Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. Unit has a front loading washer/dryer stack unit in the bedroom. The property was well kept, kitchen stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals if you're trying to not eat out everyday. The loft made a great space for my 16 year old. We were very happy with our stay and the short walk to the beach as well as the convenient location to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Kathy was quick to answer when I had an issue getting in right away(my own fault). Very small to do list before leaving. Best experience I've had with a vacation rental. Thank you!

This was the perfect size condo and not a far walk to the beach! It was cleaned and stocked, ready to go along with pool access. We had no issues during our stay and the property owner was responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit was very clean. More than enough linens and supplies. Host was very prompt with responding to messages. The pool was also very clean. Easy walk to the beach and no streets to cross.

It was 3 adults, we all 3 graduated together in 1973. One married couple and 1 sgl adult. The pool was beautiful with great landscaping. The stroll to the beach was fine. We were on the 3rd floor which was a slight challenge for one member of our party. The balcony was a good size and view of the pool. The condo clean & homey I slept in the loft and the mattress was very comfortable. The couple said the master bedroom mattress was one of the best they ever experienced away from home we ate at Uncle Earnies, Hunts seafood, J Michaels, Triple J Steak/Seafood, 2 different ice cream shops leaving town we ate breakfast on Thomas Drive, I believe it was Flour power all restaurants were excellent. I would return to Sunswept again it was close to everything we needed. Thanks A.Mixon

We really enjoyed staying in this property. There was plenty of room for us in the condo. The loft was really cute and provided my daughter with her own space. It was nice and quiet here compared to the larger condos we have previously stayed in. It's a nice bonus to have a washer and dryer in the room as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We will consider it again in the future. Panama City Beach is our go to vacation every year. Thanks for the great clean unit.

Very pleasant stay all the information you need for check in and out Kathy sends you prior to your stay. Very pleasant place to stay with a laid back atmosphere. Great for families looking to stay in a quieter part of town. The condo was exceptionally clean. Everything worked properly. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be staying here again.

It was our first time staying at a smaller low rise condo and we enjoyed it so much. We were able to park right at the stairs and walk up to our room. It was perfect for our family while in town for a soccer tournament. It was bike week so it was a little loud being close to the road but not near as loud as it was on the west side of town. We would definitely stay here again.

I am familiar with this complex and enjoy it very much. Away from most of the hustle and bustle on the main drag. Nice place and my child loved the loft.

This condo perfectly fit our family on vacation, there was 7 of us. It's further down the strip so it's in a nice quiet area with not too much traffic. There wasn't many people staying around us in the condo so we had the pool to ourselves, wish there was a hot tub, sense it was pretty cold that week. Overall, it was a nice condo, in the quiet, less traffic part of Panama City Beach. If you want to be around more malls and shopping centers I would stay on Front Beach.

My mom and I stayed at the condo. It was a wonderful experience. There was no elevator so we got plenty of exercise!! It was very clean and a nice place to stay. It was located in a great spot. We will definitely be staying here again!

Exactly as described and pictured. Check in was a breeze. We loved staying here. Everything was laid back on that end of town. The beach was a super easy walk (I’ve actually walked farther staying in a beach view high rise than we did here) and the pool side location was great with small kids. The girls loved the loft area as well. Be prepared for steep steps going up to it but the baby gate provided was a nice addition to deter our smallest. Several other owners were there at the same time and everyone was so friendly! Definitely recommend if you are looking for something outside of the hustle and bustle of the pier park end! We hope to come back again!

Great location and short walk to the beach- short enough that none of the four young kids complained even once. A few outlets were not working and a couple lightbulbs were out but this didn’t impede our stay and the host was quick to note it to remedy it for the next guest. We would stay here again.

This was our favorite place we've stayed while vacationing in Florida. It had everything we needed, just enough room for our family of 5. The pool was fun for the kids, a lot of families were there at the same time and they enjoyed playing with the other children. Really quick walk to the beach, didn't have to worry with letting the kids run a little ahead because you don't have to cross any roads to get there. My sisters family was in PCB the same week as us and when we met up with them they commented how much nicer our area was compared to theirs and they stayed in one of the high rise condos! We would definitely stay here again!

It did not inconvenience our stay. Pool is directly out the balcony which was very nice. The beach is a short walk which is paved until you get to the beach itself. Which is super nice if you have to pull a wagon. It was very quiet, pool was never crowded. When we got to the condo it seemed clean and everything was there as shown on the description. We would recommend this stay.

My husband and I stayed in this condo in March of 2022. The condo was very clean and was totally updated. We enjoyed the balcony and the nice furniture on the balcony. Our view of the pool and the palm trees was nice. The condo had plenty of room and was fully equipped. I highly recommend!

You can tell the condo is on the older side but I didn’t reduce the rating because the condo was very clean and comfortable. The area is PCB, if you’ve been then you know what it’s like. I would never vacation in PCB because it’s loud and not family friendly in my opinion…geared more to younger crowd for partying. We were in town for a gymnastics competition. We only stayed one night. The owner was very friendly, communicated everything we needed to know, the condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Nothing but good things to say about the condo/owner.

Nice Updated Property
My husband and I stayed in this condo in March of 2022. The condo was very clean and was totally updated. We enjoyed the balcony and the nice furniture on the balcony. Our view of the pool and the palm trees was nice. The condo had plenty of room and was fully equipped. I highly recommend!

We ran out of TP and there was no back up no Kleenex either so luckily I had bought some the day before. Checked the towels when we arrived and they were still in the dryer so had to fold them and put away. We’re told in closing instructions to start dishwasher but there was no dishwasher soap. I didn’t think to check that when we checked in. So areas to check when move in. Perfect for two people we love the location and the beach is a close walk. Gorgeous sunsets. Quiet neighborhood and good restaurants near by Can walk to Jesses for breakfast. Great family owned restaurant good food.
