute drive) and going up from there to the base of peaks 7 and 8. A plus from this property is the heated underground garage, which helps keep your car close, clean and free of snow. Me, my wife and 12 year old kid had a very good time and felt al home in this property, so we plan on going back in the future.

Lauren the host was exceptionally responsive to each question that we had. The only issue we ran into was we couldn’t get the fireplace to work. But she sent a maintenance person and he was able to fix it easily. The walk to the hot tub was close and the walk to the Maggie was close as well. We rented lockers there and walked over in our tennis shoes. It was a little too far for me to walk in ski boots. But some other people did the walk fine.

Columbine was a great place to stay one we figured it out! The sign for the building, “Columbine” was covered with snow and ice, so a nighttime arrival was a challenge, and the tiny condo numbers are also a challenge to see at night due to small, recessed placement and low lights. Additionally, directions to the ski lift are not clearly marked, so it IS fairly close, but you need a compass to find it even with your phone’s navigation. The condo was clean, well supplied and once you figured it out. conveniently located. The beds and temperature were comfy, and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. Some better directions for how to operate the fireplace would be helpful. It is operated from a thermostat, so super easy, but it took us a while to find it and we turned it too low so the pilot light went out. Some guidance on how low and high to turn it would be helpful. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. The whole unit is a bit older but very clean and well functioning. It was nice to have access to hot tubs. For info sake, the hot tub facility is outdoors and shared with several buildings and about a city block or 2 walk from the condo, with a building in-between. It has indoor changing facilities and restroom. The showers there were so-so. The 4 x 16 person hot tubs always had about 15 people each in them apres-ski. Our host communicated incredibly well electronically within office hours, but when it was necessary to call about something or get help after hours, she seemed bothered and referred us to “the book”, when the only reason we called was for things we couldn’t find or figure out from the book. Overall, a great experience and nice digs. We would possibly stay there again. :-)
