Located in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for $784 per night is a great choice for your next break. Why should you stay in unit C204? Ask about our newly purchased 3 bedroom condo in Waterscape, B202 listing VRBO C Building – Parking is just a few steps from the door which makes unloading and loading super easy! No fighting stairs or waiting for slow elevators on your vacation. The C building is furthest away from the beach but it’s a nice walk through the pools and you have a stunning view of the palms that you love! Entertainment: * Daily beach service is included - no need to worry with transporting beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day. * Cushioned patio furniture with access from the living room as well as master bedroom. * Being a ground unit, kids can blow bubbles, play football\soccer, etc on the grassy area as you step off our patio. * The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy the grills that are only a few steps from the patio. * Flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room including the bunk area! * All units have free wifi. Sleeping Arrangements – We can comfortably sleep 8 in our unit with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the bunk area, and a new sleeper sofa in the living room. Relaxation – Master bedroom has a HUGE tub along with a shower with sitting area. Our unit is stocked with a Margarita machine – mix your own concoctions to take to the beach or enjoy after a day in the sun! Keyless entry – no need to worry about keys during your stay. We loved our stay in C204 so much! The size was great, and the location was even better. With small kids, it was perfect to have the lawn out front-like having a front yard to play in! It was super clean and Richard was prompt in communicating whenever we had questions. We will be back!

Wonderful place in the perfect location if you have little ones. The condo was clean, stocked, and we the staff was great. Richard was always available to answer questions, make suggestions, or address any issues that arose. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed at Waterscape before and loved the amenities with kids and the location of this condo so close to the kids area was wonderful. We had everything we needed and the condo was cleaned well. The only problem was the margarita machine being dirty when we arrived, but we were able to clean it up.

So easy, we showed up punched in the codes and we were in. Great place to stay with kids since located on bottom floor and right next to kiddie pool. It is a little far to the beach specially with kids and a grandparent. This property is a great location to restaurants and activities. Very thing is super close and easy to get to.

Great property with perfection location to splash pad. Perfect yard for the kiddos to play in also. The walk to the beach was not bad either. Plenty of room for a family and very well stocked!

Clean and great location
Location of the condo was ideal. Check-in was incredibly easy. Front door of condo was within a few feet of the parking spots that I was able to get every time I left the facility (and this was during the high season). Condo very clean. Owner was responsive and wonderful to work with. Provided detailed instructions and responded to questions quickly.

The complex was awesome for our kids. The various sizes of the pools gave our 3 and 7 year old options to keep it interesting. Condo furnishings and decor were a little spares for my tastes, but it was clean and the price was right. We will pay more for a nicer condo next time, but definitely be back to visit this complex.

Easy Access Condo
Newly painted condo with easy access to pool areas , parking area, and office area. Nice deck area. The sofas were uncomfortable, no firmness left; therefore, it is difficult to get up from them.

Waterscape is beautiful
The owner responded very quickly to any questions I had. I also really enjoyed being on the ground level right there by the splash pad and margarita machine. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, but it did not make or break my vacation.

Excellent overall great ground level room with no worries of balcony with small children. Only downside was the terrible layout of the property for stroller children. There is an alternate route by using the elevator in the parking structure but that defeats the purpose of the ground level room having to reroute around the entire property. The amenities of this property make up for the stroller situation and the beach service included was very much appreciated! Bottom line prepare for a long haul to the beach especially with little kids! Even with that being said we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful beach. The heated pool was actually nice and warm which was a nice surprise! The hot tubs were great too. Landscaping was very nice!

Very close to pool and even at back of property, beach just a short walk.
The closeness to the kiddie pool was ideal for my 4 year old and 1 year old especially being that we had to come back to the room a couple times a day for naps. The lawn area right outside of the room was a great place for the kids to explore while we got meals ready. The location of the room really is ideal. Parking was right outside the door making unloading no problem. Yes you have to walk down a small flight of stairs to ultimately get to the beach but it truly on took about 5 minutes to get from the room to the beach.
The complex itself is very kid friendly with pools that are great for any age child.
We will come back.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot, Loved the condo and the resort!
This was our first family vacation with two little ones and we couldn’t have enjoyed it anymore. The condo was so nice and clean and it felt so home like. The owner was so so helpful and was easy to call and get in touch with. We parked in the parking garage and the condo door was right there so we didn’t have to walk stairs and hallways to haul our things. Then it’s a ground floor unit so we could walk right outside and relax with our coffee and breakfast on the patio furniture. Oh and the margarita blender was amazing!!!! i taked with many people staying and no condo had one, this was truly amazing to have. I could go on and on, the kids and my husband and I had a great time I highly recommend this condo and resort. The beach and pools and hot tubs are amazing 😊

