About this house rental
Nestled in Park City, this lovely house for $2,391 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practice, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home. Please come retreat from the world at your own private sanctuary. The Deer Valley Chalet is a brand new luxury Ski and Vacation home located at the steps of Deer Valley Ski Resort, the #1 Resort in North American (voted by Ski Magazine). During the winter months, our accommodations offer convenient shuttle access directly to the resort. Simply step outside your door, hop onto the shuttle, and in just a few minutes, you'll find yourself on the ski hill. It's the most convenient setup in town! You are across the street from Deer Valley Pond which is Park City's best spot for Stand Up Paddle Boarding, boating and other water activities. Right next to the Pond is the Deer Valley Grocery Café where you can grab a delicious lunch, dinner or snack on the deck overlooking picturesque Deer Valley. During the winter months, our accommodations offer convenient shuttle access directly to the resort. Simply step outside your door, hop onto the shuttle, and in just a few minutes, you'll find yourself on the ski hill. It's the most convenient setup in town! This 6250 sq ft Deer Valley Ski Chalet features 9 large bedrooms, 8 bathrooms Gourmet Kitchen, multiple tables for large dining parties and amazing views off of the front decks. Additionally, there are 2 Game Rooms, a large garage that fits up to 7 cars in the Garage and driveway and a large 10 man hot tub that overlooks Deer Valley and many of the yearly Ski competitions, firework shows and other events. With spacious great rooms, a gourmet kitchen, expansive views, game rooms, 9 bedrooms and walking distance to Deer Valley resort you can't get any better than the Deer Valley Chalet. Additional Description - On the 1st floor, off of the garage, there is a large room with ski lockers and a small sitting area, laundry room with double washers, bathroom and large entrance area. On the 2nd floor there are 2 Master Suites with King Beds and their own bathrooms, a 3rd room with Queen bunks as well as a Theater Room. Behind the theater room there is a large Game Room with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball and an Arcade with over 1,000 Arcade games. On the 3rd floor there is a large gourmet kitchen, open room dining and a large sitting room that opens on to the front deck with a large 10 man hot tub overlooking Deer Valley Ski runs and mountain vistas. On the 3rd floor there are also 3 Bedrooms with sturdy Queen Bunks (6 Queen Beds total). On the 4th floor there is a Master Suite with a King with it's own Bath with tremendous views as well as 2 other rooms both with Queen Bunks. This floor overlooks the 3rd floor and captures amazing views. Total Bedrooms: 3 Master Suites with Kings and Bathrooms 6 Bedrooms with Queen Bunks and Bathrooms (Queen Bunks are very large, sturdy, custom wood - hand crafted and can just be used as Queen Suites as well if the top of the bed isn't used). Sleeps 27 Comfortably in Beds.

Lots of rooms and levels so even with 24 children, teens, and adults, there was lots of space so it never felt crowded.

This house is very cool. We loved that the theater and game room were on a different floor than the main great room and kitchen. It allowed everyone to do their thing without interrupting anyone else. Super clean, really nicely decorated. We loved it, can't wait to come back!

This house is great for large groups. You are minutes away from a ton of restaurants and Main Street shopping. The house was really well done with the multiple levels. We had a lot of people but the noise didn't travel so when some were hanging out in the kitchen, the kids watching a movie in the theater were not bothered. We had a great time.

We had an end of the school year get together with our son and daughter and some of their friends. This house was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone, the game room, theater, and hot tub were a huge hit. It made it really easy for us adults to just hang out and let the kids do their thing. It was super clean and in a great location. We all had a great time.

This home was so great! We were really close to hiking and bike trails, it was a quiet and clean neighborhood and the home itself was awesome! Our kids loved the hot tub and game room. Beds were comfortable, super clean, and tons of space. We had a great vacation, Park City is one for the books!

