Located in Savannah, this charming house for $536 per night is a great option for your next break. With seven beds spread out amongst a two-story main home, garden apartment, and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV. In the garden apartment located on the street level, and additional bedroom with full kitchen and living area. The apartment can be accessed separately from the street, and connects on the inside to the main house. The fourth bedroom and bath can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. In the carriage, a well-designed living space with large, flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests as needed. The carriage also features its own kitchen with island, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, complete with standing shower. What is parking like for this home? Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs. Seven of my female friends are recently retired so to celebrate all of these wonderful ladies we stayed at 513 Liberty Main + Garden. The accommodations are impeccable and consist of the two bedroom, three bath main house, the one bedroom, one bath garden unit and the one bedroom, one bath carriage house. All three units have a very comfortable pull out couch. For those in good health, most everything in the city is within walking distance from this location. I should mention that there are a good amount of stairs for the main house and the unit over the garage, but the unit on the street level has none. All three units are connected by a street level garden terrace where we would congregate for coffee and drinks. The dining room in the main house was perfect for dinner and evening games for all of us. We enjoyed the riverboat cruise, the hop on hop off trolley tours and the many great restaurants. Zunibar always has great live music as many of the other restaurants and rooftop bars. And of course, we ladies all enjoyed shopping on River Street!!!

I stayed here with 10 of my closest girlfriends for a girl's weekend and we had the best time! The house was beautiful and was truly spotless when we arrived. It was very well-maintained and had everything we needed for a long weekend. When we needed extra blankets, the property manager was very quick to respond and helped us with what we needed. The property description was very accurate, although directions for parking were a little confusing as you have to drive down a back alley behind the house to get to the garage (all streets in Savannah are like this). We also didn't have a code to the garage so it took us some time to figure out how to get the garage door opener. Location was fantastic! We ended up going to restaurants and bars within a 5-block radius one night, which was perfect. Very easy to navigate the downtown area! Thank you Lucky Savannah for an amazing stay! We truly had a blast and made memories that will last a lifetime! Highly recommend renting through Lucky Savannah in the future!

Our stay was great- we had a big group of girls and booked this unit due to the ample amount of room for all our guests. The location was walking distance to everything we needed to do. Neighborhood felt safe.The only hic-up is the unit above the garage had black mold all over a door and wall (probably from the AC unit blowing up from the ground directly on it). We reached out to airbnb and they apologized. However, they said we would hear from guest experiences, and we have yet to hear from them. It has been over two weeks. Unfortunately, this was a big inconvenience as the girls who were meant to stay in that unit had to sleep in the bigger unit on couches and air mattress we thankfully brought. We are still waiting to hear from someone on this matter.

Me, my wife and step daughters arrived to this place on July 3rd. When we walked in and were nothing short of amazed. This place is huge and awesome and would love to stay here again in the future! It is perfect for walking to all of the stores. It only takes 15-20 mins to access everything and the river! This was our 1st time in savannah and will definitely be back š

Rented the Main house, First floor suite and carriage house suite for week of May 1 - 4 for a mini-family reunion with three siblings and spouses. Accommodations are first class and it would be hard to beat the location. Walk to the major Savannah tourist sites and easy drive to Tybee Island. Plenty of room inside and outside in the courtyard. Only negative was very large cockroach in the carriage house bathroom on night one. Other than that, would highly recommend the place.

Multiple instructions just to enter the place : thatās a lot for when you just want to relax . Also the TV didnāt work . Also the hot water didnāt work . So I suppose it was a bit of a bust. And the towels itchy. But nice place overall .

I came with 10 friends for my bachelorette party! We stayed in the main house, garden apartment and carriage house! We couldn't have had a better time! The houses were well equipped, clean and perfect for the amount of people! WE even had a private chef come in and make dinner for us, and the house had everything in it where the chef didn't have to bring anything! It was an awesome location within walking distance of all the major attractions! It felt like the perfect piece of Southern charm!

Beautiful place to stay. There were 9 ladies in our group and we loved the house and carriage house. We were in Savannah for 4 days and the house was centrally located near everything in the city. Lucky Savannah customer service was amazing!! They kept our bags as we had an early arrival the day we got to Savannah and a late flight the day we left. Great place to stay!

Home away from home
The pictures don't do this home any justice. It was more than we expected. From the outside it looks smaller and we didn't know what to expect since we don't live in the south. We walked in and we were all in awe of how amazing the place looked. We were able to get comfortable quickly. We had an issue with figuring out how to unlock the garage and cottage house doors but the owners responded very quickly to ensure we were able to get in. We ended up staying in one day of our trip because of the rain and we were just so comfortable. They had everything that we needed to stay entertained, even the board and card games! Definitely staying here again if we come back to Savannah.

Myself and six other girls stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was better than I expected! Everything was very clean when we arrived and looked even better than the photos. I also called the day we were supposed to check out and asked for an extension, which they happily approved, which was nice for those whose flights didn't leave until later in the day. The house is beautifully decorated, modern and very secure. I loved the app provided by the property management and the excellent service response. We enjoyed cooking in their beautiful kitchens and playing board games (we appreciated the games!). My only complaint, which is very minor, would be that the internet connection is extremely slow at the carriage house and there are many mosquitoes in that section, too (I'm not sure if anything can be done about the mosquito situation, I know it's a general problem for Savannah, but we just kept finding a lot of them in the Carriage house and not sure where they were como from).