Great getaway with kids!
We really enjoyed our stay at Waterscape! Communication with the owner was superb. The unit was clean and well equipped (with the exception of spatulas - there wasn't one to be found other than a huge metal grilling spatula - ha! We made do). We especially enjoyed the margarita machine! The beds did leave a little to be desired in the way of comfort - we all woke up with somewhat stiff backs - but otherwise we had a great stay.
Notes on the location for others considering Okaloosa Island and Waterscape. We chose Waterscape specifically for the kid friendly pool. And it was EVERYTHING we were looking for. Our kids (4 and 7 year old boys) would have been content to spend the entire vacation on the lily pads at the pool and made easy friends with the other kids. The pool side bar ($10 for a HUGE frozen alcoholic beverage) is a nice perk for adults too.
This unit has a grassy area outside the patio which is nice for the kids to run around, kick a ball around etc. However it is the farthest point from the beach, and while the pool is steps from the patio, the ENTRANCE to the pool is about halfway between the unit and the beach. Kids under 12 are not allowed to go to the pool alone. There are no lifeguards.
If we were to come again we may look into units at the end, closer to the beach. I did somewhat regret not having an ocean view off the patio, and being steps from both the beach AND the pool would be ideal IMO.
Also a note about Okaloosa beach. It's not as pristine as Destin's. We figured it was all the same in this area, but it's not the case. It's still very nice, but there is more sea algae on this end (our bathing suits were full of it when we got home - yuck) and the waves are a little rougher, the water murkier and greener. We thought maybe storms were kicking up some gunk, but when we went into Destin the next day we say those beaches and water were as perfect as ever - so it's just the area.
Overall, if you have young kids and want a kid-friendly pool with lots of features (lazy river, splash pad, waterfalls, etc) and you know you'll spend more time with your kids at the pool than the beach, and you want to be close to Destin's touristy attractions but not TOO close - this is a great choice.

Ideal Condo for Young Families
As a family with four children ages 1-6, our first priority was finding a kid-friendly unit with easy access to pools, and this condo did not disappoint! A ground-floor unit that opens to usable green space, the walk to the splash pads and pools was reasonable even for our youngest child. While there is plenty for all ages to see and do around Ft. Walton and Destin, our kids were 100% occupied by various pools and the beach all week-- a major plus for parents who just wanted a relaxing, low key week!
The check-in and check-out process at the unit was very straightforward, and we appreciated the parking in the covered garage that was right outside of our front door. The girls enjoyed sleeping in tucked-away bunk beds, and everyone had fun playing catch and frisbee in the yard space right outside the back sliding glass doors. The unit was both clean and comfortable, and we were impressed by cleaning and landscape crews that kept the public spaces, including pools and bathrooms, very well-maintained. Other guests were friendly and family-focused, which we appreciated.
A couple of things to note-- in terms of the Waterscape property, this particular unit is located farthest away from the beach. To carry a cooler, sand toys, beach blankets, etc. to and from the gulf, including over a couple of short staircases, was cumbersome. We stayed in late August and did encounter quite a bit of algae and jellyfish in the gulf. Thankfully the pools offered the majority of entertainment for us. Additionally, we ran in to a few very minor issues in our unit, including limited cookware, a finicky faucet in the garden tub, as well as a couple of light bulbs that needed changed. If bringing young children, I'd recommend packing a few nightlights to place throughout the unit, as well as a safety gate; there is no door that separates the bunk nook area from the hallway.
Overall, we had a terrific vacation and would gladly work with Richard in the future and stay in this unit!

Great for smaller children!
This condo was very clean and awesome for our 3 year old. Being on the ground floor with a grassy area was great for playing frisbee or catch. Parking is super convenient and Richard was easy to work with. All the kids loved the pool areas especially the zero entry and lily pad obstacle! Definitely would recommend this to others!