Our group of 26 people stayed at this property over President's weekend. We unfortunately experienced multiple issues which put a damper on our weekend, even though the location of the house was great and Deer Valley skiing is always perfection.
Upon arrival, we had a broken heater in part of the house, a clogged shower, mold in one of the bedrooms, and other issues that we shared with both Josh and Wendy throughout the weekend. (The broken heater was fixed the following day, the other issues were not addressed.) However, the most egregious and upsetting issue is that the driveway had not been cleaned upon our arrival and was covered in ice. (Note it had NOT been snowing that day, and the roads in the neighborhood had been cleaned.) Not only did we have to spend literal hours of our first evening dealing with major difficulties parking our cars due to the icy driveway, but one of our party slipped on the ice and got seriously injured. He had to fly home the next morning and is currently experiencing continuing injuries, resulting in a ruined vacation, plus significant travel and medical expenses. This safety hazard easily could have been avoided altogether and it is inexplicable why the driveway had not been cleared when they knew we were arriving with multiple cars and a large group. Even more frustrating is that the owner of the house has refused to take responsibility or offer any significant compensation for their negligence.

Overall, this was a very nice property, simple but with plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and everything we needed for cooking for 13 of us. The house is on four levels so lots of climbing up and down stairs. There was not a fully stocked pantry, just a couple of spices and salt and pepper. We did have a problem with the hot tub but it was resolved eventually. The location is fantastic and is a great house for a big crowd.

This home is immaculate. It is really open and spacious allowing everyone to hang out together without feeling like they are on top of each other. Plenty of entertainment for the teenagers. The kitchen is so nice and updated, we loved everything about this home.

This home is so nice, and so clean. It was stocked really well, the beds and linens were so comfortable. We loved all the windows and natural light, especially because the fall leaves were on full display which made it feel like we were hidden up in the mountains. Such a beautiful and well taken care of home.

This home was great, it had everything we needed. The Property Manager was very nice and helpful. He met us at the property to show us how everything from the tv's to the hot tub worked. This host really paid attention to the details to make sure we had a great stay. I will definitely rent from them again.

This home is huge! It was decorated so nicely, and had something for everyone. The theater and game room kept our kids entertained the whole trip. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet, it was exactly what we needed to disconnect and relax for the weekend. Very clean and well stocked. Great home, we will definitely be back!

We had a blast during our 3-day weekend in Park City at this home. Four families of four and there was more than enough space. Easy drive to activities in Park City. Great area to walk as well. House was clean and very well maintained. Kitchen very well stocked. Hot tub is a bit weird being essentially indoors, but we still put it to use (would be so much cooler if it were outside though!). Definitely would recommend to others!

This property is awesome!! Super spacious, tons of room, very clean. There is something for everyone in this house. We had young kids, teens and adults and we all had a great time. Everything from booking the property to checking in went very smoothly, great communication from all parties. I will definitely book this property again.

Place was plenty big enough to accommodate a small family reunion (all 17 of us). Ample room to entertain/gather and enjoy a little quiet time if needed. PM was very helpful, as my niece visiting from the Netherlands accidentally left behind her favorite stuffed animal. The PM found it and kindly shipped it overseas. Crisis averted!

Our extended family (17 people) rents a vacation property a couple of times a year and this one got a unanimous thumbs down.. The house checked our boxes going in - it was big enough for everyone to have privacy, to cook together and sit down to eat at the same table - but that was about it.
The property has clearly been used hard and not maintained well. It wasn't particularly clean - filthy windows, dubious shower curtains, long, unidentified hair on the bathroom floors - and beaten up. It was also obvious that the house is a problem in the neighborhood. The 'welcome' book was full of warnings about excessive noise, visitors, etc. and there was no outdoor furniture on any of the porches which felt decidedly unwelcoming and cut into our enjoyment of the place. There is a long list of little things - no waste baskets in several of the bathrooms , an ice ice maker that could best be described as feeble, lots of pillows but no pillow cases, etc .that made the house feel like a poor value for the money.

Overall we enjoyed the house, but a few things were not up to standards of a house of that price-really dirty windows, uncomfortable dining due to sun from upper windows, absence of cocktail tables and patio furniture and kitchen items- lower oven not hot enough, broken arcade game console.

This was a beautiful home on a quiet street, very well arranged for a large family gathering. Lots of stairs that did not bother the younger set, but this was a challenge for the older folk. I would definitely recommend it for the ski crowd. Scenery was beautiful!

Had a great time! Beautiful home, spacious. Great location! They were super accommodating & easy to work with. Lots of stairs. You’ll get a workout in hauling all your stuff up. Would be wonderful if they added patio furniture to the outside deck to sit on and enjoy. A fire pit would be an added bonus too! We had a great stay!
